Christianity explodes in Iran: Conversions from Islam to Christianity

0:00You're listening to the Hidden Lightness on America Out Loud Talk Radio. I'm your host Jimmy Hinton. Well, there's some interesting things going on. Obviously, Iran is on the minds of everybody right now, and the war in Iran, everything is going on. They just are absolute insane people from the regime, not the residents of Iran. The residents of Iran are super cool, and they deserve all the praise and peace in the world. Just they have endured so much oppression for so many years, and I've kept my eyes on Iran for a long time, several years, and mostly because of what I'm going to talk about today. And that is that Christianity is the fastest growing in Iran out of anywhere in the world.

1:08Let me say that again. Christianity is growing the fastest in Iran out of anywhere in the world. And do you look at the place that is under oppression? It's illegal to be a Christian. Islam is the state religion, so to speak, and it's fallen apart. In fact, I have an article here. This is from a couple years ago. And a lot of people, I guess, don't know about this. They don't know that it's not a Muslim country. In fact, less than 30% of all people in Iran identify as Muslim. That's really interesting to me, because it just shows this kind of popularity doesn't happen.

2:10You're a terrorist nation. When the state regime forces you into a certain religion, people run from it. And what's interesting is that at the same time, people are running and have been running to Christianity for a long time. And I think that's really encouraging. So this article was, it was posted December of 2023, and it's Iran International. And the title of the article is Fall in Mosque Goers in Iran, now, quote, highly alarming. Minister, are you just a little bit of this? The Fall in Mosque attendance in Iran is now highly alarming, according to a senior government minister. This is coming from the state-run government. Really, really interesting, even they aren't skew in the numbers.

3:14They're like, oh crap, we've got a problem. And maybe that's part of the reason why they started to spiral in recent years, you know, because their oppression wasn't working, and so they just doubled down on it. And by the way, Mamdani is getting a lot of criticism from Iranians. I mean a lot, as he should. And they said don't listen, listen to these westernized Muslims who think that they know what they're talking about. And they talked about how the fall of Iran was linked to people like Mamdani, who they promised free everything, free healthcare, free this, free that, everything's going to be free. If you just be good little boys and girls and be submissive, we're going to give you

4:14all kinds of free stuff. And Iran, which once was a wonderful, beautiful, beautiful nation that was a close ally of America, turned into one of the biggest enemies, not because of anything America did, but because of extremism. So at any rate, this article says speaking on Tuesday, Minister of Culture, Muhammad, Medi, as Mali, was commenting on the number of active mosques, which figures earlier this year revealed have gone down by a third. He said today the figures in statistics circulating regarding active mosques are highly alarming. Active mosques are not merely places where congregational prayers are held three times a day, it seems a significant number of our mosques lack even this minimal function.

5:18Really interesting, isn't it? In February, again, this was 2023, it's gotten worse since then. In February, a senior Iranian cleric revealed that 50,000 out of 75,000 mosques nationwide had been closed due to a significant decline in attendance. Dolabi, that's the senior Iranian cleric, Dolabi and intermediary between President Rossi's administration and the country's seminaries expressed concern over the fall and its implications for state founded on Islamic principles. There you have it, folks. It is not a Muslim country, less than 30% identify at all as being Muslim.

6:24The mosques are empty, 50,000 out of a total of 75,000 literally closed their doors due to lack of any attendance. They can't even do the basic prayer, they're not even meeting the minimum requirements. It's really interesting. Turns out people don't like oppression, they don't like being flagged in the streets, they don't like being forced to submit, it just doesn't work very well, does it? What does work is Christianity. I want you to listen to some of these statistics. This is also an older article, this is February of 2021 and believe me, since then Christianity has absolutely exploded, it's taken off like crazy.

7:29This article is an international mission news and the title of the article is Meet the World's Fastest Growing Evangelical Movement, talking about Christianity. Before President Joe Biden even took office, his incoming administration, hopped on the phone with officials in Iran, wondering if they could salvage the 2015 nuclear deal. Remember Joe Biden, what would you do? What would you bomb Iran? No, absolutely not, forget Iran. He wanted to play footsie and try to revive the 2015 nuclear deal, well, you see how that turned out. Anyway, the article says in it, Iran promised to restrict its nuclear program to civilian work in exchange for sanctions relief.

