Cleveland Browns Sign Versatile Center Elgton Jenkins

0:00On March 15th, the Cleveland Browns kicked off their off-season by overhauling their offensive line, signing Versatile Center Elpton Jenkins along with Guard Zion Johnson, and trading for right tackle, Titus Howard. Jenkins brings a ton of flexibility from his time with the Green Bay Packers, where he started in the second round of the 2019 draft, and lined up at center, both tackle spots, and left guard over seven seasons. He made the all-rookie team that first year, and earned pro-bowl nods in 2020 and 2022, proving he can excel anywhere upfront. Now with Cleveland, Jenkins says he's focused on getting healthy and taking reps wherever the coaches need him, stressing how valuable it is to have, Lyman who can shift positions without missing a beat. As the Browns sort out their new lineup, that kind of adaptability could be the key to stabilizing a unit that needed a full rebuild.
