Get set to battle with the final game of the four games. Very easy drop panel along with Injin Austin-Bobber. For the starting pictures, the game will be Gary Crowe for the New York Met's 15th and Johnny Stevenson and pitching for the cup Ernie Brolyol. His catcher will be Vick-Bras Nosty in the first game, one by the cup seven to six. Under some brusquays, but the enthusiasm of the Met's fans not dampened at all. As they witnessed in our 10 minutes of display, the banners were green games. Now the second game to get underway in the first pitch by Gary Crowe is in first ball strike.

For the Chicago Guvts, the first batter is Joe Malfordano. He'll be followed by Don Lannorm, then Bill Williams, then Ernie Banks, then Ron Sano, then George Oven. The catcher Vick-Bras Nosty batting seventh Don Kessinger, the shortstop, batting eighth in the pitcher Ernie Brolyol, batting ninth. First pitch across strike and now Crowe back again and a curve ball is in there for a foul strike too. Joe Malfordano did not play in the first game, one by the cup seven to six. He is batting at 244. No-oh runs and three runs, batting in, playing at second baser right hand batter. Gary Crowe with a record of six wins and six losses on the mound for the Met. He has one six ball games in the mixture of relief and starting performances. This is his 30 second appearance in the mound, his 11th start. And now Crowe back at two strikes and he misses with a curve ball. It's all the way back to the screen. All bouncing away from Johnny Stevens in the catcher. Met, said that cream full of first base, Chuck Miller at second base, boy of the girl in the shortstop, Johnny Smith at third base,

and left field Jim Hickman in center field, Johnny Lewis in right field, Gary Crowe. By the moment the skies are on the spotting, some are caused as they float by. But the first game in and the second game underway. After Joe Malfordano, the batter will be time-land and followed by Billy Williams. Met in the first ball game had the bases loaded with two men out in the bottom half of the ninth. The time run at third, but a great play by Ron Sino saved the game for the cut. Graeme bull in the batter's box, wetting patiently as Abernathy goes to the Rottenback. High stands on the 50 rubber, looks in for the sign. Outfield, we moved around, or it left field. And the pitch. It is hit down the first. Paul hit to the right side of Ron Sino over down the line. He went over the backhand of all the keepers from going out of school and would have been the game for the match, but he came up with it, went to the back for the fourth play that

ended the ball game and the cut, staying on the wind by a score of seven to six. Now a curve back way inside, it drives Malfordano away from the play. The count of two balls and two strikes. The empires for this ball game, Stan Lannis at home played. Malfordano at first base, Alipoli could second base and Augie Donatelle at third. The pitch is hit high in the air, the shortstop, Roya McMillan right underneath it. He's wetting on the dirt by the infield and it comes down, he has it. Put away here in the top of the first. The second better of the ball game coming up, it is Dyn Landrum. Landrum has had one hit in the three games prior to this ball game, one for ten. He's betting two forty two. Landrum left in batter with five home runs and twenty one runs better than. The third base when Johnny Smith shorted up the guard against the front. Outfield shifted to the right side and Gary Croll taking the signs from Johnny Stevenson. And the first bit to Landrum is a curve in there for a foul strike, a big sweeping curve ball by Gary Croll.

Croll out to save the final game of this four game series. Croll comes one the first one four to three. They won the second one seven to one and they won the third one seven to six. The first game of this double header. And now at one strike it's Croll back again and he's high with a change up in the can and is at one ball and one strike. White through on here at Chase Stadium. Over toward the left field foul hurry and back of the stands. Very heavy dark clouds. Very low cloud cover right at the moment. Plains flying by and their way to the guard here coming out of the mist down into the landing area. Now a curve backs one on a mist and a can at one ball and two strikes. All we have a lot of information for you throughout the game on the banner displayed here. Last year there were one thousand and thirty one banner displayed. This year I believe quite a bit more. It took an hour and twelve minutes to have them all parade by with prizes awarded to four classes.

Now the one two fits. It is bounced in the ground and the count stays at one and two. Oh ball. The winning banner. Certainly a well taken one for a match band. The overall winning banner the sweepstakes banner was a simple one that said to air his human to forgive is a match band. At one the number one prize of the day. Now at one two it's crawled back to land room inside with a curve ball. I got to the dirt and the count of two balls and two strikes. And the two men get a gory the winning banner was prey for rain. REIGN. Very attractive one in the two men's group. Very cool. Very nice. On land room a left-hand batter. Waiting in the batter's box and now the pitch fastball outside and it's fall three. fall count at three balls and two strikes.

One banner out here today was over a hundred feet long. It said the bells are ringing for me and my mits. Let's go mits. And they went around with his hundred foot banner with bells ringing. Hitchback is inside its fall four. The first baseman of the game goes the first face down mandra. I don't bring up Billy Williams who's had quite a series against the mits. Billy has had seven hits the 11 times up. Two singles, two doubles, two triple one home run. He has driven in five runs and he has scored five. His average now up to two ninety four. Williams with eighteen home runs and sixty five runs battered in a left-hand batter. I'm Gary Croll with the first pitch. It's a current ball inside for ball one. Ed Grane-Broll with a dangerous grully Williams a left-hand batter up. Plain behind the runner at first base. Land Room has been bothered by sore heels.

Although with Croll on the mound and his big move to home plate on the delivery it's a little bit ticklish with a runner at first base. Pull back to the plate to Williams and a ball hit hard down towards second base. Chuck Miller over to one hand and as he goes to his left it's right at first base in time for the second out. On the play Land Room moves over to third. That'll bring up one event. Ernie Vattie at two seventy six. Big home run in the first game. It put the cups in front six to four to run home run. Now Vattie with Land Room at third base and two in a way. No score in the game. Ernie is that difficulty with Gary Croll. He is not the type pitcher that he has looked to well against. Croll goes into the line. A pair comes a runner. He's going to steal it and a seal ball. Ball going right over the top. Vattie's head.

You'll see what's going on. The home plate on fire. Dan Lannis indicates the bank's was set in the runner. After go back to third. So in spite of the fact that the runner was a ball called plate. Ernie Vattie hit by the pitch. He goes to first base. The runner goes back to third. A break for the man. Land Room back at third and Gary Croll is in the set position. The batter is run center. Sano right hand batter. He's getting a 2-81. He takes a pitch inside. It's ball one. Sano with 23 home runs and 64 runs better than. Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! Croll in the set position again. His next base is a plate of curves sweeping in and strike one. One ball and one strike.

Croll and him breaking from third base at a tremendous jump. He was going as Croll started his big wind up. Banks was actually trying to kid out the way just to save his life. It's a ball what it is. And a nifty. Croll run was sent back to third. Now the one-one delivery. Pass ball up high and it's ball two. Two balls and one strike. And Gary Croll works here on the top of the first. Runners at first and third with no runs in. Johnny Stevenson the catcher sending the signs back to the man. Girl takes them. Looks at first base. And now the next delivery. A fast ball followed to the right side of the plane. That evens a count of two balls and two strikes.

So I get how it can steal your time. But why let Exema take over when you can talk to your doctor about Epglis? Epglis. Ebbglis. Leverchismab LBKZ. A 250-milligram per 2-milliliter injection. Is a prescription medicine used to treat adults and children 12 years of age and older, who weigh at least 88 pounds or 40 kilograms with moderate to severe Exema. Also called a topic dermatitis that is not well controlled with prescription therapies used on the skin.

Or topicals. Or who cannot use topical therapies. Ebbglis can be used with or without topical corticosteroids. Don't use if you are allergic to Ebbglis. You can occur that can be severe. I-problems can occur. Tell your doctor if you have newer worsening eye problems. You should not receive a live vaccine when treated with Ebbglis. Before starting Ebbglis, tell your doctor if you have a parasitic infection. Pay partnership with Lili. Respect your time. Ask your doctor about Ebbglis and visit Ebbglis.com. Or call 1-800-LiliRX or 1-800-545-5979. This type. And I'm talking with Almond Dyke, the third base doctor. icted. Arnie Banks, living out there for this time of fastfall assignment atit's Flashball 3. Don't carry crawl on the pitch after losing his half. Seeking it out. third batter that he has gone to three and two on in this first inning I-If Arnie Banks will be going with the pitch. He's been held first base by Cranball.

Now crawl in the set position. Joe's in the pitches high for ball four. So the cops without a base hit have the bases loaded here in the top of the first. And it brings up George Orman left and hitting left fielders. Harold Sutherland, nearly acquired by the Metzvilari Bernatts and starting to warm up in the bullpen for the Metz. George Orman, there's not played too much in there but in a 2.45, this is a 69 game. Alman with four homeruns and 20 runs better than a left-and-batter. And the first pitch, last ball it's on the outside corner for a strike. Bases loaded for the cops in the first. Bits hit on the ground through and the right field of base hit. Alman from scoring from third base coming around the score from second base.

Ernie Banks is on the third in 30-2. As San O'Brien to go from first to third on Gary Corp, going out on the perfect goal as Charlie Smith makes the play. But in the end, he's up scored two runs on one base hit. Alman or Aaron's. One man was left on and the score at the end of one half and he the cops too, and that's nothing. They're given wondering what Swedish Americans sing after the smog at the market. Let's look at that. Your turn, you bitch. You're an alien, you're an alien. Toral Ali is a song that Swedish Americans sing over and over at their parties and techniques. Until he raises a fearful first, then he changes that tune. Hey, Longhor is a traditional Swedish drinking song.

And often the beer they drink is rung old extra dry. In fact, in New York City, where there are more Swedes than in all of Husk Borne. More people drink rung old than any other beer. Why do Swedish Americans like rung old? We don't know, but we must be doing something right. Longhor, Chinatown Ali. For the match, it'll be Chuck Hiller to lead off. That second base. You'll be followed by Robert McMillan at shortstop and Johnny Lewis in center field. For the match, it'll be Charlie Smith, the third baseman, batting 50-frame ball at first base, batting 6th and left field Jim Hickman, Gary Cole, batting 7th-frame, right field, Johnny Stevenson, the catcher, batting 8th, and the pitcher, Gary Cole, batting 9th. Now at Journey Brolyo, with his first pitch to Chuck Hiller at basketball in the center field, downland room right there, and he makes the catch. It brings up Roy McMillan.

Roy with two hits in the first block and 4 for 10 in the series, batting at 233. One all run and 24 runs, batting in. Cubs leading to the nothing, scoring chill-uns in the first on one base hit. And Rollio, light-hander with a fastball, it's inside, it's ball 1. Or he's thinking the pitch was good enough, but call the ball by home play to Empire Stanland. And now Rollio back again, the pitch is punched down the first, thanks goes over to his right for the ball, it was not hit too hard, he comes up with it, throws the Rollio covering at first base for the second half. Right now as we wait for Johnny Lewis to come up, we pause for station identification. This is the New York Met Space Ball Network. A term of the LWGY and WGFM's connection. Ralph Kiner along with Lindsay Nelson and Bob Murphy from J. Stedium. It's a two-nothing game in the bottom half of the first with two men out. The Cubs leading. The batter is Johnny Lewis. Johnny left him better with two hits in the first game driving in two runs, batting at 265.

And he takes the first pitch, a change curve inside, it's ball 1. Johnny now with 38 RBI, he has 14 home runs, he's had quite a series against the Cubs. Five for 14. Pitch back to him, curve ball up too high in the count at two balls in those strides. Final score in the American leg, the Yankees defeated Detroit 6-5. Winning pitcher was run up in relief, he came in the game in the eighth. The losing pitcher was Orlando Pina. Pina in relief. Now at two all of pitch outside, ball 3. Yankees six runs, 14 hits, no errors, Detroit five runs, nine hits, one error. Kline Downing, who was a starting pitcher. Euler has Richardson and Parker at home runs. Now at three all at high for ball 4. And that's after the first base run. That'll bring up Johnny Smith. Johnny batting 266 at a home run in the first game, his 13th he has 44 runs better than him.