8:30You remember when I said just yesterday that they crossed their fingers, put it behind their back and say, oh, we promise, we promise not to build nuclear bombs. We'll do that in exchange for sanctions relief, meanwhile, what were they doing? Three years ago Donald Trump pulled the United States out of the deal, charging that Iran wasn't holding up its end. The US reimposed sanctions and Iran ramped up nuclear production. Pretty interesting, isn't it? This is a quote by Paul Crabtree, a Christian source close to that region. He said the sanctions have been brutal on the economy and on the people. Hitler mixed about this.

9:31This article says some compare Trump to Adolf Hitler. Others argue that if it causes the people to rise up against the Iranian government, it will be worth it. Kind of interesting to see how things have turned out over the last couple of years. I mean, really, really interesting stuff here. Now, it was this idea like, oh, Trump, Trump is like Hitler. How could he put sanctions on our country? Other people are saying, well, if it causes us to rise up, it'll be worth it. Well, the people rose up and President Trump delivered as of this last weekend. The article goes on either way, the situation underlines what the Iranian people have known for a long time. In their government, the only Islamic theocracy in the world is not providing the utopia that promised.

10:32What do you know, huh? You know, you would think that we would learn from history. You would think that people in New York City would look to countries like Iran and say, okay, this doesn't wear these empty promises. These promises of where we promise you the world. We're going to give you all this free stuff. We're going to take care of you, wink, wink. We're going to treat you like gold. Look at Venezuela. They did the same thing. We're going to treat you well. We're going to supply your needs. We're going to give you free healthcare. We'll take care of you. The government has your back, wink, wink. While the article goes on, water is limited, pollution is terrible, structural planning is poor.

11:32Crabtree said, a lot of people don't trust the government at all, yet think. And since the government claims to be an incarnation of Islam, it follows that people have also been growing disillusioned with their faith. Yep. While official reports still claim that 99.4% of Iranians practice Islam, that's fascinating. The official state-run reports, even though the state says, hey, 50,000 of our seven seventy-five thousand mosques are empty. They're closed. They're literally shut. They still claim that 99.4% of all Iranians practice Islam. Well, a 2020 survey found just 40% actually identify as Muslim.

12:39And even larger number, 47% said they were nuns, N-O-N-E-S. That's a term for atheists or agnostics that don't identify with any religion. Pretty interesting. 8% claim, I don't know how you say it. My tongue is not catching up with my brain today. Zoroastranism, that's an ancient Persian religion. And only 1.5% said there were Christians. That number has dramatically changed since this article was written. About 20 years ago, the number of Christian converts from a Muslim background was between 5,000 and 10,000 people, Crabtree said. Today, that's between 800,000 to 1 million people.

13:42That's massive growth. According to Operation World, Iran has the fastest growing evangelical movement in the world. None of this is good for a regime that depends on a belief in Islam to stay in power. Downs have been increasingly harsh, especially over the past 5 years. But evangelism hasn't slowed. Pretty interesting stuff. And you can kind of see the groundwork being laid for what's happening today. You know the protests in Iran, people are getting more and more emboldened. And if anybody was paying attention, they'd be asking the question, well, how are the people getting so emboldened to actually protest? You know, very recent years, I don't have the exact time frame, but in very recent time,

14:46the Iranian government has killed, they've killed roughly 30,000 protesters. If you look at that and you say, well, how is it that the protesters were getting so much confidence? I mean, they just kept expanding, get more and more emboldened. How in a country that's so terrorized, how do people get so emboldened? And it reminds me in the book of Acts. You know, when Peter and John were arrested, or Peter and James were arrested, the prayer among the Christians was not for safety. Yeah, I'm telling my brains not working today. Peter and John, so Peter and John had led about 5,000 people to Christ and they were retaliated against. They went before the Jewish council, they get arrested and eventually, they're released

15:52but with a very harsh warning, don't you dare, don't you let us catch you ever preaching the name Jesus or saying the name Jesus again. What's interesting is in Acts 4, it says this, when they were released, they went to their friends and reported what the chief priests and the elders had said to them. And when they heard it, they lifted their voices together to God and said, sovereign Lord, who made heaven in the earth and the sea and everything in them, who threw the mouth of the Father David, your servant, said by the Holy Spirit, why did the Gentiles rage? And the people's plot in vain, the kings of the earth set themselves and the rulers were gathered together against the Lord against the anointed. For truly in the city they were gathered together against your Holy servant Jesus, whom you anointed both Herod and Pontius Pilate, along with the Gentiles and the people of Israel, to do whatever your hand and your plan had predestined to take place.

And it's to the point where 50,000 of the 75,000 mosques have been completely closed. And even the state government, the state media, they reported on this several years ago.

