Child You VS Adult You

My insecurities are the things that make me who I am. They're what made me become a coach. They make me want to be better because I've discovered how destructive what I don't know can be. For me and everyone around me. In this episode I talk about the shame I felt a a child wanting to hide things, and prove myself to others. Much of my life was about fitting in and approval until I realised I don't need anything from anyone. I'm free to be me. Instead of thinking it was me against the child in me, It has become Me WITH the child in me. Giving myself what I need to thrive and be better. one of those things I need is to be honest with myself, and you in this episode about what parts of me I'm healing so that you too can see there is healing for you that qwill set you free from the only thing you're ever trapped in. Your own mind protecting you from the unconditional love that starts with you. Inside your heart. I hope this opens your heart and reconciles something within you. Because everything in your world is a result of how much love and open heartned-ness you have for yourself.
