A propaganda video for the bomb shows a simulation where the bomb is fired from a launcher, then breaks into cluster munitions to destroy an electric station. The video also comes on the heels of a concerning trend, where Chinese-manufactured signal jammers are being intercepted by U.S. customs agents.