20:09And they basically said, we're in big trouble because now they didn't attribute that to Christianity. They just said that people aren't frequenting the mosques. And they saw that as a big red flag, and it's really fascinating. Because what was happening is the underground church in Iran has been growing like crazy. Christianity is the world's fastest growing religion in Iran. It's really, really incredible. We always heard things about Africa. That Africa was, they were really spreading Christianity. And I remember when I was in seminary 20 some years ago, my professors were talking about pretty much right now. They predicted that Christianity was going to decline so much in the United States.

21:11And it was going to grow so quickly at the same time in Africa that they were going to be sending African missionaries to the United States. Now I don't think we're there. I don't know that we ever will be there. But Christianity, they were right about one thing. Christianity in Africa grew by leaps and bounds. And a lot of that was driven by persecution of Christians. And every time that you have persecution of Christians, Christianity spreads. And that's been since Christianity began. When there's persecution, people tend to turn to God. And interestingly, people don't like to be told what to do and what not to do, especially when it comes from the government. And I have to stay pretty positive.

22:13And even though I don't like war, I don't like anything about war. I think that war is terrible. A lot of Iranians are saying, you know, President Trump didn't start a war in Iran. The people who are saying that are completely misled, they're wrong. War has been going on in Iran for many, many years. And they said what President Trump did is he is ushering in peace. He's at least giving us a chance to end the war in Iran. And President Trump just announced again, in fact, multiple times. He just made new announcements saying, we're ahead of schedule. And this war will come to an end very, very quickly. And I don't think he's just making nice cities. I think he legitimately has intel. I think he legitimately has a plan.

23:15And I don't know of any president who would just go in and start bombing a country and not have any kind of a game plan, but that's the narrative coming from the left. The narrative is, well, he's trying to divert attention away from the Epstein files. That's certifiably insane. That's literally one of the most insane things that I've ever heard. That he's that desperate to divert attention away from the Epstein files, that he literally sent massive amounts of our military to the Middle East and started a war to get the attention of the American people off the Epstein files. Like what fantasy world do these people live in? It's like crazy doesn't even, I feel like that's an offensive term because it's offensive to people who are actually crazy.

24:17This is beyond nuts. I've never seen anything like it. The radicalization of the left here in America, it's astounding. Just the amount of senseless things that are coming out of the mouths of people, I can't, I just can't with it. But President Trump, and it's not just a handful of people saying this, there are quite a few people saying President Trump started this war to deflect from the Epstein files. That's nuts. But at any rate, I just think it's crazy talk to say that he started this war just to divert attention away from the Epstein files. It's insanity. This is a very strategic war.

25:18Very clearly the strikes are incredibly strategic. The strikes have taken out tons of weaponry from Iran. We killed the supreme leader and his wife. We killed dozens of other leaders, terrorist leaders. And I think Iran is really in trouble right now. There's nothing accidental about this. It's not, oh, we're just going to drop a couple bombs to get attention off the Epstein files. It's just crazy. But anyway, I digress. The heart of the issue is that Christianity is growing and it's been growing like crazy in Iran and I think that's fantastic. I think it's great news. And finally, these people have hope.

26:21And I don't know what the outcome of the war is going to be, none of us do. We really don't know, but at least it looks like the people have hope, at least for the first time in 47 years, somebody stood up to a horrific dictator who's killed many, many, many, many innocent people. He's been an absolute, absolute tyrant and a nuisance to the rest of the world. I ran by the way bombed how many different nations and it's just, it's so wild to me that they literally started bombing every single country that surrounds them. Like what are these people thinking? What do they think is going to happen to them? Yeah, they're really not as mighty as they think they are.

27:21And they just poked a whole lot of bears, which I think in the end is good news for the Christians in Iran. Yeah, because now it's not just the US and Israel. Now everybody's like, hey, no, you, you can't just bomb us. Greece scrambled a couple jets, sent them to Cyprus. Apparently, Iran had sent a missile over to Cyprus. It's like they're literally just hitting all kinds of targets, just like wild men. So the United States and Israel right now, we got a whole lot of allies. And I think everybody's going to shut our end down very, very quickly. I think, I think President Trump knew this going into it too. He's not a stupid guy. He does some wildly crazy things. Some of the posts that he puts in the AI, you've heard me gripe about them.

