Chadd Wright is an ultra-endurance athlete, retired Navy SEAL, motivational speaker, and entrepreneur who will be running his first 200+ mile race at this year’s Cocodona 250. He is also the founder of the Three of Seven Project and is the host of the Three of Seven Podcast.
Known for his success at the infamous Midstate Mile and his incredible tenacity when it comes to pushing through tough challenges, Chadd will be taking on Cocodona this year and putting his mental and physical skills to the test.
In this episode, Chadd shares his reasons for doing Cocodona 250 and why it’s so important for him to do this race, his keys for staying consistent admist juggling tons of other priorities in life, and his mental strategies for pushing through difficulty and how he plans to utilize them during Cocodona.