Johnny Lewis with a stolen base in the first game at first base. Time run is at the play. Two minutes away and about 1.5 the first. The first pitch is curve ball outside, it's ball 1. Then it's in a day, a total of 25,067 paid. And along with service personnel, 25,681 at all. Now the next pitch back hit to let's see all. He's the last one, back he's going. George Ropp, he's looking at throwing. Throwing down. So Johnny Smith with a two out two run over on the top of all game. And as Johnny second over the day, his 14th this year he now has his 45th and 46 runs better than him. The batter stepping in is Eddie Crainball. And the first pitch to Crainball is slider that's in first ball strike. At batting the 264, eight home runs and 42 runs better than him.

One strike delivery, a change up. It is it's the right field of high set. Johnny's right over the head of early thanks. And out of the right field, out off by go one in to the net. Now I have Crainball at first base. And there's second base in the ball game. The batter coming up is Jim Hickman. Jim the right hand batter hitting 224, eight home runs, 21 runs better than him. Crain left field. George tied it to two with a net side at the ball game with two minutes out to the bottom half of the first. And the first miss to Hickman is it hard down the short, making a one out there by catching their. He goes to the second baseman for the fourth play at every time as a side. But in the ending the net side, off by scoring two runs, they had two hits. There were no errors. One man left. And the score at the end of one. The men to pick up to first man up for the cups here in the top of the second with the score tied. A two to two will be the catcher, Vic Razznowski. Vic Alufdain batter hitting 217.

And Gary Cole with his first pitch, a fastball over at the knee strike one. As Nascade did not play in the first ball game, that Bailey was the starting catcher. And he had the free run over in the first inning. And the one strike delivery curveball in, it's strike two, overhand curveball, breaking over the inside corner at the knees. It's a two strike counter. And Cole back again. Fastball is going on a missed strike three, a foul tip indicated by the infarge. Gary Cole gets his first strike out. And his first out here in the top of the second. Score tied at two to two. And now about him for the first time. The second baseman. I think it's a shortstop, Don Kissinger. Now once again the rain is starting to come down here, Jay. First pitches foul the way. Strike one.

Rain had started to be foreign stopped. It's not very heavy. At this moment. Some of the banners that were displayed, there were about 17,000. And then the other one was a little bit more. And then the other one was a little bit more. And then the other one was a little bit more. Some of the banners that were displayed, there were about 17,000 of them being used as umbrellas at the moment. One strike counter. And a line drive on a high curve to left field for a basic. Jim Hickman takes it on the second half at top half. And holds the shortstop at first base. Second base hits for the cups. It's even at two of these. The score tied at two to two. And the batter coming up is Ernie Zrobio. Ernie Zrobio. Hey, it's Kelly Rowland. You may not know this, but I have Exama.

So I get how it can steal your time. But why let Exama take over when you can talk to your doctor about Epglis? Epglis, lubricism app, LBKZ. I'll give you down a telly who was the umpire in the first ballgame. Behind the plate is not out. Throw the first base not in time. No tag made by rainfall. Are you going off the field now? Not on it. Dan Lamis at home, played the all signer at first base now. Botic is at third. Next base back is in for a ball strike. Ernie Polio is squaring around but taking that strike one.

Ernie has known it some four times up this year. Once again the rain has subsided here at Shay. It's been just briefly on and off. One strike of every funnett and it is five. All knocked away in foul territory by Johnny Stevenson. The cat goes to two strikes. The cat goes to the ball. The cat goes to the ball. The cat goes to the ball. The most popular banner here today was the one that took second place in the mullipoll carry division. Val is a ringing for me in my New York Met. Let's go Met. Brought a first base not in time. Legril took carry the banner on. One from Francis to radios and they are asked to have been donated to an

offer me. It's an offer nice approach. And the next batch is high at fast ball for ball one. On the pitch, Volio was squaring around the front. One ball to strike. Johnny Smith the third base was in looking for a possible two strike one at a time. Four-shot at two to two. And now the best. Turn ball outside as Volio was heading away and the cat goes to two balls and two strike. One, two, three.

Once again it's called on top. And now a curve ball inside as Volio squared around the front and that fills it out at three and two. So Gary Crowe had a two strike count as now found himself in a situation at three and two. Bits into the pitcher early Volio. One man away were in the top of the second a two to ball game. Bits is taken inside ball for and for all walks. Once again action in the bullpen stirring up for the match. There are all some of them getting up the throw. Bits and Jaffa are going to be in the back. And then they are going to be in the back. And then stirring up for the match. There are all some of them getting up the throw. Cousin Jaffa forced on down the second, on the third walk as you'll buy Gary Crowe. That'll bring up the lead off that are Joe Mophotano.

Joe popped his short his first time up he's betting at two thirty nine and right hand batter. And a slider is up too high. It's ball one. One ball no strikes. And now the pitch is in for strike. One ball one strike. Now for Tano taking away the possible punt. Mets are not looking for a punt in the spot with one man out. And at one one, pitch is fouled back. And ball strike two. One ball two strikes. One ball and two strikes.

Four tied at two, two. Cops goes runners at first and second. And the pitch. Sliders. Sliders. Sliders. Sliders. Sliders. One ball and two strikes. Four tied at two, two. Cops goes runners at first and second. Sliders. One on a miss. Strike three. Don't carry slow. Makes up Joe. Now for Tano for a second out. That is a second strike out. Both coming in this inning. Now he'll work to the left and better Don Landrum. Landrum walked and scored a run in the first inning. Walked to the second base. And the third on a grounder by Billy Williams to second. Later on, scored one off and single the right field.

Off and single, drove in Ernie Banks. Who is hit by a pitch ball. First pitch to Landrum, a curve it off the hands foul bouncing over in the first base. Side strike one. Better of rain at the moment appears to have the mini sun as broken through in some spots. The guy has lighten up considerably. And the fans are coming back to their seats. Add two brief light showers. Roll of one strike and the pitch to Landrum is at foul to the left side. That moves the can up to strike two. Two strike out. Terbos, one on a missing Jerry Crawl, strike out the strike, getting up one hit and one watch and leaving two.

And the score at the end of one and a half. It got through to the New York match two. And now I'll work from goal-fuller king. In the sixth, they yank the pitcher. And your cigarette is through two. Taste flatter than his curve ball. And you'd know what to do. It's time you change to cool. Your cigarette's not tasting cooling up. Till you come out to cool. With rich tobacco's cools, you can't get a good taste. You're a good guy. You're a good guy. You're a good guy.

Who cool, Fudrick Kings? Now to first pitch here to Gary Crawl. And therefore, call strike as Brody O'Starts out for the change of pace. May's at his 30th home run in that San Francisco, St. Louis game, 493 for it. A Sousa Liu and La Covey also had home runs, losing pitcher was Kurt Simmons. Next pitch back is low and it's one ball one strike and now a conference at the match. Bigraz Noscie talking what the pitcher Ernie Broly or Ernie has given up two runs and two hits. A two run home run by Charlie Smith that's after game and the bottom half the first. In the American League the Yankees defeated Detroit 6-5 when he was Rennep in relief in the 8-10. Now the next pitch back to play is long and it's two balls and one strike. Kline Downing Euler asked Richardson and Barker home runs in that ball game.

The losing pitcher was Fena only game for the Yankees a single game. Next pitch outside ball three it's three balls and one strike. At the end of eight leaving six Chicago two. They're now pitching for the Indian receiver with the starting pitcher. Bonao pitching for the White Sox. Peters was the starting pitcher. Down in the home one in the fourth with no run. That's a first of two. Three balls and one strike on Gary Gold. And the next pitch is at 9-0 here in Foul Territory drifting out of play. So the game moves up to three balls and two strikes. In the first to two ball to more two Kansas City two after five and a half. Larson has replaced bunker for ball to more. He's still pitching for Kansas City. First pressure home run in the fourth with one on the five of the game. Minnesota shut out Boston eight to nothing winning picture Jim Barry at two hitter. He went all the way losing pitcher was more had no run.

Now it's three two to Gary Gold but a five ball again. Hey it's Kelly Rowland. You may not know this but I have Exema. So I get how it can steal your time. At the end of the floor, the angels fall watching them one cop lets as replaced now in the starting picture from the Senators, Newman 154. Los Angeles. Three walls and two strikes on Gary Cole, these batting 239. One home run, seven runs better than. Terrible, it's too long he walked in.

At first call, but first base with no one away and it brings up the catcher, Johnny Stevenson. Johnny batting 225, he had a fishy a double in the first ballgame, one by the catch seven to six. Later on, stayed in the game and was out, so he was one for two in the first game. No home runs and two runs better than. Both those runs won a ballgame. Now, one to left center, it's going to be for activation. All going through up against the wall on two hops, going for first base with Gary Cole. And Johnny Stevenson holds up a second and then that's take the lead. Johnny Stevenson with his fourth double and his third run batted in and the match played it now by his score of three to two.

And it brings up the fisher, Gary Cole. Throw it out of the plate and the fish is put it on and missed, it's strike one. Stevenson back to second. Bob Huffries now warming up in the bullpen for Chicago, he's a right hand pitcher. Mets leading three to two, three hits and three runs. And the fish back to Cole was high, I throw down the second base, but Stevenson goes back in standing up and hits. As sure as that, Jesse's here, knocks him off the bat. One bra, one strike on Gary Cole. Bro has been about 25 times, he's had three hits, he's batting 120. Milo score, Flavon defeated Chicago six to four, and winning pitcher was Sunny Seabird, he was relieved in the seventh losing pitcher. Gary Peters, scowling the only home run in the fourth with no one on, both sides with a draw of it.

One one delivered, popping the air foul, no chance for the catcher to get to it, and can't go into one ball and two strikes. Two balls, two strikes. Johnny Stevenson at second base, no one out, we're in the bottom half of the second. And the pitch, basketball's going on a miss strike three. Bro, one of y'all comes up with his first strikeout, his first out here in the second. And we now go to the top of the batting order, Chuck Miller comes up. Miller is wide out to center field, his first time, up is that was a two-fifty-five. And the first bit, curveball hit hard by the first base, from down the right field line, give it to the ball from second base.

And Chuck Miller goes in the second base with a slighty double, I balled all the way on, he balled all in the mid-sector lead for the two. Oh Chuck Miller, getting his eighth double of the year on a second base, he's changing with Johnny Stevenson. Bro, I begone the next batter scheduled up. Boy standing by as Rasmuski comes back behind home-play. That's four runs on four hits, the cup two runs and two hits. One away in the bottom half of the second. Boy, I begone the first base with one away in the batter as Johnny Lewis. Johnny walked in four pitches his first time, up he's batting to 65. And the first pitch is low, it's ball one and here comes Lou Fein and that might be all for any Bro, Leo. Lou Fein has a right-handed bob up reach, warming up in the ball fence. And he walks out to the mound after the first pitch by Bro, Leo. Now Fein is going out of the ball game, back to the fence.

Bro, Leo for the moment is still in. That's waiting five to two in the final game of the series and the batter is Johnny Lewis. So I begone the first base and the first pitch to Lewis after the conference is low for ball two. Two balls and no strikes. Bro, Leo sets again and the pitch. It is high for ball three. So Johnny Lewis is at seven pitches going to him in this ball game and none of them are striped. Now the three o' pitch, it's outside ball four. So Johnny Lewis is at eight pitches so far in this ball game, he has reached first base twice and this is going to be all for sure for any Bro, Leo. Boy, they're going on down the second base, the mid-set runner is at first and second with one out and Fein making his second trip out the mound and that is all.

