This book does an excellent job of laying out the issue, giving the definitions, the different answers, the issues with other theories, and the answer Christensen has is found on page 8 & 9!
This was an amazing book and has been big impact on me (Patrick) in my walk since reading it. It was good to talk to Scott again.
