This is Caching Out on V-Sin. These sports betting network. Back here on Caching Out, I'm Scott Sadimer with you on V-Sin. These sports betting network. You guys can always contribute to the program. Hit me up on Twitter at ScotsOnAir. Hit us all on the network at V-Sin Live, as we are in the thick of things now flipping the calendar to March. The madness can begin here in College Basketball. Joining us now in the progressive guest line, it talks some college hoops. He is our sports betting professor Aaron Moore, frequent contributor here on V-Sin. Read some of his work at V-Sin.com. Aaron, thanks so much for joining us. Looking back at the games here on Saturday, a couple of interesting results. I was on the wrong side of a couple of these games. I did bet against Duke earlier on Saturday, and that has proven to be a big mistake. And for the first time, Aaron, at least for me, I have now accepted that Duke's probably going to win the national championship. Now, I could be wrong, but I am starting to think to myself, maybe I should stop
waiting for the other shoe to fall on this team, and maybe I should just get on the bandwagon and be looking at Duke to win the national championship. What about you? Well, I think that's a very common way of looking at it, Scott, with what's going to happen in March, that we have been told from so long that it was Michigan and Arizona, and then Duke, after all the players that they lost last year, you just didn't think in the beginning of the season. If it was around January, well, Duke can't be up there with Michigan and Arizona. Well, obviously they can. They beat Michigan. They look fantastic today, beating a very strong Virginia team. So if it's Duke or if it's Michigan or if it's Arizona, Scott, I think obviously it's got to be one of those three teams to win the national championship. I think what we've seen this week and this weekend is there is a pretty big divide between that top three. And then let's go to the next
tier, being Florida, who looked very impressive tonight, and Yukon. So let's call those teams tier two. And then tier three, we've got Illinois, we've got Houston, Iowa State with a terrible loss. So I think that divide between one and two, boy, a tick grown. So it's really hard to see another team other than Michigan, Duke, Arizona, winning the national championship. I'm glad you brought up Yukon and Florida in that other group, Aaron, because I'm starting to like have this debate and the hypothetical situation where if Yukon goes out and wins the big east, right? And St. John's looked much better today, by the way. So great bounce back for them. And Yukon actually struggled in their game. So Yukon had to barely, you know, escape to get by earlier today with the win over Seton Hall. And St. John's just blows out villain over. But let's say Yukon wins the big east. Florida, though, runs through the SEC and continues to look at the part as they are the defending national champs. You mentioned those top three teams. If we're going
to give those top three teams three number one seeds, Duke wins the ACC, Michigan wins the big 10, Arizona wins the big 12. Yukon or Florida, if you're on the committee, Aaron, who gets the final number one seed? If you asked me this yesterday, I think I would have said Yukon. Today now with what Florida did against Arkansas, just decimated a strong Arkansas team that people are talking about in the futures market. Florida decimated them. So you know going into the SEC tournament, if Florida gets to the championship round, if they win or lose, I don't think that really matters. At this point, I think you're going to have to put Florida as the team that might get that final four spot, that final number one spot. Yukon just looked a little sluggish today, but at the same time, I don't want to talk out at both sides of my mouth, but at the same time,
you get Danny Hurley in the big in the big east tournament. You got to feel pretty strong with them regardless of how St. John's looked today. So it's got to be between these two teams. What Florida did against Arkansas, I think that pushes them up over Yukon right now. You know, looking at the projections here and looking at certainly conference tournament winners, you know, we can look at, you know, the big east and certainly playing at the garden is going to help, help St. John's, you know, even though Yukon does, you know, own that building when they play there, that's certainly going to be a fun game. If they, if those two teams match up in the championship, we already saw the two games play out this year. St. John's wins at the garden. Yukon wins in Hartford. So we'll see what happens in the third game coming up. But looking at some of these conference tournaments that are set to begin here this week, have you dove into your futures portfolio yet, Aaron, and placed any wagers on conference tournament winners?
