I found another fabulous lesson that needed to be repeated to me AGAIN, since I still need to be reminded about it.  It came from Damon West (@damonwest7) who is an amazing difference maker, author, speaker, someone for sure you want to get connected to.  He shared this:  “Try changing two words today: “I have to” will now become “I get to.” I get to go to work. I get to move my body. I get to show up for my family. I get to work toward my goals. The things on your plate may not change, but the words you use can change the way you see them.
