Welcome back to the plus money podcast your home for the best soccer bets in 15 minutes or less. We are into the quarter finals of the Champions League leg to lots on the line here. Nothing. I would say officially decided we got eight great teams left. Well, maybe not eight great teams. We got eight teams left in the tournament. We got four fun games on Tuesday and Wednesday. Nick, how are we feeling about these Champions League games? Feeling good. Um, I think I'm going to beat a dead horse here, but this tournament format is fun for better. So I think we've had a good run up to this point and you mentioned it, right? There's what six out of the eight teams that you would probably peg to be here or aren't surprised at being here at this point in time. So I think largely it's worked out. Alright, let's dive in. By the way, you can follow us at Andrew Pizarro at Nick Dianney at the plus money pod. If you're watching on YouTube, hit that like button, hit that subscribe button. And you know what? Jump in the comments. Let us know what your favorite bet is for the next couple days. Um, I will definitely respond to them. If you're on Spotify, you can also comment. If you're on Apple podcasts, you can leave five stars to the whole thing.

Um, alright, I let it come a trade. They're up to nil on Barcelona. I'm not going to say controversial red card, but there was a red card that Barcelona claim is controversial. Uh, I let it go. I'm sure you get a huge tune of victory at Barcelona. Um, and now can Barcelona turn it around and let it go to fully rotate on the weekend, literally change their entire starting 11. Um, I'm going with Marcus Rashford, two shots on target here at plus 110. He's at that three straight games. He was, I think, look, we know that with Rafinha out, a lot of the ball is going to go to Luminium all. And that just leaves space for Rashford. And that's why I'm going to jump on the Rashford props here is because I think he's going to have a little bit more space on the ball here in this game. And I'd rather roll the dice with him getting two shots on target than try to take the crazy chalk of like, Lumin, three shots or like shots on target or like seven shots in the game to get me to a plus number. I'm more, I'm okay with playing this for Rashford. He's more than capable of doing it. He's done it in big moments with Barcelona this year.

Um, ultimately, though, I think this two-nail deficit for Barcelona is going to be too much to overturn at it. Let it come a trade. Um, I'm going to take it let it go. Plus one, parlay that with both teams to score. They have to make me that gets me to plus 123. So even if it's a two one result, like you're, you're still, I think that's, that's, that might not fully cash. But, um, I don't, I don't think it let it come a dread or going to go out of this tournament here. Yeah, I tend to agree with you. I mean, I think Simeon is going to play the terrorist brand of terrible. He could possibly play in this one. It, you throw a little wrench into it because he's teams have played each other like four times already, right? So, uh, there is a little bit of variability, but between what you said, they're at home. They've rested the entire team. This is definitely their sole focus for the remainder of the year. I think Barca pretty much locked up the league this past weekend. Um, so I, you know, good for them, um, but I think that I'm not that they'll be content with it, but they'll be content enough with it and I'd let you have to go all out.

So I think you're spot on. I mean, they're going to plan for you mile pretty much for 90 minutes. I don't think there's any two ways about that. They're going to let the rest of the team try to beat them. Um, but I'm going to, I'm going to back it letty in this one. Believe it or not, I think they're just really, really strong at home. And you can get them double chance, which is plus half a goal at even money. I, I just think a draw suits them really well. I mean, would it shock me to see Barca come out and win by one? No, but I think it let you have scored certainly enough this year to, to be able to take our business at home in this one. Yeah. No, we're on the same page. And I, I think that's for me as a Liverpool fan who doesn't want to see Arson win any trophies this year that does concern me because Arsenal steamrolled athletic home Madrid earlier in this, in this competition. Um, and the first leg would be at the Wanda, or at the Metropolitan O, it's no longer the Wanda. Um, it's always the Wanda. It's always going to be the Wanda. But like I didn't realize I thought Wanda was somebody. No, Wanda was a brand and they, they paid for it and now they're not paying for it. But anyways, um, yeah, I thought Barcelona would have a better chance against Arsenal.

