On March 26, a deluxe edition of Roll Dolls Classic, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory is coming out on October 6. This special hardcover version includes new illustrations by artist Armando Vave, plus interactive surprises like a golden ticket, factory blueprints, an Oompa Loompa to-do list, and the D to Wankas Factory. Publishers, Grosset, and Dunlap teamed up with the Roll Dolls Story Company, Penguin Young Readers, and Melter Media to create this edition. It comes in an embossed slip case and packs in items like Wankas' handwritten notes, scrapbook bits, sheet music, and newspaper clippings to make the story feel real. Fans have loved the book since it first hit shelves in 1964. It follows poor kid Charlie Bucket, winning a factory tour that leads to wild adventures and him inheriting the place. Hollywood turned it into movies too. From the 1971 Gene Wilder version, to Tim Burton's 2005 take with Johnny Depp and the recent Wankofilm starring Timothy Chalamet, the creator's aim for a hands-on experience,
letting readers touch artifacts straight out of Wankas' world. Vave called working on it a dream, and Melter Media's leader highlighted the fun of the multi-sense redesign with Ephemera and Marginelia. You can pre-order this edition now to dive back into the chocolatey magic before it lands in stores next October. Pop culture, powered by AI. This is Entertainment and Celebrity News today.