That means we'll have a right-handed bob up reach coming in. Going to the bottom half of the seven, then in first game for double-edric Kansas City, it is ball more four in Kansas City four. Walker, Larsen in the sixth, two-million in the seventh of all the more, Diego Sige at four Kansas City, Don Massey in the seventh, homeers by Hirschberger and Sebert. And the league leading minister of the twenton shut out the Boston Red Sucks eighth to nothing as Jim Perry got his eighth winning against two losses. It was a two-hit shut out. Boy had started in sixth of all the last minute and the sixth of all the eight. You've won the bottom of the six. Larsen had to was dangerous, lead to Washington's under four to one. Larsen had to narrow for Washington. Offers the first line during the fifth. New might is going for Larsen. Back to action, here with Ralph Chan. All the actions in the stands are on the field right now. The stands stand out. Let's go, Matt. The batter is Charlie Smith. It was Charlie to run home on the tight up the ball game in the bottom half of the first and second of the day. The pitches hit the right center field. It's going to be in four extra meters.

Oh, I'm excited for the second. Johnny Lewis was going for the first phase. And Charlie Smith goes in the third with a triple. Oh, Charlie Smith has put the net to front by a seven to two margin. He has driven in five runs in the ball game and two times up. Oh, Charlie Smith has put the net to front by a seven to two margin. He has driven in five runs in the ball game and two times up. Make it 12 runs and two times up. The whole run in a triple, a metzly seven to two. And now the batter is Eddie Crainball. Both those runs going against the record of Ernie Brodyle. And that RBI, of course, the RBI's are four. Trying to met record balls. Runs battered into one game for this year.

Our swing by Crainball or the high fastball is strike one. Eddie's single is first time up. Cubs are playing their infield back with Charlie at third base. One away. Crainball batting at 266. And the next bit is down to seconds. Smith will score. It's picked up by Malpatano. His play goes to first base. The net's now lead 8 to 0 on the run, battered in by F. His 40 seconds. That brings up Jim Heckman. Jim, the night man, the batter, is any. Archmash down the turn. He picked it up by the surface. And Tano, he picked it up by the first base for the arc. Paul was in hard enough. Tano had time to find it. After he went over to his left, a one hand, the stop. And then when he pobbled it, it bounced around near him. And he picked it up to make the play.

But in the ending, the metzly nine to the play scored six runs. On four base ends. There were no errors. No one left on. And the score at the end, one man left on. And scored the end at two. A metz-eight, the cup's two. Now it's the top of the third. And the first man up is Gory Williams. He takes a strike. Takes a blow for ball one. And the next pitch by Gary Coralback is high for ball two. Two balls in no strike. Gary's at his trouble from the ball game. He gave up two runs in the first on one base. And he walked two batters in the end of another. And the second, he gave up a walk in the single. But struck out three to get out of that inning. Now behind two and all. And the pitch back is in for ball strike. Two balls in one strike.

Hey, it's Kelly Rowland. You may not know this, but I have Exema. So I get how it can steal your time. But why let Exema take over when you can talk to your doctor about Epglyce? And the two-one delivery to Billy Williams is in for a golf strike, too.

What is going on out the second base is first time up. Left and right in a two-two. It's one deep to right center field. Johnny Lewis, back by the fancy. And there's going going down. So Gary calls, giving up a home run to Billy Williams. That makes the store 8 to 3. Williams and his 19th and he has that broadest series against the Met. That is his second home run in this four-game series. He has also had two free base sets, two two base sets and two singles. He has that eight hits in 13 times up in the series. Has driven in six runs and scored six. And that brings up Ernie Banks.

Ernie was hit by a pitch ball his first time up. So fastball hits deep to right field. Moving back is Gary call, but it's over his head against the wall. Well, I've outied off the wall and Ernie Banks goes in the second base standing up. So with a Met's leading by an eight to two-store, a home run and a double with all one out here in the top of the third and action in the ballpen again for the Met. There are all some of them, the newest Met. Worry number 43 is getting set this roll. And also Larry Miller, a left-ender. So the one in the right hand puts you and now the batter is Ron Sano. And a curveball smashed down by a fair of the third. Up comes the ball. Call for the first face and Johnny Smithers in a fine way. Johnny Smith builds that ball in foul territory,

but the infaragi down a jelly rolls the ball with over the bag. So it was a fair ball and Johnny throwing deep from in foul territory made the play. So a good play pulls up and out. One man away and the batter coming up is George Orman. He drove in too with a single his first time up and he takes the first pitch is ball one. Orman now with 22 runs battered in, batting at 250. Holding the second base on that play by Johnny Smith or Ernie Banks. And the next picture is bound to the middle. Worry number one over back of the bag, the handle that he throws the first face to the out. Ernie Banks moving over the third on the play by Worry the Gullin. Worry getting that ball directly and back up the second base bag about 10 or 15 feet.

So his good play turns in out number two and it brings up the catcher Vickrazowski. Vick's struck out his first time up on three pitches. He's batting at 216 and the left hand back. And the first pitch is a high curve it's for all one. One ball and no strikes. Roll back again with a high curve it's ball two. Two balls and no strikes. That's Lady Nason 3 that comes with Ernie Banks the third base with two men out on the top of the third. And the next pitch is high and outside this time a fast ball it's ball three. On deck batters the shortstop. Don Kessinger.

And the right hand are into the big swing and back again. And outside the small four and Gary walks his fourth man that puts runners at first and third and here comes West West from out the talk with Gary Croll. And he's making the ball be taking him out. Gary Croll, stacking around he just hasn't been able to get the ball as he wants it. He has been taking out of ball game. And it's going to be Darrell Sutherland making his first appearance for the match. Darrell just brought up from Buffalo. He had a record of eight wins and eight losses. That's 124 innings gave up 124 hits. He struck out 69, walked 42 and 30 ball games. So Gary Croll going out of the ball game with a five run lead.

He has worked officially two and two third gennings giving up three runs. While in four hits striking out two and walking four he also in a batter. And he missed the hand and he walked off the mound. Gary has no chance to win the ball game of starting pitcher at the goal five innings before he can receive credit for win. And the ball game will be in the hands of the official score from now on if the match wins. And the match in front eight to three the cups with runners at first and third with two men out. And Darrell Sutherland pitching on the mound. The batter is done catch and tear the shortstop. And Darrell's first pitch of fastball inside at ball one. Darrell is 24 years of age. Last year for the match he won none and lost three in ten ball games. That Buffalo he won ten and lost one. He was seven to no when the match brought him up last year. He was sent back down and picked up three wins and won loss.

The first bit after the second one now hit out the centerfield for a face in. And scoring from third bases Ernie Banks. Everyone will go again. Gary Coul. And moving down a second on the single by Kissinger. Vick Razznoski. So it's an eight to four ball game for the match and the batter coming up his Bob Humphrey. A ton of the LWGY. Here with a second base in the ball game. And the first pitch is a call strike. Humphrey is a right hand batter. Humphrey has no advantage this year officially. He has sacrificed one time which will not go as a official at bat. Fitch back at curveball bounced down the short. Well I'm going to move in and go to the back after making a catch to reach out of the side. In the end he had a score of two runs on three hits.

That was a walk. Two men left on the score at the end of two and a half. The match takes a couple of balls. Now you're going to hear a devil he said. A song about a man who's unlucky and lost. But lucky in there. A song about a man who's unlucky and lost. A song about a man who's unlucky and lost. A song about a man who's unlucky and lost. A song about a man who's unlucky and lost. From the little cap base of Romania comes the song about your never-lake. Who drinks to forget the fire of the currency's heart because money water doesn't love him. Even if you're not on fire like for your never-lake, you can work up a passionate Romanian first with spicy salamale. And then you'll very likely call for the rind gold. It's a fact that in New York City where there are more Romanians than in By Lesch,

more people drink rind gold extra dry than any other peer. How come? Maybe you can find out at your local pizza, but we must be doing something right. Bottom half of the third. The match coming up against Bob Humphrey who came in the ballgame and will lead for the starting pitcher Ernie Brodyol. First man up for the match. I'll be Gary Cole, the right fielder. He'll be followed by Johnny Stevenson and then the pitcher, Darryl Soloan. Gary started off the second and even the midscore at six runs by working a three-two walk off Ernie Brodyol. So he is batting officially for the first time, batting at 239. Left in better with one-hole run and seven runs better than.

And the first bit is hit down by Ernie Banks, a fair ball and a gold for extra basses. Gold Brownie's first bass joined the second. He'll make that standing up as the throw comes in to Joel Mopasano. So Gary Cole coming up with a double and the match continuing their onslaught on the cup as they lead eight to four. That is their seven basses. And it brings up the catcher Johnny Stevenson. Johnny doubles the left field. Driving the run is first time up in this ballgame. It was his fourth double this year as 8RBI. A delay still pulled off by Johnny Bygary Colt with Johnny Stevenson-Battie. Now the entry will add to move in for the cut. Why not by Humphries and the fence? Fast-forward or left-field or face-down? Joy from Thursday, Gary Colt and the mess now leads by a nine to four short. Nine to four and favor the mess with going out the bottom half of the third. They're all sov'n'l money. They're all fighting for the first time. Going away in the cup, looking for a bun.

And the bun is popped straight in the air. Coming down is the catcher Vickrazowski to make the catch. Also there are any banks they showed a brand together. Bernie's been away not to hitting bodily but their hands just come together. One man out on the pop-up on the bun, saying the first race, Johnny Stevenson, and brings up Chuck Killer. Chuck is one for two. Left-hand batter and Bob Humphries to the plate. And the pitch is lower, it's ball one. One ball on those stripes. The ball goes to the back. Cow Jones is now warming up the bullpen for Chicago. One ball on those stripes, the mess leading by a score of nine to four. Right or goes, the pitch is hit down. Bernie's over into the cow's yard.

Bow on foul ball on the right field line, just missing in the count as one ball on one strike. And Bob Humphries back on top. His next delivery with a runner going as foul through the left side out of play. Another count as one ball in two strikes. Listen, that he edged out the Dodgers, 18 to nothing. He'll be only going all the way giving up for it. Only one running short of the largest pen in the shutout in the National League history. Pirates and Shubs have the record of 19 to nothing. Major League record is a 21-nothing game, won by the Yankees. Now the next pitch is high and it's ball two. Two balls and two strikes. Bob Humphries looking for the sign and runner goes again.

A spring in a mess that's thrown out the second base in time. And Johnny Stevenson is out. It's a strikeout double flight or retired aside. In the inning the mess gets one run on two hits. There were no errors. No one left on base to the score at the end of three to mess nine. The cut's full. Now here's a very sad French-Ginidium. It's not about a moment of loss, the key of his front end. Listen, that's a good one. Yeah, listen. J'ai perdu le dos du m'acclati net is a song with the kind of humor French-Ginadians love. But one song leads to another and the first that follows is no laughing matter. Rob, I'm pretty cool is what they're saying as they reach for a beer.

Probably rung old extra dry. In fact, in New York City, whether are more different kinds of people than in any other city in the world. More people drink rung old than any other beer. Why do French-Ginadians like rung old? We don't know. But we must be doing something right. Who's that? Moving out of the top of the fourth inning with a score nine to four in favor. The match right now for the play by play, Lindsay Nelson. All right, Ralph is Darryl Sallel on the mound for the New York mess. And top of the betting order up for the cup, Julian Alpertano has been up twice. Hopped out and struck out so far he's a right hand better who came to the Major League originally with a New York Giants. Through the first three innings, the match nine runs on eight hits in no errors. The cup's four runs on five hits in no errors. The cup's won the first game of today's double header by a score of seven to six.