So let's do a 180 here, Scott. We're talking about Michigan, Michigan, Duke, Arizona, teams at the top. Well, let's go to the last conference in Michigan one, the Northeast conference. And they start their tournament Wednesday of this upcoming week. And I already played Long Island University minus 110 to win that conference tournament. Now normally, I don't want to play a futures at a minus number. But if you look at this, the Northeast conference does it very well in terms of what they do for the number one seed. They'll play the game at the seed court of the higher seed. So the higher seed gets a home game. They receive after the quarter finals. So everything is in place for the number one seed to win this tournament. I took L.I.U. at minus 110 because if they get to that championship game, you're getting a number right
now that's going to be a lot better than the money line in that Northeast conference championship game. L.I.U. has yet to lose a home game in conference play. The other two top teams in the Northeast conference, Central Connecticut State and Mercyhurst, they're going to have to play each other before the championship round, which you would assume is L.I.U. in there. So took L.I.U. minus 110 just a way of looking at conference tournaments. Get a number now that you might not get later when those tournaments advance. That's a great point, Aaron, especially as you mentioned, and when you look at the bracket and how it has to play out, which teams get buys into certain rounds. I mean, we know that there are some tournaments where the top two teams are already in the semi-finals, right? And so you're waiting to see who they're going to play. And then certainly you're getting maybe a better number as you mentioned now in the futures market than you would in that game that are in the two games that's going to be played. We're talking with our sports betting
professor, Aaron Moore joins us here on the Progressive Guest Line. I'm Scott Saddenberg. It's cashing out here on Visin. As we look at the schedule here on Sunday, it's not a great schedule in college hoops. You know, when you know we have big 10 action going on here on Sunday, any plays in the big 10 as far as maybe any of the two ranked teams that are playing Michigan State Perdue or any other games here in the big 10 that you're playing here on Sunday. Yeah, I avoided those better games of the big 10. So I took a big 10 game, Scott, nothing, nothing in the history of big 10 says anything better than Maryland at Rutgers. So I took the under here, under 141 and a half. You've got two teams that play rather slow. Maryland obviously has been a very big disappointment in Buzz Williams opening season, but they do play slow. They keep the pace down. I like this game being at 12 o'clock Eastern time. These two teams played
about two weeks ago. The score was 68, 57. Nothing says to me that in the second game now, they're going to play any faster than that. So I took the under 141 and a half, Maryland at Rutgers. You know, sticking to the big 10, I asked a question earlier to one of our guests who they thought was the biggest competition to Michigan in the big 10. Now he and I agreed on this team that, you know, I'll give you the answer, but I want to hear your answer first. Who do you think is the biggest competition to Michigan in the big 10? Well, it sounds strange saying it right now, but I'll take Illinois. Michigan, if we had to do this hypothetical for the sole reason that Illinois has height, now the height didn't do great against Michigan last night, but they have the height, they have the ability to shoot from the outside. So as good as Michigan is, as good as they looked against Illinois, I think if they face each other in the big 10 tournament or even the
NCAA tournament, I'm not saying I'm taking Illinois right now, but I would like the chances of Illinois, just from the three point shooting, give you that puncture's chance against the team, like Michigan, with that duking, they just look really hard to be regardless of the style of play of their opponents. I took Michigan State. Now am I crazy for thinking that Izzo, March, tournament tested. I know this team has had ugly losses this season, but I've also seen them win games where I didn't think they were going to come out and play as well as they did. Am I crazy to think that Michigan State could be the biggest competition for Michigan in the big 10? I don't think you're crazy because obviously the Izzo factor is powerful. The reason I would lean towards Illinois over Michigan State is I think if you're going to be Michigan with that height once again, we really saw how well their height is. You're going to have to outscore them and Duke beat them because Duke has a fantastic, fantastic defense and Duke has
the height. The problem I would see with Michigan State is they have very good perimeter defense. I just don't know how well that defense is going to go down low against the big guys on the block. As much as I like Izzo, as much as you want to bet Izzo in March, I'm just not sure of Michigan State's height against Michigan if we're looking at that height. That's fair. We got 30 seconds left. Michigan State three and a half point favorites at Indiana. Any lean? Yeah, I would have to take Michigan State in that situation. That loss of Indiana against Northwestern. That was a tough one. In this situation, I definitely would lean Michigan State. All right. The action gets it's heating up Aaron. We are here. The calendar has flipped to March and so the madness will soon begin. Always appreciate the time, my friend. Good luck with your bets tomorrow. Thanks, Scott. Good luck to you. There he is. Aaron Moore, frequent contributor here on Vsyn. Happy birthday, Luca Doncic from the third season in a row, winning a game on his birthday, Lakers win and cover against the Golden State Warriors 129 to 101. Lakers were about four point favorites in that game, but now coming up here on Sunday, they will play the second of a back-to-back at home against the team that I like to call the Tencramento Kings and the Lakers are laying 12 and a half. Now, do we want to lay 12 and a half with the Lakers at home here against an opponent that they clearly should dominate, but do they take this opponent seriously?