28:25He does some really bizarre, bizarre things that just make me wonder. But he's not a dumb man. And he knew that when he goes in there and starts dropping bombs, he knew that Iran would retaliate. He knew that Iran, they would lose their everloven minds when their dear supreme leader was taken out. And they just started firing missiles all over the place. And they're like literally whatever targets we're going to hit, we're going to hit. Well Trump knew that they were going to poke the bear. Trump knew that we weren't going to be alone with just the US and Israel. He knew that going into it. So it's really fascinating to see, you know, when you understand the mind of a dictator and you understand the mind of these people that they're absolute terrorists and tyrants, that helps you play chess a little bit better. And look at what Trump did in North Korea.

29:27He kept insulting a little rocket man, called him a little rocket man. And then a couple weeks later, boom, he has a meeting with him literally an in-person meeting. It's wild when you understand how people think. And I think President Trump does, you know how to play people. And you know how to get results. So again, you don't have to like him as a person or even as a president to say there are some good things that are coming out of this presidency. And there are literally millions of Iranians who are celebrating the United States and President Trump. And we can't look beyond that. We can't look away and pretend like it doesn't exist. That's really important. It's important for the United States.

30:28It's important that he has that kind of respect. And I've heard some pretty high-profile Iranians talking on the news and they were saying, look, do not listen to the United States media. Don't listen to the West media. Listen to what the Iranians are saying. We absolutely love, admire and respect this President. We celebrate that this President has finally wiped out evil. And we can breathe again. We can walk out in the streets. And this is happening all over the world. People are celebrating President Trump and the United States of America. They absolutely love us. But you know, you hear on the media, the mainstream media, well, it's America, America sucks.

31:28Yeah, we're so oppressive. We're terrible. We're awful. We need to apologize to the rest of the world for what? So definitely very fascinating, but I want to read a little bit about some of the people who are linked to Christianity in Iran. There's a guy by the name Anima Al-Azad who had an online Bible study. Over the past few years, the attendance from that Bible study has grown from 40 people to more than 600. Al-Azad said, I teach four days a week. He helped relaunch TGC's Farsi site in May. He teaches classes ranging from basic discipleship for new believers to deep theology for people

32:33who are hungry for more. He said, the fanatic Shia Muslims in Iran proved to people that Islam is not the way. It gives us the opportunity to show people an alternative and what an alternative it is. People are drawn to Christianity because Christianity is about love and compassion and mercy and salvation through Jesus. The ability to repent and turn your life around. You can read through the New Testament why it was so appealing. I looked at the city of Ephesus and what did they do? People brought their magic scrolls worth millions of dollars in today's dollars.

33:35They publicly burned their magic scrolls as a show of repentance to get rid of any temptation to go back to that again. They publicly burned them and they renounced them in the name of Christ. What other religion gives you second chances like that? The ability to, in the words of Paul, the Apostle Paul be slaves of righteousness. He says, you're no longer slaves to sin, but you become slaves to righteousness. To do the right thing, to trade other people with dignity and respect and honor, that's been stripped from the good people of Iran. Ever since 1979, really before, but the 1979 revolution just absolutely destroyed such

34:44a beautiful place and it really is a paradise. That's what the Iranians are saying. They're saying, we long for the day when we can go back to our nation, but just as important, we want Americans to be able to visit. We want Americans to be able to come and enjoy our culture and to see how beautiful of a place Iran is. It's really cool. It's really promising. This article goes on to say the Persian Christians had been in trouble before 1979. Their population had been shrinking under cultural pressure and outright persecution ever since the Islamic Arabs took over around 700 AD. This is one of the complaints here in America and people are like, oh, you're racist.

35:45They're like, no, it has nothing to do with racism. People just don't want Islam to take over the nation. There's nothing wrong with absolutely zero wrong with being a Muslim. I've done stories on the show about Muslims who saved the lives of other people, the shooter in Australia. It was a Muslim who stood up and took action. That's incredible and he deserves full praise. What people don't want to see happen is any form of extremism. That's what people are hesitant about. They don't want extremism to take over.

36:46When you hear extremist views, no matter where it comes from, Christianity is susceptible to. When you hear these kinds of things, I think we need to take caution. In any rate, the article says under Islamic law, Christianity struggled. There were very few conversions according to Crabtree. It was very slow, Christianity looked like it was dead, but it says it wasn't. Al-Azada said, I was born in Tehran. I grew up in a nominal Muslim family trying to practice Islamic ways of worship because at school and in society, you're forced to follow Islam. But I knew it was not working. 39:54Christianity has grown faster in Iran than anywhere else in the world and I found an interesting article. And this was written really recently, in fact it was written February 23rd. So this is very recent, obviously before the war, before the war started, before Americans and Israel launched their strikes on Iran. But the title of this article is Iran's crackdown on Christians undermines Trump's emphasis on religious freedom. It's an excellent, excellent article, I'll link to it in the show notes. But the authors talk about how every time we kind of give a slap in the face to Tehran, they just crack down on Christianity big time. In fact, there was a recent report by Christian advocacy groups in 2025 just last year.