Darryl Sallel on the newest of the New York mess just arrived and Buffalo deals a pitch that swung in and lied in the centerfield for a base hit. They can buy Johnny Lewis who plays it back, Amalpertano turns and holds with a single to center. Now, Darryl Landrums coming up a left-hand better. He has walked and struck out swinging so far. This is Sutherland's first appearance since coming to the match from Buffalo. He was up with the match last year, but this is his first appearance of the 1965 season. He was acquired originally by the match from the Philadelphia Phillies organization. Here's the pitch, a breaking ball, fly on and fall back out of play for strike one. With Landrum at the play, Billy Williams is in the undecc circle. Head coach Lou Klein is sitting on the ledge of the corner of the cup dugout.

Here's the pitch that's outside. As Landrum bluffed to run down to a dirty Charlie Smith is on the edge of the grass there. The lights are on, here it's just hitting. They were turned on actually during the parade of banners. Sutherland now sets checks and deals and the pitch is low for a ball. Two and one with the cup spading here and the top half of the fourth inning. And the judging of the banners today, the winner of first place and the category of banners cared by one person was an eight year old boy, Craig Bunker of Ozon Park, New York. Here's a swing in the Grand Ball Deschoy. Taking by McLean over to Hille for one and the throw on is not in time. It's over the head of Crayon Fools, Stevenson can't get his coming back and now he does. And holding it first is Donald Landrum.

So it's simply a four-splay. As Landrum becomes the runner at first to play on a mountain with six or four if you're scoring and Billy Williams is coming up. Landrum has good speed, he can fly it on that base path and he was there. And as the throw went over the head, our first baseman Crayon Fools hit the wire fence up the right field line from the Mad Dogout. And Stevenson actually had run too far up and had to come back to get it. Nowhere on the throw since you cannot presume that that will play. Here's the pitch and it's low inside for ball. One at a. The bandage is in second place and the bandage cared by one person to category with one by Morris J. Levine. A powered beach. His bandage said simply, resists. The one by Craig Bunker, one in that department said, turn the league upside down. Here's the pitch in for a call strike. Then in the Cattador Goria, bandage held by two persons. The winner was a huge bandage with a caricature of Casey Stingelon.

Michael Feinberg, a far rock away, Roy Kapper, a far rock away, here it is. The bandage takes easily and here's the pitch to Williams. This low for ball, Sutherland goes behind two and one. One of a second place in the bandage can test in the Cattador Goria, bandage held by two persons. The one that said, bedsheet manufacturers of America love the mess. That has reference to the bandage, most of which are on bedsheets. Philip Hertz of Aeon, New Jersey. Andrew Hertz of Aeon, Carrie Dunn. Here's the pitch outside, three and one. Now the wind blows a little less across the infield. The match are leading here by a score of nine to four. We're in the top half of the fourth inning of the second game.

Landham leads it first, three and one pitch to Williams. And it's in there for a call strike, three and two. Now let's see if they run Landham. Turn the bags on deck, one man out. Landham stole a base in the first inning. Got a good job and stole it by Plenty. It's a good lead here. Ball in Jeep Country. For Daryl, Tullalena, as he gets really Williams-Wringing, Landrim holds its first two-way and Ernie Banks is coming up.

Banks has been hit by a pitch ball and double. He has scored two runs. And the banner contests, and the category of banners held by three or more persons, the one or the one that said, Pray for Rain, REIGN, and a group from Lendenhurst, New Jersey carried that one. There's a swing in it, and second in that category, there was one that said, the bells are ringing for me and my men. It was rather contrived. He had a lot of bells and it must have been 30 or 40 feet long. And it was a group from Left Brake City. It's a swing and a drive to Left, way back. Hickman goes back and at the warning track, he haunts it down. The line drive is taken by Hickman. So Sutherland gets to side out with no runs, one is. No runs, one left, the story to end, the three and a half, earnings is the match-nine and it comes four. And now we're from Cool Builder Games. Your saver is not tasting cool enough

And about on the fourth it'll be Roy McNillin, and I'm going to have to lead off for the next bar.

Off we go. Still on the march. Harvey Keen is playing first base for the cup now with Ernie Banks out of the lineup. The veteran Ernie Banks is being given a rest here and the second game of the double edder and the veteran Harvey Keen who has not played previous video today has replaced him. The Fitzron and Fowl off the strike one. The Grand Prize and the Banner Day contest went to a banner that said to Er is human. Two for Gills is a match band. The Banner and Jeffrey Keen's village were the carriers and I presumed the creators of that particular banner. Here's a Fitzron and it's in the air to center. Don Landor Ranges bag has the range and makes the catch

a basket catch no less. What a way and I'll be Johnny Lurishin that applies to more most times in this game. Now, Humphries with the pitch. Strung on and missed for strike one. Here's Humphries with the strike one pitch. It's a breaking ball. It's in there. Two strikes now to Johnny Lurishin. The Banner Day contest is a match band. The Grand Prize and the Banner Day contest went to a banner that said to the Banner Day. The Grand Prize and the Banner Day contest will be in Los Angeles on Tuesday night at Dodgers Stadium to take on a league leading Dodgers. Two strike pitch here is high.

The Dodgers will be pitching a fellow named Sandy Kofax who will be trying for his 20th win of the season. And the mess will counter with Al Jackson who last time on the coach shut out the Dodgers won nothing. Here's a one-two pitch. Strung on and missed out it to strike out for Humphries is second of this ball again. With two away Charlie Smith coming up. Charlie is driven in four runs in this game with a homer and a triple hit on him in the first game. Charlie Smith has 48 runs about it in. He leaves the mess in that department by a considerable margin. Where he's pitch is strike one.

Now Fris with a one strike delivery. And Charlie Smith is hit by a pitch ball again. Upon the shoulder is he turned inside. Charlie goes to first. With two men out it will be head crane roll coming up. Crane roll single. And then throw it in a run with an empty allowed in the second inning. It was in the second inning that the mess got six runs. And they now lead by a score of nine to four. Fris is in for a strike now to crane roll. Charlie Smith leads in first Humphries off the stretch checks the runner. And deals in pitch to the play it is in there for a call strike.

Two strikes out of crane roll. This game is the last scheduled appearance of the Chicago Cup. That changed any of this season. Here's a pitch breaking ball. It's least in the centerfield for a face. Land of charges demolish Charlie Smith holds its second land and returns to ball to allow Patano and Trainsville is on it first for the singleest time. With two men out the mess have runners at first and second. Jim Hickman is the batter. And is it under a force play and grounded out so far in this game?

Now Humphries with a pitch. And it's in there for a call strike. Here he cold is waiting in the on deck circle. Here's a pitch and it's outside one in one. The road trip opening up for the Metzine Los Angeles on Tuesday night will be their last lengthy road trip of the season. It will take them to Los Angeles, to Houston, Texas, and to San Francisco. Here's the one on pitch, law and away, two in one to Hickman. And the national league, the pirates and the Phillies have split their double header. Phillies won the second game five to two, Herbert getting the win, cis to the loss after the pirates took the first game seven to one.

Now Humphries checks. Here's the two on pitch and it's low. Three balls in one strike. Now the Jim Hickman. We're in the bottom half of the fourth inning. The first one is lead at first and second. And a three one pitch. Breaking ball hits deep to left and right there is Altman and he makes the catch. The edge of the warning track to retire the side. Now runs one hit, nor there's two left in the score at the end of four full inning. Here's the Metzine and the Cubs four. When the Metz come back to Shoei's stadium, from this upcoming game, The first game will be against the St. Louis Cardinal. Here at Shoei's stadium on Friday night August 20th. And that night will be observed here as Suns of Italy night and who would you honor on Suns of Italy night? Yogi Berrick. Yogi will be the recipient of honors on a ceremony before that game on Friday night August 20th between the two.

The first one is a Cubs. The first one is a Cubs. The first one is a Cubs. The first one is a Cubs. The first one is a Cubs. The first one is a Cubs. And that was a 90-minute walk. This one is a Cubs. Well, the first one was a Cubs. The first one is a Cubs. This is Lindsay Nelson with Barber, Fienralf, China. It's Chase, and even New York. If we go to the top of the fifth Ron Santo, the field captain is up for the cup. He's walking round and out so far, he's the right-hand batter, facing right-hand pitcher Darryl Sutherland. And the pitch is Lowell from all. One and all now, to Ron Santo. Sutherland has the sign. The pitch is a breaking ball, check swing number out in front of the plate. Johnny Stevens and on it, through the crane full in, San Jose. It was a check swing, ground ball right out in front of the plate. That's your Johnny Stevens. How it started and through on end time, there's one away. George Altman's the batter, singular driving two runs in the first inning.

He granted I short to first in the third. Altman is the left-hand batter. And the pitch is Lowell from all. One away with nobody on base. Here's a one-off pitch, swing on and fouled off. It's one-on-one. George Altman was with the meds last year, and he was traded to the cup, with whom he began his major league career. It was a deal of Altman and exchange for Billy Tauin. Tauin has since been set by the meds to Buffalo. Matter of fact, he was not, and he was outrided. Sutherland's one-one pitch, swing on and it in the air to left, feel, and Jim Hickman is right there.

Two away. Brian Gold extra dry is New York City's largest selling bid. And it's doing all right in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island too. Bechraz Noskey, the left-hand battering catcher, is struck out swinging and warm. Sutherland's pitch is a breaking ball outside. One-on-one. The meds are leading here by a screw of nine to four. The cup's won the first game, seven to six. Outside from all to an o. The meds shade the defense slightly toward right, playing Rysnowski to pull.

Sutherland's pitch swung on and it on the ground back to the mound, taken by Sutherland coming off towards Percy. Tauin's on the crane floor and the side is out. Strong ending for Darryl Sutherland. No runs, no it's no runs, none left. It is now an official ball game. At the end of four and a half minutes, the score is the meds nine and the cup's more. It's hard to imagine New York City without every kind of jazz from Dixie Land to Progressive. Fortunately, you don't have to. That's Backstreet Rag, a uniquely American sound. It came up the Mississippi out of New Orleans with the Negro jazzmen who played it to the world. But they didn't stop with Dixie Land and the blues. Little David's Fue by John Lewis is a new sound that's part of a new generation.

But whether it's the old jazz or the new, it's thirsty work for the musicians. And when they put down their instruments, they'll pick up a cold beer, often wringled extra dry. In fact, in New York City, whether are more kinds of jazz than in any other city in the world, more people drink wringled than any other beer. Why do so many people like wringled? We don't know, but we must be doing something right. We're going to bottom half of the fifth inning now and Gary Colbert's coming up to lead off for the meds. Colbert's walked in double in this game, pulled off a delayed steal of third and he escored twice. Left-hand batter facing Bob Huffridge, working in relief of starter Ernie Brolyol. Brolyol has the picture of record for the cut. I'm freezing with the pitch. And it's in for a call strike.

And the strike run delivery is outside for a ball. There was considerable concern. The early innings of the ball game was whether or not they would ever be able to play it because twice there were little stretches of rain. And if let's dissolve there might be long stretches of rain. Here's the one-one pitch inside for a ball. But it is now an official ball game with a home club leading nine for batting in the bottom of the fifth. The complications were provided for the fact that this is the last schedule time in for the cup to show stadium. Here's the two-one pitch. And it's in for a call strike two-two. Johnny Stevens and his waiting in the on deck circle. And now the two-two delivery, double pop by Huffridge, swaying at him in.