On the second out of a back-to-back, do we see certain players get minutes off in this game? It feels like the type of game where I'd be looking at some player props to go under for the Lakers, because first off, it's a game where they should blow out the Kings. To the point where is LeBron and Luca, are they even going to play in the fourth quarter? Or is this just going to be Lakers' back-ups when they're up by 25 to 30 points? I don't know. You know, we saw a Laker blow out here against the Warriors where they won 129 to 101, and in that blow-out, LeBron had 22 points in 28 minutes. Luca Doncic had 26 points in 29 minutes, and you're looking at the fourth quarter when the Lakers had this game already decided, let's see. Luca and LeBron in the fourth quarter, what did they do? Here we go. LeBron had two free throws in the fourth quarter,
LeBron got a rebound, a missed three-pointer, two assists, three assists. That's it. And Luca Doncic did not play. So it could be a very similar type performance here against a very, very inferior opponent, a tanking team here in the Sacramento King. So if I was going to play anything here with the Lakers and the Kings on Sunday, I'd be looking at some player props to go under. I'd be looking at Unders on Luca. I'd be looking Unders on LeBron because I don't know if they play the full complement of minutes here in this one. They shouldn't have to. Let's just leave it at that. They shouldn't have to. Elsewhere in the association here on Saturday was the Hornets a 109-93 win over the Blazers. This was an early start time, about one o'clock Eastern time. And normally that has been an overplay for me. I played the over in the first quarter. This season, including this game going under in the first quarter, the early start times in
the NBA, where you would think, hey, this game's going to be an undergame. These players are tired, they're fatigued, they're not used to playing at one o'clock Eastern time. Those games in the first quarter have been flying over. Even with this game going under here this morning on Saturday, the overs in the first quarter, in early start times, in the noon to one o'clock, one 30 Eastern time, start time window in the NBA this year, 11 and three to the over in the first quarter. And this Hornets Blazers game could have easily gone over in the first quarter if both teams would have made a couple of three pointers. They were combined four of 24, or four of 25, excuse me, I think it was, in the first quarter from three point range. The Blazers themselves were all of 10 from three point range. So, I mean, hit a couple of threes, hit four or five more threes, this game, this total easily goes over in the first quarter. We have another early start time here on Sunday, Nick's and Spurs, I would tend to think that this one goes over in the first quarter. First off, on the season, let me just look up this year. On the season this year, I can tell you
right now how both these teams have done in the first quarter. The San Antonio Spurs in the first quarter this year have gone, let's see, 19 in, that's first half, first quarter overs. Actually, they haven't been, they've actually been in under first quarter team, ironically, this season, which makes sense because of Wembee and the defense. The next meanwhile, first quarter this year, they have been an over team, 2016. So, they've been over, Spurs have been under, alien towards the, the over here. Now, what's interesting is with Wembee, clogging up the middle, blocking shots, you have to kind of look at some of the Nick's players and let's take, let's see who we can take advantage of as far as their points prop is concerned, because some of these players might have to rely on outside shooting as opposed to
driving the lane, because they don't want to go in on Victor Wembee, and we saw this earlier this week where it was the Spurs against the pistons and Cade Cunningham went under his points prop. Cade Cunningham, who by the way is the third favorite to win the MVP in the NBA, what a season he has had, but what was the issue going up against the San Antonio Spurs? Cade Cunningham, who finished with, let's see, Cunningham finished with 16 points on five of 26 shooting. Why? He was two of nine from three point range because he wasn't driving the basket, because Victor Wembee and Yama is not going to allow you to drive the basket. You're going to have to rely on more outside shots against the San Antonio Spurs. For Jalen Brunson, who's obviously the next leading scorer, like the heart and soul of this Nick's offense, I don't know if I want to bet like a Jalen Brunson prop to go over, he's at 26 and a half points, because is he going to get those
mid-range shots? Is he going to get those floaters? The Jalen Brunson famous floater that he gets all the time when he's driving the basket? Maybe the better prop angle would be to bet Jalen Brunson three-pointers, because there's going to have to be an adjustment going up against Wembee. You're going to have to say, hey, listen, I know I can't get inside on him, so I'm going to have to shoot more from the outside. Jalen Brunson three-pointers over under two-and-a-half right now, just slightly to the over, up on draftings at minus two-and-a-half. Other players for the next, as far as their three-point prop are concerned, OG and a nobys at one-and-a-half, that is minus 183 to the over, so that's pretty significant. Josh Hart at one-and-a-half, he's at minus 188 to the under, and then let's see, Carlisle-Hanfordy Town's one-and-a-half, and he is minus 152 to the under. I don't know, can I see Carlisle-Hanfordy Town's making two-threes in this game? Stretching, I mean, maybe if you, if like, the plan is to take Wembee away from the basket, that could be an angle to look at.
