We're not in Hollywood, but over there in Hollywood. Thank you, JC. It was a big day for people who've been following Blake Lively and Justin Baldone's lawsuit drama. It's been dragging on. It feels like forever. I'm glad to have you, Kelly Raspberry, to do that for me. Well, it's not there's not been a lot happening lately. She first filed the lawsuit late 2024.

2:02Yeah. It's been two years. Well, no, you're going to have. But in some ways, it feels like longer, right? Because it feels like it's been dragging out. But yesterday, we finally had a big day for Justin Baldone, a federal judge dismissed 10 out of the 13 claims in Blake's sexual harassment lawsuit against him. So they threw out charges of sexual harassment or claims of defamation and civil conspiracy. And it's basically because of a technicality. The judge ruled that Blake did not qualify as an employee. Instead, she was more as an independent contractor. And because of the statute that her lawyers filed under, she had to be an employee. Oh, wow. So they're not saying he didn't do these things. Basically, they're saying, oops, we messed up. Oh, that's bad. But I don't. Weird. If that's the case, because you remember about a year ago, I guess, when, not even that long ago,

3:05when Justin's lawsuit was dismissed, but they could, but they gave them the opportunity to refile under new terms. Yes. And she's never, never did it. Yeah. And so, so I don't know, but they are moving forward with three claims. So 10 out of 13 are gone, but still remaining breach of contract retaliation, aiding and abetting retaliation. Because Blake's claiming, I lost about $161 million that they calculated from potential acting gigs. My brand, she's got buzzy beer. Betty buzz. Oh, in her hair. Hair line. And she goes, I, I lost about $161 million because of this smear campaign that I think team Justin slapped on me. And of course, they're saying they didn't. So it's a narrower case, but not over. Trial is still set for May 18th. Wow. I remember when 2026 seemed so far away when this whole trial first started. Yeah. And eventually it was supposed to already, the trial was supposed to happen last month

4:06in March, but then they pushed it back. The judge was busy, I think. He's got other cases going on apparently. More important than this. Oh, judging. Yeah. It's a big day team, you know, team Justin, all the bloggers that are team Justin or Houghton and Holler, and it's a big deal. But I hate the big update. And in case we forgot, Blake Lively did this to herself, because she was bringing, she was saying, bring your florals and bring your girls to come watch this domestic violence movie. Well, she didn't promote the movie correctly. That's not the only reason. But that was her own smear. She also, yeah, she did smear herself. She also claimed herself. She also claimed things that happened that were later proven to not have happened the way she said. So there's also that too, which is smearing Justin's name. Well, do you want another core update? Yeah, always. Taylor Frankie Paul and Dakota Mortensen. Okay. They are going to have to face off in court. Also, they're both being instructed to appear over his request for restraining order. So they're scheduled to remote, to remotely appear for hearing on Tuesday, where they're going to be discussing custody,

5:07because Taylor Frankie Paul temporarily lost custody over the two-year-old son ever, because there was a temporary protective order that Dakota was awarded last month right after that video came out. So the new court papers say that Taylor and her baby daddy have also been ordered to appear remotely at a court hearing on April 30th to go over the merits and entry of Dakota's protective order. And I get kind of confused with this, because now they're saying that there's been multiple incidents. And so I try to follow, when it comes to all the courts and lawsuit stuff, I get a little lost in all of it. But I guess the latest for that is that they're both going to have to appear. Well, what? Oh, that's a good start. Jessica Simpson apparently has a new man. Oh, really? Yeah, she's not, I don't think the divorce is final with Eric Johnson. There's a lot of money there they got to sort through. I'm sure. She's a billionaire. I just saw her on a mass singer. She showed up. Yeah, she showed up in a finale. She wasn't on the mass, but she showed up in the finale as like the as the final clue for the winner. I don't want to

Okay, he has a new man. Thomas Eisenhead, who is from Nashville, and he's a roadie. The roadies do have a chance. A lot of roadies hook up with, you know, the superstar with well, a lot of roadies hook up fans. Oh, that too. I can get you access to the celebrity. Yeah. Which is usually a male celebrity, right? Yeah, his own exit. He had all access to her. Yeah. But apparently they met through mutual friends in the business. They've been together romantically. They say for about three months, spend time together when Jessica visits her second home in Nashville. So, of course, I immediately Googled, imaged him. And the only picture I found so far page six has, and he's doing a selfie in the mirror of the bathroom while he's brushing his teeth. So it's not the best picture. But I mean, he's okay looking. He's nice looking.

7:15It looks like he maybe has like a curly, either permed hair, like all the boys you're doing now, or it's naturally curly like that. A little mustache action. Okay. We'll go to the action. 8:17switching out federal line for spears. He's back to spears on his Instagram. Wow. That says a lot. It does. Yeah. Well, maybe he's just looking to capitalize and make. Yeah. Exactly. But much rather have spears in federal line. Well, I guess his, his federal federal line to joke in the music business. It is. Or maybe he's not dropping it. His Instagram handle was Sean Preston. And now it's Sean P spears. SPS. So I guess that hang out with his mom must have been really good. And he fruitful. Oh, man. He missed a perfect opportunity because he probably was federal line. He could be SPF 50. That's good. That's a good rapper name. That is good. Yeah. Opportunity missed. Don't go on it. Sean, why don't you call me, dude? That's interesting. But he has no problems with his dad, right? We don't know. I don't know. Because I think it says more when like Angelina Jolie's kids made all of their last name. Jolie dropped the pit because we knew they were having issues with both their parents. But this feels like, like Justin said, they just want some cash.

9:19They do. Maybe in the business. Yeah. So Disney announced the Wizard of Wizard of Wave release. Wait. Okay. The Wizard of Wave release place spin off. Music beyond Waverly plays will be coming to an end this summer. A four part event set to air on Disney plus and the Disney Channel. Now Selena Gomez is an executive producer on the series. She will be making her directorial debut with the premiere episode of this event. Also, she'll be back as Alex Russo. That's cool. So the spin off premiered in 2024. But I don't I guess if the ratings were better, they wouldn't be wrapping it up. Or maybe this was the way they always envisioned it. I'm not really sure. No, Disney Channel is not what it used to be anymore. I'm sorry, Justin. No, kids aren't watching it either. How do you know? Because they're not. No, what kids are you talking? Well, so Selena Gomez, Miley Cyrus, these, the Zach Efron, these people were made famous through Disney Channel. Name a recent one.

10:20Olivia Rodrigo. No, no. That's what I'm saying. We're in 2026 in the past six years. Well, they're in the they're in the moment. They're doing it. They only get four seasons and then they're out. I do agree that that it has changed because they chanted the way that we grew up. But these days, they're saying yes, that has changed. But also so has appointment television. I mean, kids aren't watching TV at all like they used to. Now they're watching YouTube and streaming. Yeah, social media apps and things of the sort. And it is interesting when they do these like girl meets world wizards away really place where they're doing these spin-off series to bank on the nostalgia of the older parents. Now I guess hoping that they watch it with their kids. I assume because I don't know if any young kids really care about the wizards of way really place spin-off if they didn't watch the original 20 years ago or whatever. Trey, you have the youngest kids. What are you guys watching on Disney Plus? Oh, Spidey and his amazing friends. Iron Man and his awesome friends. Spider-Man's been famous.