40:59And it found that the arrests on religion related charges nearly doubled in 2025 compared to 2024. But more than twice as many Christians served prison exile or forced labor sentences. Courts were imposing harsher penalties overall. And they attribute this to Trump's crackdown globally. He's cracking down on terrorism. And they said that whenever that happens, what the reports are showing is that the terrorist organizations tend to create scapegoats. And they point to the Christians because they already hate the Christians. And so these just impose stricter laws. They arrest more Christians. And I think we can certainly see this. We saw it in Nigeria.

42:00We're seeing it around the world. I think this is a fair assessment. And so the stakes are incredibly high. And this is what I don't understand. It's what I don't understand about the left, I guess. And just it really honestly legitimately confuses me. I'm trying to understand, but I just don't, I don't get it. Because I'm seeing so many posts, I'm seeing the media flat out lie. And they're painting Donald Trump as a complete monster, a deranged idiot who's out of control. And yet you look at the map of the places that he's liberating. They really are being liberated. You know, he's not just flexing the US's muscles. Look at Venezuela, who listen to Venezuela is still funny how the media is silent on this right now. But I'm seeing post after post of tens, if not hundreds of thousands of Venezuelans

43:06who are still thanking America. They're thanking President Trump directly. They're praising America and look at, look at Nigeria. They are praising President Trump. They've been begging him to produce some kind of humanitarian aid because of the persecution of Christians that's slaughtering of thousands. And yet what do we have from the left? They protest. They take to the streets. They know new wars. You know, they take to the streets. They protest. They talk about how horrible a man President Trump is. I just saw a video from this deranged lady. And she was saying she wants every single person who voted for Donald Trump to die. And she claimed that her husband is a serviced man or was a serviced man.

44:07I think he was killed in battle. And not during this war. And she just, she's so angry. And she said, anybody who voted for this man, you deserve to die. Folks, that's half of America. She wants half of the population, millions and millions and millions of people. She wants dead. Now you tell me how that's better than President Trump liberating the tens if not hundreds of thousands of Christians. It's not not just Christians, it's not just the Christians, though they've been specifically targeted, but he's freed hundreds of thousands of people, prevented hundreds of thousands of more people from dying, brutal deaths.

45:08Have you heard any of the Iranians talk about the trauma of grown up living in a war-tattered nation where you're always living in fear, you're always looking over your shoulder, you're watching women be stripped and beaten in the streets, raped, children raped? These people are not good people. And I just don't get it. The left is protesting and defending the terrorists literally. I just don't get it. They claim they like freedoms and no kings, no kings. And yet literally every single dictator that President Trump has taken down, what are the people on the left do? They protest. Release Maduro. Now they talk about what a great guy Maduro was, what a humanitarian, you know, wonderful man he was, these people are nuts.

46:11They are certifiably insane. I've never seen anything like it and I just saw, it was a couple of different Iranians and they were out in California and they said, we will never, ever, ever vote for a Democrat ever again after their response to President Trump launching strikes against Iran. We will never, ever vote for another Democrat again. They lost our vote, they lost our respect. They're defending a man who was an absolute tyrant, evil, one of the most evil men to ever walk the face of the planet. And with the order of his voice, President Trump took him out, he eliminated him.

47:16And it's really interesting, you know, it's not just the Iranians because that's the other thing they're like, well, this is not a word of fight. It is. It absolutely is. And again, I'm not saying I like war, I don't like anything about war. I really don't, I don't think President Trump likes war. He said it before. In fact, he's talked about it very consistently. He's talked about it with the Ukrainian war, Ukraine and Russia. He said, I want people to stop dying. It is not like war, but you know, what else he doesn't like? He doesn't like sitting on his hands when he has information that Iran is planning attacks on American soil. You know, it's funny. You don't hear that from the left. It's all about, oh, well, we have, we have several servicemen who died.

48:19And the president caused that. Well, as I mentioned, under President Obama, over 2500 servicemen and women were killed in battle, over 2500. This year, I think the numbers just jumped up. I think it's like something like five confirmed deaths, which is horrible. It's absolutely tragic. My heart, 100% goes out to the families of those servicemen who were killed in battle. It's heartbreaking, devastating. But what the left did, what the dishonest left did is they took this narrative that the U.S. is bombing a school. We bombed this girl's school and killed all these little girls. One thousand percent, not true. And they know it.