But I feel like, if Jalen Brunson is going to score, I feel like he's got to hit threes. It seems like that's the game plan here, which should be the game plan going up against Victor Wembenjama. By the way, in his last game against the box, Brunson four of six from three-point lanes. She was three of seven against Cleveland. We know Cleveland has the tall biggs inside defensively. So this could be something to take a look at here. How, let's see, last time they played the Spurs, Wednesday, December 31st, okay? Jalen Brunson had 29 points in a 134-132 loss. Victor Wembenjama had 13 rebounds in that game. In that game against Wembee, Jalen Brunson five of 12 from three-point range. Let that sink in. Five of 12 from three-point range against the San Antonio Spurs and Victor Wembenjama earlier this season. That just goes to show you what Jalen Brunson
strategy was earlier this year, going up against Wembee. Let's see. Last year, was there a game where they played Wembee? Let's see. Last year for... Okay, last year, they played San Antonio. Victor Wembenjama did play scored 42 points in that game. Next one, 117 to 114. In that game, Jalen Brunson had only 20 points, 0-5 from three-point range. So he only shot five three-pointers, 0-5. He was seven of 23 from the field. So clearly learned from that game because the next time he played the Spurs, which was this year, he shot 12 three-pointers and made five of them. I think the best bet in this game is to go Jalen Brunson over two-and-a-half three-pointers made against the San Antonio Spurs. Here's the rest of the schedule for Sunday here in the NBA. You got the first game, as I mentioned, the Nix and the Spurs. The Cavs are at the Nets. Cleveland should blow out the tanking Brooklyn Nets. Bucks are at the Bulls. You got the Timberwolves at the Nuggets. Could be a good game.
Yo-kits might be fired up from the incident that occurred against the Thunder. Could performance by the Nuggets. Denver, two-and-a-half-point favorites here, coming off of that overtime loss against the Oklahoma City Thunder. So maybe you want to back Denver here at home looking for a little boost, a little confidence boost here. Grizzlies are at the Pacers. Blazers at the Hawks. Pistons visit the magic fun game there in the Eastern Conference. Sixers at the Celtics. It's a shame that no Jalen beat in that game because he's hurt. He'll be out for like three games or so. Thunder at the Mavericks. Still no word on Cooper flags availability for Dallas. Pelicans are at the Clippers and the Kings and the Leakers. We mentioned that earlier. On Saturday, it was a busy day in Indianapolis at the NFL combine as we have the quarterbacks in the skill position players on full display and there was a lot of chatter about whose stock has risen, whose stock has fallen as we inch closer and closer to the NFL draft. Now there's not a lot
of markets that are available right now. Just earlier here on Saturday, draft Kings opened up the second overall pick market where Avril Reese the linebacker for Ohio State is the current favorite at minus 140 and then there's also a market on player to be drafted by. So who do you think Jeremiah Love is going to get drafted by? Who do you think Ty Simpson is going to get drafted by and so on and so forth? Joining us right now on the Progressive Gas Line, it's up more NFL Combine from Indianapolis. It is Beaumont, the NFL Draft Analyst for college2pro.com both thanks so much for giving us a couple minutes here on a busy, busy Saturday. Let's start with the sexy position. The quarterbacks on full display. Now Fernando Mendoza didn't throw here in Indy and there's no reason for him to like let's be honest. We already know he's going to go number one to the Raiders but we saw Ty Simpson, Carson Beck some other quarterbacks on display and even tailing Green of Arkansas who seems to be stealing all the headlines with his Anthony Richardson ask performance in all of the drills. So who stood out to you the most amongst the quarterbacks
here in Indy on Saturday? Well, I think we're going to go Combine drills, the tailing Green, the Moise State Arkansas quarterback definitely stills the headlines when you break records in the third, the 40 in the long jump you're going to bring those accolades and you bring them with a frame of 66 to 27. So that's where the tantasization becomes intriguing for these NFL teams. But let's kind of start with the top and then go to the bottom you know all along Ty Simpson has been the guy who has projected number two quarterback with five man Dosa that's a no-brainer but I thought he had a good day and you know this is a good step for him moving forward. I don't really know if it boosts his stock that much you know I know I think last time we talked you know I mentioned maybe if he had a really good draft and the Jets fall in love with him maybe the Jets second pick at 16 that's an avenue where the Jets could have liked to take Simpson off the board but he didn't hurt himself and then I think we move on the Carson back who should be the third quarterback off the board. I thought his work today was okay I wasn't wowed by it. He was booed at Lucas