And he gets his third strike out as he gets called swinging. John Stevens and comes up he has double the drive in a run and single the drive in a run. Chicago Cubs are playing an in feel of Harvey Key enjoy a mouth potato. John Kesney and Ron Sandel. And I'll feel of George Orman in the left. Don Lander and Senator and Billy Williams and Wright and Vick Ross. Nafskeet is the catcher. Playing in a miss. Strike one. Narrow Sutherland comes out to the on deck circle. Here's the strike one pitch. On the handle foul over toward the cup dug out the end of the cup dug out. It's caught there and it's going back out onto the field. Third flammens came off the bench to grab it. It's going to have it's not easy to hold on to ball and way bare handed because it has a word of spin on it.

Two strike pitch foul back and out of play. For the same reason balls foul back and the stands are extremely tough to catch. And that is why the customers many times are surprised when they think they have caught a foul ball and discover that they have not. It always has a tremendous amount of spin otherwise it would not be coming back in that direction. I'll press again with the double pop. And a two strike pitch. I'm going to hit the air to right. Billy Williams hangs back late, starts in and gets there to make the catch. Mr. Joseph from a moment made the late spin. He's got good speed and can cover up for any errors in judgment. Two man out and Darrell Sutherland is the batter. The match is leading by a score of nine to four and the bottom half of the fifth inning.

Now, please let's free sign. Pitch to the right hand better. It on the ground is short. A big hop up the passenger and he loves across to Harvey Keen in time. Harvey Keen gave it the big first baseman stretch. So runs no hits nor is none left in the score at the end of five fullennings. Here's the met nine and the gups four. Today's double header between the met and the cubs concludes the current home stand of the met. They go on the road now. And then come back for a Friday night game August 20th against the world champion Cardinal. Who will be making their last appearances of the season here. Saturday afternoon August 21st will be a ladies day attack. And there'll be a Sunday double header. And there'll be a Sunday double header. And there'll be a Sunday double header. And there'll be a Sunday double header. And there'll be a Sunday double header on August 20th. Between the met and the card. Following the card, the Los Angeles Dodgers come in. Well, there are the last time. And the San Francisco Giants. And then the Houston Astros in all in the next home stand.

New York met. Toyota's easy choice sales event is on. Whether you're looking for the performance of the camera, the versatility of Arab 4, the efficiency of a Corolla, or all electric driving in the BZ. There's a Toyota that's just right for you. And with great deals across the lineup, now's the time to find yours. But hurry, these deals won't last long. Toyota's easy choice sales event ends soon. We make it easy. Toyota, let's go places. This summer, don't squeeze in, spread out, find homes big enough for your whole guest list on Verbo. That's vacation rentals done right. Look your stay now. Go play 16 games. And up, and up, and out of the top half of the 16. And short stop, Don, Kessager is coming up. I go up. Jeff Ais, right hand to Darryl, Sutherland. Sutherland spit. Here's a swing and a ground ball to suck, and Chuck Hiller comes up with it and plays on over the crane pool. There's one away. And now Ellis Burton has got a bat for Bob Huffrey. Ellis Burton, who at one time last year, was armed to return at list, but was talked into return. He's coming up now. He's a switch eater, batting left. Herbert 24. Ellis.

Darryl Sutherland's pitch to the left hand batter, is fouled off to the left side out of play. Bob Huffrey is out of the game. He pitch three and two thirings, gave up two runs on four hits, struck out three and walked nine. Ernie Brolyo, who started, is the pitcher of record. Fitz to Burton is thrown on and popped up back at third. Charlie Smith is digging back, digging, digging at next to Kess. He lost his cap and started to get it up into his arm, right down the line and put him in there at the territory. Fine play by Charlie Smith, breaking right down the line, so that he had to take it right over his head. Two men out and Joy Malphatano is coming up. He's one for three. We're in the top of the sixth and the match are leading nine to four.

And breaking balls in for a call strike by Malphatano, who asks that umpire stand lad as examined the ball. He doesn't take it out of play. So the lend takes a long look for his sign, the strike one delivery, breaking ball, it's in there for a call strike two. Two men out and nobody on base at the top have a six inning. And the two strike picks. Swarron and looped in the right center for a basic. Here his hold comes up with his plays it back again and holding it first is Malphatano. Now Don Landerman is about to walk, strike out and hit it to a force play. He bets left.

So the lend has a sign, drain full place behind the runner at first. Here's the pitch wrong and a foul back to strike one. So the lend sets, strike one pitch. It's on the ground and it is off the glove of Hiller. On to short center and going on the third is Jojo Malphatano. It's a base hit as Hiller had no chance to play it. He was fortunate even to get the glove on it with a backhand staff. Couldn't stop it at it went on out in the short center.

Run as it first and third now with two men out. Base hit for Landerman. That brings up Billy Williams who had a home run in the third inning. He's one for three. Milwaukee Braves have taken both ends of a double header from the Houston Astros. Eight to five and eight to three. Billy O'Dell, the winner of the second game, Larry Durk of the loser. Wade Lassengame won the first one and Don Notabart was the loser. So the Milwaukee Braves have moved up. There are only two games out of first place. The Giants are one game out of first place. Larry Miller has happened during the Med Volpin. So the insert and deals and the pitch is off the leg. I've got Billy Williams. He's hit for the pitch fall and the bases are loaded with Ryan Sando, or other Harvey Kean coming up. Harvey Kean came on in relief of Ernie Banks coming up for his first time in the game.

Kean is hitting 205 because that eight runs better than. The meds leave nine to four, but the cubbies have loaded them up here at the top of the six. Bet you's high for a ball. Gensel and Gessie sign. And the one-oh delivery. Breaking ball outside. Two-oh-no to Kean. Jorim Alphatano is a third downlander of the second Billy Williams is at first.

Two-oh-pitches inside. So now, Stubborn has got behind Kean three balls and no strikes with Ryan Sando on deck. And no place to put Kean with the bases loaded. Three-oh-pitch. Hi, and he walked in on four-page falls to four center line. It is the meds nine that comes five. Ryan Sando comes up now representing potential sign run at the plate. Harvey Kean gets a run better than for drawing the walk for the bases loaded. Sando has walked, grounded out and grounded out. Larry Miller continues to throw in the med bow pen. Two men out.

Tom Parsons is up and throwing also in the med bow pen now. This sandal is low for all. Runners lead at first second and third. Sutherland one-oh-pitch. I am tight, it's ball two. Eryx Sando back out of the baddest box. West Westum is on the steps of the dugout. It's indicating to the catcher Johnny Stevens is likely to go out there. He's got a little time with Sutherland. West, meanwhile, is looking down to that bullfax. You also know if that right hand is ready. You also know if Parsons is ready. Kean Sando is two and oh. Parsons just got up to throw a moment ago.

Johnny Stevens is coming behind the plate and we're ready to continue with the bases loaded. Westum sits down and the meds are got two-oh-pitch. And it's in there for a call strike. Ready to go. Kean Sutherland looks in, with runners leading first second and third. The two-oh-pitch, breaking ball and it misses low. Three-oh-one now to Sando. And that is George Orman. That's nine and the Cubs five. Three-oh-one delivered. Low and he walked in and that forces him another run. Nine to six for the bases still loaded. West Westum, the med manager comes out of the dugout. Sando will get to run better there.

It'll be George Orman coming up, he's the left hand batter. A potential tying runs around base now for the Cubs here on the top half of the sixth inning. And Larry Miller is walking in from the open now. Left hand, Larry Miller is coming in to relieve Darryl Sutherland. Sutherland was working in relief of started Gary Crowley who worked two and two-thirds. So as the pitching change is being made, to bring us up to date on scores of other games all around the majors, here's Bob Murphy. All right, Lindsay, everything in the National League is over and the National League race has heightened up considerably. Ram and Hammy are registered trademarks of FCA U.S. LLC. The lucky braves are now just two games out of first place. They swept Houston at 1-8-5 and 8-3. The last game was the winner in the first game at Odell in the nightclub. In an amazing score, Cincinnati beat the Dodgers 18 to nothing. Maloney winning his 13. And the chance was Warren's final winner, Alu McCovvy and May is all hitting home runs. The chance beats a Lewis 6 to 4. So now, the Dodgers lead the chance by just one game. They lead Cincinnati and Milwaukee by just two ball games. Only two games separating the first four teams in the National League. And while the National League race continues to tighten up and National League baseball fans once again set themselves for one of those great finishes, they're here again, Osslensley. All right, Bob, it is Jim Stewart batting for George Orton. He's a switch hitter batting right. The bases are loaded. Two men out. Larry Miller deals the pitch.

Swung out and missed for strike line. Ed Choetzloucline in the cup decided to go to a bit of strategy here, sending up Stewart's about for Altman against the left hand pitcher Larry Miller. Stewart being a switch hitter turned around right. The bases are loaded. The best lead 9-6. Top half of the sixth inning. Larry Miller works straight away and the pitch is in there for a fall strike two to Jim Stewart. Billy Williams is a third. Harvey Keen is in second and Ron Sando is in first. Or is he Chicago cut? Miller has gone ahead of Stewart now with a two strike count. Here's the pitch. Swung out and missed. He's sucking out of the side in rear-iron. So Larry Miller comes in to do the job. The cup picked up two runs. There were two hits. Two walks, no errors on three laps and the score at the end. A five-and-one happening is a next nine and the cup six.

Is this one of those days when you're not yourself? You'll feel more so when you listen to them. Oh, I'm not supposed to be self-repawn. Not a year, my year. I'm not supposed to be self-repawn. This song gets sung over and over at Irish parties and pickpicks. Until the singers raise a ferocious thirst, then they change that tune. Come fill up your glass of sundry once you will while I'm used on the everyday. This is a traditional Irish drinking song and often the beer they drink is wrangled extra dry. In fact, in New York City, where there are more Irish than in the whole of Dublin, more people drink wrangled and any other beer. Why do Irish Americans like wrangled? We don't know, but we must be doing something right.

Poorly Chicago Cubs now. Billy Health just came into the picture and Ellis Burton is staying in the ballgame and left field. So, Burton bad for night and health bad for sex if you're keeping your short-card. Billy Health, far of the cup, making his 14th game of parents. He has won one and lost one. As an earner, it's a 1.44. He was the winning pitcher in yesterday's game. Charlie Keller is up to lead off. Here on the bottom half of the sixth inning as health. He'll pitch that is the most important thing in the world. He's got a lot of money to pay for his career. He's got a lot of money to pay for his career. He's got a lot of money to pay for his career. Here on the bottom half of the sixth inning as health. He'll pitch that is in there for a call to drive. For no particular reason Larry Miller was on deck swinging best before Miller came.

Here's a swing in a foul ball knock down by Yogi Verr on the good you guys just first. It's certainly Larry Miller with a little bit of a crush ever about the batting order. Not realizing that Sutherland had made the last out of the last inning for the match. So this is top of the batting order. Two strike pitch and it's on a line and it's short where it is blow off the shoe top by a tessenger for the out. It's reached way over and picked it right off the shoe top for the out of soft lighter. One away on Roya Mcmillan's the better. The match's nine and the cup's six. Here's a pitch and a tie for a ball.

