Coaches Corner Episode 42 - Owen Eastwood

About this episode

What does it take to make players feel like they belong and how can you become a more relationship focused coach, rather than being transactional? Riki unpacks creating a sense of Belonging with performance coach and award-winning author Owen Eastwood. They are also joined by China’s Womens 7’s coach and friend of the show Blair Baxter, who shares his experience using Owens work and how he’s implemented it into some of the environments he’s coached.

Owen has worked with some of the most successful sporting and business teams around the world from the All Blacks and England Football to Nato. His experience and knowledge around the ancient rituals aren’t revelational they’re practical, simple and beneficial to acknowledge what has worked for centuries.