oil and I think that just goes the you know a lot of Indiana fans every time there was an Indiana face on the screen, Indiana people you know cheered loud and when they showed Carson back we know what he said after the national championship game that kind of still runs the fan base in wrong way but he performed adequate now he was probably one of the only guys who was booed at Lucas oil state and when that brings us back to Taylor and Green who is definitely going to steal the thunder from everybody just because I mean Scott he was a fringe guy I mean this guy might have not been picked I think he's gonna get drafted now and the thing is listen he's a big play guy twice in his career he's led the nation in past yards completion so he's kind of like a big mob you know he's like a home run hitter he's going to go for that deep ball he doesn't have gaudy numbers I think the most touchdowns he's ever had or the season was this last season with 19 but I think he also threw 11 interceptions I think he has 52 touchdowns 35 interceptions for his career so not exactly gaudy numbers but if you're watching play he's fluid he has a nice
rhythm to him and the thing with Taylor and Green is when the when the bullets start flying when the game really gets condensed and you got to be your highest performance accuracy the mental process of processing the place quickly where he fails and as you said it's almost like an Anthony Richardson we know the physical skills are there but when you really need the dial in and play the quarterback position that's where the wires get crossed so if Taylor Taylor and Green can figure that out or a coach he's definitely kind of fixed that then you might have a special project but again the numbers definitely increase probably you know a day three guy maybe undraftable he's definitely going to draft it yeah like you said you have a performance like that it's certainly eye opening and there will be a GM out there just like there's always a quarterbacks coach and we talk about it in baseball the time there's always a pitching coach that thinks they can fix a guy right there's going to be a quarterback's coach there's going to be a GM out there that says I can work with this guy like give me some time I can develop him this the skill
set the the frame is there and they view him as a project so maybe somebody jumps in in the the mid to late rounds here and takes a flyer on a tailing green I want to talk about Jeremiah love from Notre Dame ball because he looked impressive and I don't think anybody didn't expect him to be impressive but when you actually saw him go through the drills and I'm talking about some of those quick twitch drills right I think you really got a look for how explosive this guy can be now his 40 time is 4.36 which is the same as jameer Gibbs ran at the NFL combine I don't know about you bow that's a pretty good comparison if this guy is going to be the next jameer Gibbs we know what he's doing here with the Detroit Lions how high is the ceiling for Jeremiah love in this NFL draft I think it's realistic now we can say he's a top five guy and like you said I don't know if he really shocked us because we assumed that he was going to put up some staggering numbers and again I was fortunate enough to see him play a couple times this past season and when
you see him dial it all up I mean you don't need to see him do a lot of things you just know instantly this kid has this you know the balance of the vision and those are cliche words but he has it you just you see him do things others can't I love like a jameer Gibbs I mean these actual and I mentioned on other programs and other things the thing that I really really love about Jeremiah love besides him being 6 1 2 12 running a 4 3 6 and being able to do all these crazy things with the football his past protection is played with an intensity and I I think the rule those football guys that are hanging out and in the half of all these apartments having dinners and all these steak houses I think that's one of the topics they'll bring up they know everything flash about Jeremiah love but the nitty gritty the toughness that this guy provides a running back body thick midsection those thick legs power beneath he's able to carry himself through traffic he's able to work himself through traffic and not touch because he has a lot of nice elements and you know I you know you're talking about the the jets with the number two pick and although Reese might be the guy going there I just think after after Mendoza there
isn't a guy there you're just saying hey hey this is the guy that we have to have you know you start going down the list and you know what are the cardinals do with three and you start going down the list what what point do they say okay this guy's better this is where Jeremiah love could get interesting because if teams say hey this guy is the say he's the third best player on our board and you're picking in the top five and you're going by the board he's the guy you're taking off the board now if you already have a Bajon Robinson or if you already have what the guys but you know private what's going on I'm looking at Jeremiah love and I'm thinking maybe maybe the giant sitting in number five and we know scatabo you know but scatabo's never gonna last just the way he plays fantastic jersey you know the way he plays is pure new jersey but you got scatabo you got a a fantastic like a league name off the ACL you assume he'll be back the full throttle but you imagine dark you got him a league navelers and then you got possibly one of the brightest running backs coming into the draft that could be a you know a future star and a league that really that really gives the New York Giants a a nice triple option if you will at those key positions