49:19They know it's not true. That was not us who bombed that school. And yet, nobody to my knowledge, no media outlet has retracted that story. They haven't corrected it. It's all of these deranged lunatic lefties are reposting these stories. And they're spreading this false narrative that President Trump is bombing little girls schools. That he's intentionally targeting, that's the implication anyway, that he's intentionally targeting little girls schools because see this just proves he's a Nazi. I mean, help me make this make sense. It's just insane that people actually believe these conspiracies and they spread them around as if they're gospel fact. And what it does is it builds this hatred that's already been there for a long time. But it just if festers and it continues to grow that hatred towards our President and

50:21it becomes so blinding for people and that hatred is not just aimed at our President. Like I said, that insane lady who's wishing death and she meant it, she meant it. I mean, I wish I could pull up that video. I didn't save it, but she was angry. She was crying. She was shaking. She was so angry. Drop in the F bomb. I wish every F in person who died for Trump or who voted for Trump will die. They deserve to die. Lady, you need locked up in an insane asylum. That's not normal. That's not normal behavior. It's not normal rhetoric. It's not normal to think those things. It's not normal to feel those things. It's okay to be angry. It's okay to disagree.

51:24100%. You know, war is very, very complicated and there's a lot at stake always. And when you're the spouse of a service member who lost their life, it's going to bring up all kinds of emotions. I get it. I understand it. But to wish death on half of America because they voted for President who literally is not only stopping terrorism within a country, but it's stopping terrorist attacks against our country. Look at what happened in Mexico. Look what the cartels just did. Look at what they did. Those are the people we were allowing across the border completely unvetted. They're sophisticated.

52:24You know, these cartels aren't stupid. They have weaponry that people are kind of scratching their heads like they were outgunning the Mexican military. I mean, absolutely crazy and very sophisticated attacks. That's what we're up against when we're fighting evil and our president knows it. We happen to have a president who knows it. He gets it. He understands it and he's not putting up with it. He's not going to tolerate it. And so this article here, there was just written a few days ago. They were talking about how there's been a surge in arrests of Iranian religious minorities since the 2000 June 2025 war. You know, there's the 12-day war and they said that was a big slap in the face to the supreme leader of Iran. That's when he really started to escalate.

53:24And that's another thing that people don't understand. See, we were neutralizing our president was neutralizing the nuclear threat. I mean, this wasn't guesswork. Like we knew they had an enrichment facility. And if you don't believe in our intel, look at the strikes. Look at the precision of the strikes that have been taken place over the past few days. Our intel is good. They were enriching uranium. They've been talking about building an atomic bomb for how many years. Can you imagine that nutcase getting access to a nuclear bomb? So Trump said, no, it's not going to happen. We went in, did some precision bombing, took out their bunkers, and that just set supreme leader off on an absolute mission to take out our president.

54:30And Trump was right. He said he wanted to kill me, so I killed him first. And what Trump was saying is he would have done it. You know, he wasn't a stupid man. And he has an underground network like you wouldn't believe of terrorists. I mean, these terrorist cells are very powerful. So it's a strike before your struck. And anybody who understands, like, what are the Democrats? What do they want the president to do? Just sit and wait. You know, don't shoot unless you're fired upon. Well, when they have cells, terrorist cells, that they were activating inside the United States, that was their promise, that was their plan.

55:30What do we do? Wait until half our cities are overtaken? Bombed, destroyed, what did they want our president to do? So it's crazy, man. It's getting wild out there, but just pretty interesting. But this article says, you know, of course, this was before the strikes on Iran. But the authors were saying that the U.S. Treasury should designate the IIDO and judge Rammesh under existing human rights authorities for their roles in the Islamic Republic's crackdown on religious minorities. And they were talking about the power of sanctions, by the way, the IIDO is the Islamic ideology dissemination organization. It's the terrorist organization in Iran that's forcing people to be Muslim, to either become Muslim or we're going to torture you, harass you, arrest you, or murder you.

56:39So I just can't begin to imagine living under those conditions and what that's been like for the poor Iranians. Like I said, the stakes are very, very high. And thank God we have a president and you may not agree with a lot of the stuff he does. You may not agree with his strikes on Iran. But whatever the case, thank God we have a president who sees these people and the Iranians are praising him like crazy. That my friends is the hidden lightness.