And the pitch outside to an old out of Mcmillan. Johnny Lewis waiting on deck. This is the second game of the double header as the cup's won the first game seven to six. Here's a swing in a miss two and one now to Mcmillan. And we are holding on a little longer than usual here because of the added back that banner day was observed between games of the double header and we had a long parade of some 17 hundred batter. Here's the two one pitch and it's high for a ball. Three and one. Like so many things that have happened in connection with the New York Mets in the four years of their existence. The estimates were early today at the ballpark that there would not be as many entries in the back of the day as they were last year. And there were hundreds more. Here's the pitch outside and Mcmillan draws a walk from hell. We pass precision identification. This is the New York Mets baseball network.

This is WGY and WGFM's connectivity where you can hear all the games of the New York Mets for baseball, the best in music for comprehensive rely on yours reporting stay tuned to WGY. This is Lindsay Nelson, a Bob Murphy in Ralph China, a Chase State even in New York and Johnny Lewis is up for four of the Mets now. Mcmillan leads the left hand pitch to use the pitch it's low. One of the Lewis who had walked, walked and struck out. He scored twice in this game. The club's got two in the top of the first. The Mets match to the bottom of the first. We're going to ground ball to first. Second by Key and tags the bag to take off. The four throws to second and not in time. The ball's over on the left field. The talent gets up and sprint to third and goes in standing. Harvey Key and took the ground ball and he likes it. He goes to the bag and gets one and then throws to second. The tag would have had to have been made on Mcmillan. The throw was low to catch him just. The extra bass is taken out and get along the throw. The drive is against Key.

Two away. The slowest one out the first base out of system. Charlie Smith is up. Smith is driven in four runs in this game. He's been on base three times. He's got a home run. A triple that was hit by a pitch ball. He scored twice himself. The pitch is low in the dirt. It's dug out by Vick Rasmus Key. A lot of other six with the Mets leading nine to six. Billy helped the third. Chicago pitcher. Slow curve ball is fouled off rolling toward the cup dugout. One and one is the cup. Billy helped with the one and one pitch. He's going on and it in the add-on left field.

Alice Burton is moving over and Burton's there and makes the catch and the side is off. The run is no, it's no, one, one, one, one, one, one left. The story at the end of six ball innings is the Mets six and the Mets nine and the cup six. Bob Murphy will be along in just a moment to detail the play by play. Well, this was a little wild one. Now into 6th New York, we go to the southern setting in Rouse Toskey, a schedule to lead off. But Chris Krueger right-hand batter is going to hit for him with the meds pitching on left-hander Larry Miller. What am I doing, man? I'm just... Chris Krueger, tall right-hand hitting catcher, batting for Vickarized Nasty on the top of the southern setting. New York 9 runs, 9 hits, no air, Chicago 6 runs, 8 hits and 1 air. Larry Miller is not in really. He takes the assign now from Canada Zero.

A swing and a foul hit held onto by Chris Krueger. The sky is mostly clear now after a little bit of rain and a threat of a heavy thunderstorms that's never developed. At the second game been rained out, it would have been made up tomorrow because this is the Cubs last visit. A swing and a miss drank too. Chris Krueger batting at 224. Big backstab is at 3 home runs, 9th in 19. Miller's two-strike pitch, a foul ball, walked it back upstairs and out of play. The American Lake game on the west coast is now over, Washington beat the Angel 6-4. Ryan Durin, the winner in relief for the Senators and the loser in relief, had suit life.

Washington had a five run eighth inning to win that ball game. Now Larry Miller looks in, he has a two-strike count on Krueger's the pitch, up high on a fastball, one ball and two strikes. It took an hour and 40 minutes to play the first three innings of this ball game. There was a lot of scoring in the first three. It was 9-4 at the end of three, it's now 9-6 where in the seventh. Now Larry Miller's one-two delivery is a little bit high on the count, even two balls two strikes.

Two balls two strikes. And a tie ball three. Larry was in front on Krueger with a two-strike count. Now we have a foul count of three and two. Following this game, the only remaining action between the Messnick-Ubs is in Chicago. Three-two pitch. Outside ball four and after getting him two strikes, he lost it. Time to strike. Don Kessinger, the shortstop has two hits and three times at best. Now little Al Jackson is tuning up in the bullpitch. Inside ball one. Al pitches two, tonight against the Dodgers, he would be doing some tuna if we're getting out of the day.

So West West Rim has him warming up now and if necessary, he'll use him in the ball game. Chris Cattasero is going out to the mound. Roy McMillan coming over from shortstop as they talk to Larry Miller. Gary Crowell walked four men, Darrell Sutherland walked two. Larry Miller has walked Krueger leading off here on the top of the seventh and has gone behind on Kessinger. Now the pitch and it's popped up, it is playable. Cattasero getting rid of the mass. Chris is under it and foul-growing, he takes it. That'll bring up Ellis Burton. He batted for Bob Humphries in the sixth inning and then stayed in the ball game. He's going to love field so he's hitting him the number nine spot in the order.

Burton, a speedster at a switch-hitter, he'll be batting right against left-hand or Larry Miller. Inside and high, one ball, those strikes. Now Miller delivers and it's popped up, a foul ball outside first, grain-pool moving over, it has plenty of room and it makes the catch near the line and foul territory. Now there are two away in the visiting seventh, top of the batting order for Joe Malphatano. Malphatano has two hits and four times at bat. He's hitting at 265. Long fly ball hit deep by a Malphatano way back towards the batting and it's off the batting screen.

It's in play at extra base hit. Kruguran third is scoring and a Malphatano is on with a double. He missed a home run by no more than a foot. Now it's nine to seven. Krug coming around the score on the double by a Malphatano. He pulled it and he hit the drive toward the yellow line above the ball pin. It dropped just about a foot below the line. I guess the screen, the ball pin opening and bounce back on the field. Malphatano's third hit at the ball again. Now the cup says the tying run up, the batter is done, Landra. Lowered outside, one ball, one strike. Malphatano has three hits in a row, two singles in a double and he just missed hitting a two run home run.

One one delivery, swinging a miss on a fast ball that was in on him, one ball and two strikes. Well, this one is going to be a cliffhanger apparently. The end of three, the mess we're in front, nine to four, it's now nine to seven. Now Miller with a count of one and two on Don Landra, left hander against left hander. It is one on a mess dropped by Kenneth Zarel, Chris Mixett, throws the first to side of the clock. Cubs that are run. One run, one hit, a run scoring double by a Malphatano, no errors, one left. Seven to the next stretch tab at the end of six to the half is the mess nine and the cup seven. It's very hard to sell sheet music and Jamaica, you know. They make up songs whenever they need them.

Like us, having a party, eating rice and peas, dancing happily as you please. Jamming lady with a very nice pile, and I'll talk to her for a while. When Jamaicans get together for a party, the beat is collapsed so and the songs are made up on the spot. And when the singer finds his throat a little dry, something refreshing will be improvised. Probably Rangold beer. In New York City, where there are more different kinds of people than in any other city in the world, more people drink Rangold extra dry than any other beer. Why do Jamaicans like Rangold? We don't know, but we must be doing something right.

Last of the seven butting, Chris Kruegel got through a walk, batting for Viggras Maski, and he stays in the ballgame. Eddie Crain-Bool is up against Billy Huff. The doll left handers bitch, a lot up, is sitting on the ground slowly to shortstop with a lot of reverse spin. Kissinger approves the keen endham and Crain-Bool is out. Billy Huff has been doing quite a job in relief for Chicago since he came up from Salt Lake. The better on left hander in 25 earnings has given up just 15 base hits and has earned run average of 1.4. Breaking.

Ball a strike on the inside corner to Jim Hickman. Wasting no time, the fist just outside, one ball, one strike on Hickman. Jim is sitting to a force play, grounded out to third and land the ball hard to the left fielder. And he pops this one up on the right side of the diamond, scooting back into shallow right centers of Alphatano. He has it two down. You have to nobody on that'll bring up Gary Cole. Gary has reached on a walk in the corner run, doubled in the corner run and been struck out one for two. Now the pitch on the way, foul ball lofted back toward our broadcast booth and out of play.

Traveled eight of my other best flight of Los Angeles, Al Jackson opens the Dajar Sirius Tuesday night. Low and outside, one ball, one strike. A hitter has to stay ready when Billy helped his on the mat. He's a very rapid worker. And every time then he'll try to pitch a little faster than usual, a swing and a miss, one ball and two strikes. Billy throws a wide assortment of breaking stuff. And his day is when he was a 20 game winner with Detroit, he was throwing smoke. He developed a chronic sore arm that used to be very sore every spring. And the pitch is in for a call third strike. So Billy has to get to the side in order in the seven-dunning. He has come on out of pitch two innings in relief, allow no runs and no hits. No runs, no hits, no errors and none left in the seventh at the end of the seven.

New York nine runs, nine hits, no errors, Chicago. Seven runs, nine hits, one error. Everything is over in the national league and the race tightened up. Cincinnati beat the Dajar's 18-doping, Maloney pitching a four-hit shutout to one of his 13th driest day of losing. The reds are two games out. The chance with Warren Spahn as a winning pitcher, Alou McCovion May is all hitting home runs, Beat St. Louis 64. Giants are now one game out, Simmons was the loser. The braves were only two games back, they won a double header, eight to five, and eight to three from Houston. Lasting game won his 14th and O'Dell was to win her in relief in the second ball game. Hetsburg and Philadelphia split, Pirates won the first game, seven to one behind Veal. Ray Herbert went all the way to win the second game for Philadelphia, five to two. The American league race, the twins continue to open up even more of the lead. They've now won 13th and other last 16th, they win today on a two-hitter by Jim Perry.

Lasting the reds are eight to nothing. Cleveland beat Chicago's 64, the white sacks are now 11 and a half games back, second game reigned out. Yankees tipped the tagger's 6 to 5 run up the winner in relief. Washington with a five run, eighth inning beat the angel's 6 to 4. Baltimore over the A is 9 to 5 in the first game, still Miller winning in the second game just underway. Bobby Klaus, now playing second for the Met as we go to the A. And the pitch to Billy Williams is taken first right. Larry Miller wins, the pitch to Billy Williams, a drive in the air to center running in heart. Johnny Lewis, he can't make a play, it's in for a base, it bounds by goes all the way back to the wall. And Williams again is on his way to third and he'll pull in with a three-base. Well, Billy Williams has his fourth triple in this series.

I've checked that he has his third. And the opening game he had a single in a double. And the second ball game he had a double in a home run. And the third game he had a single in two triples. And this ball game he now has a triple in a home run. Johnny Lewis wanted to shoestring that one. That's with a two-round lead, they're playing the infield back, but now West West Rim has headed towards the mouth. Harvey Keen, a right hand batter up. And we may get a pitching change. Harvey came in the lineup when New York was in front nine to four to rest Ernie Banks. This will be all for Larry Miller and we'll have a new pitcher coming in. Larry came on in the sixth inning and struck out. Jimmy Stewart on three pitches to retire the side with two minute with the bases loaded.

And the seventh inning he gave up one run and one hit. So Larry pitches one and one third. At the moment has given up one run, allowed two hits. Walked one and struck out one. Now Tom Parsons is coming in from the ballpen to face Harvey Keen. Well Billy Williams has had the kind of series that a hitter dreams about. He has had nine hits in 16 times at bat. Seven of the nine have been extra base hits. Billy Williams in his four game series has two doubles, three trebles and two home runs. Seven of his nine hits for extra bases. He's hitting five sixty three in the series. Now Larry Miller heads for the dugout and Tom Parsons is the new pitcher.