We'll see. You never know anything is possible. Um, let's move to Liverpool. They're taking on PSG. I'm going back to the shop mark, uh, shop prop market here. I'm going to cavara two shots on target at plus 195. Um, he's done this in three of his last four games. Uh, I'm sorry. He's done this in three straight and four of his last six games. I also think score or assist at plus 100, which he's done 53% of his last 15 games is great. Um, I got those over on footy metrics. Um, PSG team total over one and a half is minus one to one. They've done that in the eight of their last 10.

I also think PSG shots here is in play 14 at plus 100. They've hit that in 12 of their last 15 games. Liverpool have given that up in seven or the last 15 as much as I think, look, I think Liverpool obviously didn't come out and play. I was, I've kind of one of them to go three at the back and use wingbacks, but they very much tried to play Ben don't break and they obviously broke. They're going to have to come forward here. They're playing in an field. I know that that's going to change things, but like PSG played them off the park easily in Paris. They did not play on the weekend. They got the French League to move their game, which was crazy to me. Um, I think that I think this is the end of the road. And I think this PSG teams coming into form at the right time. Barco was apparently going to be back. By the way, if you, I would wait till the front line is officially dropped, but Dembele, Duet, Kavara, all one shot on target hitting the first half last game. That was just under even. It's plus one 54. Uh, this Liverpool defense gave up a ton of chances to follow them on the weekend. And full of them couldn't capitalize. PSG is not full of them.

Um, I don't disagree. But man, I'm rooting really hard against PSG because I don't want to see him win back to back. Um, Liverpool over one and a half goals minus one 25. I mean, that's not to say the PSG don't score. That's not to say the PSG don't score five. But I do think Liverpool have looked better of late. And I think that, um, you know, they have to at least try to go out and give it everything they've got, right? And if this is, um, if this is the last stand for slot and for some of these players, I would have anticipated them at least getting on the score sheet at home and making a real push for, um, turning this tie around, not saying it can be done, but I think, um, minus one 25 is a solid number for them to get to it home. Yeah. Um, I don't have a lot of hope. I, I, I fully want to see the 17 year old play. I'll say that. And that's the craziest thing of all is I, I want to see Rio play. He played great against Fulham. We'll see what happens. What if you could have the most reliable Wi-Fi at the same price for five years?

Xfinity, imagine that select plans only restrictions apply powered by fiber connected to the premises by coaxial cable, actual speeds vary. Um, Arsenal are going to take on sporting on Wednesday. Um, all right. Let's, let me get you some facts here real quick. Arsenal have only given up five goals in the Champions League in 11 games. Two of those are two Kyrat in a game where they were heavily rotated home games. They've only given up three goals. I guess I had two to Kyrat one to buy it. Sportings record away in the Champions League is one one and three. They only got shot out one time. I unfortunately think this is the under the under game. Arsenal to win in under three and a half is plus 110. And they've hit, they hit that total in seven of their 11 games in the Champions League. If you want to go a little more exact, Arsenal win 1,0, 2,0, 3,0 is plus 176 of their 11 games.

And I, I talked about this on a podcast when they talk when they play Byron, a Byron Labor Cousin, not Byron Byron Labor Cousin, 2,0, exact score plus 600. This, this just like, I know Arsenal are limping in the Premier League, but I think that they'll be able to turn things around. And frankly, I, sporting didn't take their chances when they were at home last week. I don't know if they're going to be able to go to the Emirates and get something done. Stranger Things have happened. I didn't expect Bournemouth to win at the Emirates over the weekend, but I, I just think that Arsenal are going to get this done here and move on to the quarter finals or to the semi finals. Yeah, I don't disagree. Man, you're, you're going on 100% stats. I'm going on vibes here, but I thought sporting played much better than the score line indicated last night. I agree. And, you know, they're only down a goal. Again, you're traveling away. Arsenal have been good, but you made it this far. You're playing with house money. You've got to have that belief. I do like them to get on the score sheet.

Both teams of score is even money in this one. And, and I think they get a goal. I'd be disappointed if they got shut out over two legs. Yeah, I would too. I would too. I just, I, I, I think that there are players who can target on Arsenal that are weak defensively. Like them not having Timber has been a huge issue. Ben White got exposed again over the weekend. I just don't know if sporting have the quality. Like Louis Suarez is a good, is a really solid striker for, you know, the group stage of the Champions League and for the Portuguese league. I don't know if he's, I don't know if he's, he's good enough for this moment. We'll see. All right. We'll close Byron Munich, Real Madrid, probably the best game over the next couple of days. Byron come in with a 2-0 or 2-1 victory. Definitely we're all over Real Madrid in the first half of that game last week. And now they're playing them at home. This Byron team, this Byron offense is fucking insane. They just broke the Bundesliga record for most goals in the season. It's April 13th.

