The 46-year-old, who played state of origin for Queensland, and suited up for clubs like the Brisbane Broncos, Melbourne Storm, and Gold Coast. Titans was charged with assault, using a phone service to harass and willful damage. Police responded to a domestic call on Saturday night and say, Walker fled the scene. They found him clean to a pontoon in the water, heavily under the influence, claiming he was just going for a swim. Prosecutors opposed bail, calling him a risk to reoffend. Walker has a long history with alcohol issues that derailed parts of his career. Back in 2004, a brawl cost him his spot in Queensland's origin team, and he faced fines and rehab stents later on. His lawyer noted a recent relationship breakdown and struggles with sobriety over the past six months. The court approved bail with strict conditions.