It is always difficult to stop a ball club once they get up more minimum. You build a lead and the other club starts to catch up and they get the momentum and start to catch up. And it's a tough job for the relief pitcher to come in and a hold of an check. Harvey Keen will be hitting for the second time. He reached on a walk in the sixth inning. Although Harvey had two sixty two as a part-time player with a giant's last year. He is still one of the few lifetime 300 hitters around. After 13 years, Harvey has a lifetime batting average of 305. In the spot the best we'll concede a run. They have a two run lead and they'll play the infield back.

Now Tom looks then to get his sign from Canada Zero. Here's the wind up in the pitch throwing and the fastball is over a strike one and one. Ron Sato is on deck and then Billy Huff. Billy is a much better than average hitter for a pitcher. The one-one delivery, ground ball bounced his shortstop and it'll score a run. McMillan grabs and throws and time getting Gene. Billy Williams and the score. And now this is a nine to eight ball game. Billy hit a single-arranged center but Johnny Lewis is going to trans-shootspring and it got loose and went all the way back into wall for a triple. Harvey Keen getting his second RBI when he drew a walk he did so with the bassist loaded forcing him to run.

So now Ron Sato is the better one out two outs and nobody out. Here's the pitch on the way and it's on the outside corner for a strike. Scoreboard has two outs one out. Now Parsons Wands delivers breaking ball outside and low he checked on the swing just in time. One ball and one strike to Ron Sato. And what was once a five-run lead is a ball game now that is the real cliffhanger. And one one delivery curve is it fouled back towards the Chicago dugout no play. One and two.

Ron Sato has walked twice otherwise has gone over two. He's sitting in solid 280. And the ball is in the middle of the wall. Parsons winding the one two pitch to Sato. It's over strike three calls. And the ball in America make it count at the Ram Drive into Fall sales event make it powerful with our strongest Ram 1500 ever make it move with the Ram heavy duty with an available Cummins diesel and make it go the distance with a 10 year or 100,000 mile powertrain limited warranty. He got him with a little half fastball. Tom has money of mustard on that one. Now there are two away and it brings up Doug Clemens batting for Billy. Downfielder Doug Clemens. A left hand hitter. Shubbs will have a new pitcher in the ball game in the last of the eighth inning. The left hand batter and he stands far back from the plate. Charlie Smith in close at third. Fastball outside one ball and no strikes. This one is no laughing matter it's the next nine in the cup's eight. When the people enter blue condition and difficulties of service.

в 입 Live hall loop to short rides field. one hit, no air has done that. At the end of seven and a half anings the score of the New York met nine, the Chicago Cup's eight. And next you're going to hear a lullaby, but remember to stay awake for what comes after. Mm-hmm. It's Roger C. In London. Generations of Jewish children have been put to bed with this lullaby, and often they stayed awake, quiet as mice, listening to the party. No, I can't do no, I can't do it. But it's nothing, the best of all. Every year, I'm fighting this dog. I pray that he's not a great love. This song brings back friendly laughter

and the clink of bottle against glass. And today, as yesterday, what's in the bottle is often wrangled extra dry. In fact, in New York City, which has the largest Jewish community in the world, more people sing grind bowls than any other beer. Outcome, we don't know. But we must be doing something right. La Chien. He's going to spoil it in the night. In fact. Last of the eighth inning, Ted Abernathy, and the pitch now for Chicago. And for baseball's busiest relief pitcher this year, more Mr. Abernathy, this is his 61st ball game, if you can imagine. 47 games remaining after today for Chicago. Abernathy might very well establish the all-time record for a parent's his fire relief pitcher, which was said last year by the A's John Y at 81. Right here, we'll pause for station identification.

This is the New York Med Space Ball Network. This is WGY and WGFM's Connected E-way. You can hear all the games of the New York Med Space Ball for the best in music, for comprehensive, reliable news reporting. Stay tuned to WGY. Top Murphy with Lindsey Nelson and Ralph Cannon. Bottom of the eighth inning, Chris Kennedy-Zero stepping in against Ted Abernathy. First time up in the game for Chris. And the Thrupp Marina delivers a swing and a bow strike one. Well, if Abernathy is in 21 of the 47 remaining ball games, he will write a new major leg record for a parent's his fire relief pitcher. And he has been averaging, getting into a much larger percentage of games than 21 of 47 remaining. He's been amazing. He has 16 saves to his credit. And it's a strike on the other side corner. That's just about beat even the first game here today.

They broke through against him for the first time this year. And it took a good play by a saddle at the bottom of the ninth inning on Cain Bull to save the ball game of the base of Smoded and two men down. Ted Abernathy with a two strike job. Here's the pitch on the way. I'll loop these right and just short-ride a base hit. And Zero took that one right out of the ship. My full of the six can out of his holster. And he lays the drive to the opposite field. They look for the bot with Parsons up. He pulls the bat back and the pitch is over for a strike. And the pitch had a sunset at the time as he was around the bot.

One ball and one strike. Ted Abernathy has appeared in the 11 of 16 ball games against the Yorkers here. And I grain again ball is fun at the down the third base. I picked up my crew. He throws the first in pan and Parsons moves the runner. Get a Zero going over to second. All of a sudden it suddenly is beginning to look much like rain again. After the light ran and the threat of a heavy thunderstorm was never developed. The overcast moved away. It became an ass day once again. But now it's getting very freezing and quite overcast. Low flying clouds moving in right over the stadium.

Abernathy up in fetching position. Bobby clouds the batter. And he hit the foul ball down the left field line back over into the crowd. Bobby is up for the first half. He took over for Chuck Eller. Chuck Eller hit the ball hard all afternoon. Chuck had a home run in a single in the opening ball game. Had a run scoring double in this ball game but on two other occasions it hard land drives to her cut. A Zero. He delivers low and outside one ball one strike on Bobby clouds. High scoring one run battle Chicago won the opener seven to six. The medicine front here nine to eight were in the last of the eighth inning. Inside ball two it's two and one.

The two one pitch to Bobby and a change of curve is over. The count is two to on Bobby clouds. Here's the pitch on the way. A wild pitch goes to the back. Now Chicago must bring the infield in and play clamped on the edge of the infield grass. This gives the hitter always a little bit more of an advantage. The outfield shallow. Three to delivery. It's high ball for Bobby's line. The time is coming up. A long day of baseball for veteran Roy McBullitt.

He played all the last inning of the opening ball game when he was hit for it. That's gone all the way on this one. Now let's see how the cup's played. Canis L is on third class on first and one out. Cubs are going to play the infield at half the pathway. Even with the bag at first and third. Roy has one for three and Reese going to walk his last time up. And he had a pair of hits the first game. Now the pitch outside ball one. That's gone their catcher Chris Canis L has to run to the first. Very little speed on the line in that position. Now the pitch on the way. Ground back bounced on the right side.

And it's off the glove of Team Everybody of State. And his real story. Now the insurance run is there. It's a mill and less breaking ball in the outside corner. In a bouncing ball, Team was charged. And he was going all the way for a play at the plate. It just took off of his glove and on out towards the rim of the outfield grass. And then he didn't feel hit from the mullet. Scoring Chris Canis L. Back second heart of the eye of the game. Moving over to second goes Bobby Claus. Now the next set of two run lead. Now they're changing the scoring to an error. And changing the scoring and giving team an error. It isn't our be out for a mullet. Let's leave 10 to 8. The pitch to Jerry Lewis is over. Strike one. Wow pitch to the Abernathy.

Uncourt. And a able can of Sarah to go from second to third was a real key. The run is in and then after hoping to get more. Johnny Lewis has walked twice. Otherwise he's over to in this one. Outside and low. One ball. One strike. Johnny had two hits and my two runs in in the first game today. It's popped up outside third right on the line of Sino. Now he goes ascribed into foul ground and takes it. So the message scored on Abernathy. And both of his really for fans is today. One of the real hitting heroes for New York. Johnny's not coming back. Now he had a two run homer in the first and a two run triple in the second. So he has driven in four runs this morning. And then he's going to have to go back to the first. And then he's going to have to go back to the first. And then he's going to have to go back to the first.

So he has driven in four runs this morning. Johnny hacking is yearly total of 48. Two outs and two on one run out. Fast ball of the letters. Like one. Rising fast ball to have submarine pitchers. Now rubber arm to Abernathy checks the runners. Here's the pitch. Round ball back to the mound. Abernathy up with it. Throws to Harvey Keen at first. The side is out. And we'll be going to the line. In the eighth inning, the match pick up an insurance run. One run. One hit. One air and two left on. So at the end of eight.

The New York match 10 and the Chicago Guards eight. Well here we go, last of the top of the ninth inning. The New York trying to protect a two run lead, ten to eight. This will be the second time event for Chris Krueger who will walk in the seventh inning. Fast ball is high. One ball in no strikes on Chris Krueger. It barely has come out on deck. He's going to bat for shortstop John Kessinger. Inside of the letters and passes goes behind to an o-on Chris Krueger. The Yankees closed out a good road trip by beating Detroit today at six to five. And they'll open their homestay out of the Yankees stadium on Tuesday night against the Minnesota Twins.

Two o-delivery. Drives him back from the play. That was way inside ball three. Well it's still four pacing time. Now the number is set. Jordan Richards, isn't he just walking up? Hi, man. Carson's winding. Here's the three o-pits. This one is a strike three and one. That's how the left hand or an o-right hand are getting ready. Carson's trying to come from behind against Krueger. Now the free one delivery. It's Annie. How do you take it again? Now it's three and two.

Jim Buffy is the right hander. Gordon Richards is in the left hander and the mess ball pin. Infield straight away against Krueger. Johnny Lewis is left. Pitching free and two. Struck him out a fastball end for a ball third strike. We've never got the bad out of these shoulders. And Parsons came from behind to get him a fine job. What out of nobody are. Now the hitter is there barely a batting for Don Cessinger. Outside one ball and no strikes. Honey Banks drove in four runs in the first ball game today. Hiking is total to eighty-three. Outfield around the right. Annie gets the outside corner strike. One ball and one strike.

Well, right about now is a good time to lean back, light up a cool and enjoy the taste of the most refreshing coolness you can get in any cigarette. Fastball under the knees. Ball two. It's two and one on barely. Now Parsons' lions. Here's the pitch on the way. He must have high. It's ball three. Once again, Tom working with a free one guy. He actually went behind, proved free and over, but then came back to strike him out. Now he's behind, free and one on barely. Ball four and barely goes to first base. Burton will be coming out for the third time. He was retired by a trucker. He's having a crickly going down the line in the sixth inning. And he fouled out the crane pool in the seventh inning. Burton is a sweatshitter and he'll be batting left against Tom Parsons.

Both games today have been tripping. The opening game went down to the final out and took a good fielding play by Sano to save it for Chicago. A looping fly ball in the short center, Lewis will have to play it on the half of the base hit and the tying runs around. Burton will be the Texas Lager in the shallow right center. That brings up a ball of the talent who's had three hits in a row. That is the 11th hit of the game for Chicago. Joe and Alfred Tano has had base hits his last three times up. In the seventh inning, he just missed a home run by about a foot. In the ball, Gemi has three hits and five times at bat. Right hand hitter, that's how the infield hoping for a shot at two. A looping fly ball toward the right field line, getting hard as pulled and it's out of the base hit. Bailey around third is being held up and now they've got a miss up

and in the score comes Bailey runs on second and third. Burton ran up on Bailey but the match did not see it. Back, the back was to the play and Bailey then was worried on home by Alvin Dug and he made it in. So I'll get this situation as bad as Henry Dines. One out at runners on second and third. The last two hits have been Texas Lakers. That was a loop double down the right field line. A fly ball, he had been pulled on the pitch. Atlanta just inside the line, a mouth of Tano's fourth straight hit. Bailey comes into score. Now the match has to bring the infield in and the batter is down the land run. The tying run is on third, Burton and a mouth of Tano, the lead run is on second. Now time is called by a manager of West Westrup. And West is on his way to the mouth. Well you know you're pitching in a hard luck when you get in a hot water

the way Carson says. The walker at him, he walked Bailey. But Ellis Burton blew up to one end of the shallow right center for a single and then a mouth of Tano, a right hand batter. And a loop down the right field line for a double. Actually Burton, a speech turret almost run up on Bailey, but Bailey had time to be sent out home. Ball was placed so much over toward the line that even though they had run up on each other, they still had time to send Bailey down the line to score. And now Gordon Richards, so much being brought in. One man out in the ninth inning and so Carson's works one and a third. A luckless one and a third at that. At the moment time has allowed one run and given up two hits. He walked one man and struck out two.