We still have at least four or five more games left for them to play. And they've been rotating their best goal score out of the lineup to get him rested and recovered. So like it's not just Harry Kane scoring 8 million goals, even though he's doing that. Byron who went in over 2-1 half the game is minus 125. They've done that 9-10. Byron and both teams scores plus 1-30. They've done that in 7-10. We know Real Madrid are giving up goals. They give up goals to Jerome in the last week. They give up goals to Mallorca two weeks ago. They obviously give up goals to Byron. I also, I might play Byron minus 1-1-5 at plus 1-18. They've covered that in 5 of the last 10. I think this could get bad for Real Madrid. I really do. I just don't think that this group has the, I don't think this group has the sauce, frankly. And I think they're going to get lost in midfield. Marcus Hammard, Michael, you say score or assist last week at even, it's minus 165 here. Like it's really hard to find a player prop that I like for value. Yeah, tough situation.

I don't know. They're just, I know this is not the same team. I know they're banged up. I know that I don't even remember who their coach is. But there's something about Real Madrid showing up in the Champions League. Them to score two goals is plus 120. Again, I view this a lot like the Liverpool PSG tie. I don't think Real have enough in them to overturn the tie itself. I think Bayerner, maybe the best team in the world this year or close to it. But I don't think they just kind of go out and get shut out again. I don't know. So I think they can get to. I think Bayern's still obviously get on the score sheet advance. But they're tough, just, I don't know. I just think there's so many good prices on underdogs that need the results. So I'm going to buy into that narrative, right? Like when would you ever get a Real Madrid to score two goals at plus number?

Like I haven't seen it in three years. So again, take it at what it is. You know, I'm more so betting the narrative. I'm betting the number. I'm not betting who Real Madrid currently are. All right, two things for you. First of all, if you're, that's the way you want to go. I would recommend taking the over which, according to picket, 68% of the people are on the over in this game. I think that's a fun way to attack this game. Use promo code plus money when you sign up for the picket app. It is a free app. You're going to get $3 or $100 when you sign up. They're going to Venmo it or PayPal or whatever. Send it to you right away. And it's going to give you a ton of information on your own betting practices. And it's going to help manage your bankroll. It's a great free resource. Can't recommend it enough. Use promo code plus money. The other thing that I have for you, it's kind of not from this game. But we have breaking news. Romero is officially out for the rest of the season for Tottenham. I think, I think they're cooked like I genuinely think that this means that they're going to go down.

I'm looking live. They are minus one 15 to get relegated. They are the only thing that worries me is only one team ahead of them has to be bad. That's, that's, that's the bummy part. I know West Ham, though, played, you know, played good ball. They obviously took leads to PKs in the FA Cup last week. And they just thratt, I mean, they're 12s, but they thratt, Tottenham also minus 135 to avoid relegation. So there's not even like kind of like a, hey, place money on both of these and you'll, you'll break even. But yeah, that is, that's some big news for Spurs. We will probably talk about that. They're coming up big game on the weekend against Brighton. Might be on our games of the week. So look out for that. If you want more picks from us, I'll probably have some parlays. Go check us out on socials at Andrew Pizarro at Nick Diani at the plus money pod. We'll be back later in the week. We've got Merzieside Darby on the weekend. We've got, oh, yeah, Arsenal Manchester City.

Another thing that Arsenal have to think about. This is why I like the under even more, if they lose to Manchester City, Manchester City could leap frog them very quickly in terms of gold. So a lot to think about. We'll be covering it here. I will add one thing for all of you. I am going on my bachelor party this weekend. Will I still have an episode for you? Yes. Will I still have bets on socials for you? Yes. Probably not as much content. And I do apologize for that. But like, let a guy live. All right. Am I still going to be gambling? Yes. Okay. So it is what it is. But let's have a great champions league. Like I said, we'll hear from us later in the week.