And Gordon Richards faces a very. It's Paul and America. Make it count at the Ram Drive-In to Paul Sales Event. Make it powerful with our strongest Ram 1500 ever. And now Glenn Buckert, regular second base winner right hand batter. He's stepping in to hit for Don Landra. But let's have to play the end field yet. So a sticky situation to say the least. Let's try and protect a one run lead and Billy Williams is on deck. Now the stretch by Gordon Richardson.

Runner's on second and third one out. Here's the pitch on the way. I'm swinging on a strike one. Infield clamped on the edge of the infield grass. Fast man hitting a fast man at third. Gender Diane that cuts out the tying run on third leading run on second. Now the pitch. Line drive. If not shortly, he's the slowest glove off. He picks it up and everybody will say it the ballgame is tied up. A line drive is so hard it not smith's glove off. Oh well then behind him and this ballgame is tied up. That's the base set for Glenn Buckert. Spittie ran back, picked it up and looked like he might throw to the plate. But he took a glass and decided he didn't have a chance. And this game is tied up.

And the cup has runners on first and third only one man out. And the hitter is Billy Williams. Or the glove one flying off a Charlie's hands the ball was at so hard. Whatever the year and fell in behind him. Burton coming in the score of the tying run. Now runners on first and third in Billy Williams up. He has a triple in a home run. A high pop fly into shallow right center. Well, it's going out. Gold is coming in. And it is brought by Cody. This judge it. Here's the full coming home. It's coming off. Throw to second 90 in time. In the score comes a foul for Tano. And Chicago has gone in front of 11 to 10. Well, everything went wrong at once. That's the one-blown single in the right center. As it all can only wound up, Johnny Lewis could have thought the ball. But Gary Coole was going for it all the way and the win was expressioned up.

Was blowing it over towards center field. So now if a Tano comes in, Williams is on with a base hit. Into right center. Becker stopped at second. Another run about it. And for Cody Williams is second of the ball game. Chicago has gone in front of 11 to 10. They have three runs in and then I have them in. The hitter now is Harvey Keane with one out runners on first and second. What a day of frustration. Low and outside. One ball and no strikes. Three pot fly bases, two singles and a double. And a land ride that was hit so hard that a naturalty smis glove off. And it's a strike on the outside corner, one ball and one strike.

Two of the runs scored. All three of the runs scored here on the night. For chairs to Tom Parsons who certainly has been luckless. Now the pitch on the way. Outside, Harvey Keane, two and one. Richard Sennett's face two men. Becker to hit the liner. The nice manies glove off tying the game. Williams to hit the fly ball to right center. That was most just in fell for a base hit. Drive again. The leading run. Outside. Now Richard Sennett's free in one count on Harvey Keane. Reballs and a strike on Harvey. He's up for the third time, didn't can handle the sixth inning. All four of that lows the bases. Well right here we pause for station identification. This is the New York Metz baseball. This is WGY and WGFM's connectivity where you can hear all the games of the New York Metz for baseball, for the Western music, for comprehensive reliable news reporting. Stay tuned to WGY.

Bob Murphy with Lindsay Nelson and Ralph Kiner from Shae Stadia. We're on the top of the ninth in the nightclub. Chicago coming from far behind of this game. At one time they trailed nine to four. They now lead 11 to 10. Ron Sennett, obiting with the bases loaded. The pitch is outside ball one. Ron Sennett, Chicago got third base, been right hand batter waiting. And Gordon Richards, some of this is outside ball two. Gordon appears to be a little unnerved by it all and certainly is understandable. Let's last the opener, 76. Power ball, tough to back into the crowd as two balls in a strike.

Tracker is the lead runner, third. Bill Williams on second and Harvey Keen on first with one man out. The club is trying to add to their lead. Now the pitch, ball three. No place to put him in the catastone free and one. Here's the line to free one delivery. Lowest ball for and next for Sennett Chicago's ball run of the ball game. Deckard coming down the line to score. It's now four run ninth on in for Chicago and they have a two run lead 12 to 10. Run about it in for Ron Sennett, oh his second at the ball game. And that brings up the pitcher to have an effort. He's sitting for the first time. Sitting in the number six pilot in the bodyguarra, pertin is sitting nine.

Power ball back into the screen. Kelly Williams, the lead runner on third and the pitch by Gordon Richards, center's down the dirt, one ball, one strike. Well, Watts have really hurt the nuts in this ball game. They have handed out 10 walks. Now West West is going to the mat and we'll get a right handed. Gordon Richards, center will lead the ball again. Jim Pepki has been warning up out there. Got a little unhappy and certainly disappointed. That's at a nine to four lead in this ball game at the end of the three that Chicago started climbing the hill. They got two on the sixth to one on the seventh, one on the eighth.

They pulled within one run on the eighth and that's got what looked like a very big run in the last of the eighth and an insurance telly to give them a two run lead. But it comes of come back to score four runs there on the ninth inning. So young Jim Pepki, 18 year old right handed from Kansas City as the sixth pitcher. I was short into service in this ball game by West Western. Now Bethgie in the right hand up the squeeze is on and the ball hits the baddest foul. Abernathy hit the dirt to get out of the way of the high hard one and the ball apparently hit his back. Or did it hit Abernathy? Here's Westram charging him by our stand landers. Westram is going to argue with his foul ball and I believe Laundice has a word of Abernathy first phase hit by a pitch. If so, it brings in another run and Westram and Laundice are arguing after play. Abernathy, such straight down to get out of the way of the high hard one. The suicide squeeze play was on and stand line is says Abernathy was hit by the pitch and now he's on his feet and going to first phase.

No, you'll see on this then is in the score on the hit thoughtsman. And the cup's now have five runs in and lead 13 to 10. Now the bases are still loaded another run is brought to play. Now a five running and Chicago has opened up a three run lead there in front 13 to 10. And Chris Krug is batting for the second time in the inning. But he into his wind up now the pitch. A swing in a M. Strike one. Bucky winding fires way outside one ball and one strike. Back in the second inning the mid scored six runs to build a day to two lead. Lowered outside two balls in a strike. The old flash Frankie first used to always say all those bases on balls they'll kill you.

Two and one the count. Bucky delivers a swing in a M. S. and it's two and two. Arby Keane is the lead runner. He's a third round Sano at second and Ted Abernathy at first. Bucky has a two and two count on Krug now the pitch on the way. Krug of a swing in a M. S. and it's two and a way. Krug has been up twice and it's drug out twice. He's the only man the M. S. have got out here in the ninth inning. Now you have Bailey who appeared as a pinch hitter for Dan Kessinger is batting for the second time in the inning. Bailey drew a walk as the pinch better. Just missed the inside corner one ball and no strikes. Abern's are in on four hits three walks to the hit basketball.

Now the curve is over for a strike one and one. Cubs have four hits in the inning. One was a Texas league single one was a Texas league double one was a one blown fly ball that dropped. The only really legitimate it was a ball that normally would possibly be caught because it was a hard hit line drive into Spitties Glob. It's a hard hit. It's one and one on it Bailey. He has to jump back it's inside two balls in a strike. Now Buffy is satting it on canisteros targets the two one delivery outside ball three and here again he has no place to put it. The faces are low three balls in a strike on Bailey as a pinch hitter he's up to the second time in the inning.

Now Buffy turning around checking the defense goes into his wind. The three one pitch way inside ball four it's now a six running for Chicago and they lead 14 to 10. As Harvey Keene goes down the line to score. That's the fourth walk here in the ninth inning there also has been a hit basketball. Six runs and the Cubs in front 14 to 10. Dallas Burton batting for the second time in the inning. Ground ball hit down to first. Crainpool is up with it throws to Buffy covering in the end of the fight. When it was a nightmare of the night six runs and on four hits no errors and three left on. And the score of the other half on it. The double-sport team and the New York meds team. And now we're up to fuller teams. Your savior wrecks not tasting cool enough until you change to cool.

A little clan has a jungle line up now after the flood of pensettors. It daily will be playing first base.

Glen Becker is into play second. Malapatano has moved to short. Sato will be a third. Harvey Keane goes to left field. Ellis Burton is in center and W Williams are routed right. Chris Cruz behind the plate and cut Aburnethy on the mat. Edgrain Bull leading off for New York last to the ninth inning in the Metz 4 behind. Right in, strike one goal. Aburnethy hits the eighth inning and the Metz picked up an insurance runoff of him. But it was certainly wiped out by a six run night. Line drive in the left field of base at the frame. That's Eddie's third hit in five times of five. Edgrain's up Jim Lickman. Now we'll get Wama Basha going in the Chicago bullpen. Jim is over four. Brown ball, Bowski shortstop. Malapatano debuts for one on the Bayley at double play. So that makes the six to four to three double play.

Two outs and nobody out now. The last of the ninth inning, Chicago leading 14 to 10. This is a ball game. The Metz lead eight to two after two innings and nine to four after three. But Chicago scored 10 runs in the last four innings. Now the pitch is taken on the outside corner by Gary Corbett's strike one. Line drive of base at the left by Gary Corbett. RVT not playing the field, which is the ball back in. That's Gary's second hit. Brings up Chris Cattiser. Chris was only been up one time and he's single to right field. Twenty four runs, twenty six base hits in this one. Dumb strang for a sweep of the double header and the series. Just look out and it raises the hobbit on Cattiser.

He's not hurt at all. He's got to be in the lead goes for first. Now Joe Custiver. The batting for Bucky. Joe Custiver is batting for Jim Bussier. The double sweep of the double header and they will extend the most losing streak to eight straight.

Two outs and two on and the last to the ninth. Now Abernathy. Up into pitching position, delivers and it's over for a ball strike on the outside corner as the seven are energy in the back. Dubs won the opener, seven to six putting down and ninth inning uprising. And got six and the ninth inning of this ball again for their lead. It's over for a ball strike. So Abernathy has to much down to their final strike in the last of the ninth inning. Cattis with a sweep can assure themselves of winning the season series of a be their tenth win in 16 ball games. Now the two strength pitch, a swing on this and it's over. Restiver is struck out in the ninth inning. No runs, two hits, no errors, two left on.

So the Cattis with a six run and ninth inning pull out the second ball game and sweep the double header and sweep the four game series. In the night cap, New York established a nine to four lead at the end of three. But Chicago kept it. Taking away, pulled within one run and then that's picked up an insurance run on the eighth inning. And the Cattis won it with six runs in the ninth inning. And six pitchers for the New York match sounded out 11 walks and three head batsmen on there and pretty much lies the story of the ball game. In the second game, Chicago, 14 runs, 14 hits, two errors and 13 left on. New York, 10 runs, 12 hits, no errors at eight left. Abernathy and his 61st ball game of the year wins his third against one loss at the same 16. The loser and a luckless pitcher he was, Tom Parsons, Tom now has won one and lost 10.