right now we're talking to Beaumont the NFL draft analyst for college2pro.com joining me scat side and we're here on cash and out on vison right now upon draft kings the Kansas City chiefs are the favorite to land Jeremiah love and that and listen it will be a patch of my homes lands Jeremiah love but that will be him going in the top 10 the chiefs pick at number nine obviously they can trade up and you never know as far as the jet the jets are concerned as we talked about with the number two overall pick well actually up on draft kings the favorite to draft tie simpson is actually the New York Jets at plus 185 and that goes to your point that you mentioned earlier that it could be with the jets second pick later on in the first round yeah that could be there's 16 overall and you know I listen I I get stuck in these predicaments like you know I've seen our values when I watch his tape I see a guy that just gets blown off the ball he gets taken out of plays I don't see that extra hustle that extra just desire to chase things down
um you know but when he's and he's free to get to the ball you see all those athletic gifts and that's the one thing about all these all I shouldn't say all the hostage guys but we know we know what sunny styles did down here but he's another guy you know fantastic um you know coming off the edge in both of those guys the combination of Reese and styles and now we know the full throttle of their athleticism because they prove that in their numbers here at Indianapolis this week but I watched the tape of both those guys and you know they're undersized a little bit and I think a guy and it goes back to you know last year without dual Carter you know he's not he wasn't the same sizes you know micro Parsons but we get caught up in the oh he went to Penn State and I went to Penn State so we're the both the same guy but I have dual Carter goes up to the bookade so um you know I would I would just be skeptical but those guys that high um I would like you know I'd still look at a David Bailey um I still think he's one of the top edge rushers coming out or you know Rubin uh bayon out of Miami I really uh I really think those guys can prove themselves in the league for a long time before I kind of take a gifted athletic guy but I think the you know the two four I think
thick Reese is 243 246 and I just think in today's NFL uh for that I just don't see it for me uh edge type position great stuff yeah no that's a good point it's a good point great stuff well it's gonna be and it's gonna be a fun time as we count down obviously next month or so and we get closer and closer to the draft we'll have the pro days and this market will start to shape up we'll start to see the sports books offer more things and then we could fire on some plays that we uh we find value in here come NFL draft time but we appreciate the time is always man enjoy the rest of your time there in Indy hey man Scott thanks have a great week brother there is Beaumont-Marshall the college 2 pro dot com I'm Scott Saddenberg it's cash you now right here on v-sign the sports betting network few things are as uplifting as the greatest moments in sports and nothing brings us together quite like team USA at the Olympic Winter Games from NBC Universal's iconic storytelling to the

Scott Sadimer back here with you cash now on v-sign the sports betting network you guys can always hit me up on twitter at scots on air as c-o-t-t-s-o-n-a-i-r hit us off on the network at v-sign live let's go ahead and let's take a look at the schedule of games coming up here on Sunday with some best bets as we gave out some earlier and we'll refresh them for you guys who might have missed some of these best bets so here's what we're looking at in the NBA know these lines currently looking at let's see we'll look at some draft Kings lines to see what we got here the action starts early between the spurs and the next this is a one o'clock eastern time at tip off and right now San Antonio one and a half point favorite total of 227 and a half we gave out a best bet earlier on this game on jalen Brunson to go over two and a half made three pointers so jalen Brunson over two and a half made three pointers minus one 19 right now on draft
Kings and the thought process is with Victor Wembenyama closing up the middle if jalen Brunson wants to score and lead the next to victory he's going to have to shoot more from the outside you're not going to get the traditional jalen Brunson charging the middle of the lane and then getting the that that famous jalen Brunson floater in the paint you're not going to get that over Victor Wembenyama he's just too great of a shot blocker the last time these two teams played earlier this season jalen Brunson was five of twelve from three point range that has to be the approach here against Victor Wembenyama shoot more from the outside so I like jalen Brunson to go over two and a half three pointers made in this game else we're on the schedule the Cavaliers at the Brooklyn Nets Cleveland laying eleven and a half the boxer at the Bulls Milwaukee a three and a half point home road favorite the Tim Bulls visit the nuggets Denver coming off that over time loss against O.K.C laying two and a half at home here and I would expect a Denver bounce back victory the Grizzlies aren't the Pacers Memphis a one and a half point road favorite Blazers visit
the Hawks Atlanta five and a half point home favorites pistons visit the magic to trade a five and a half point road favorite I might be looking at some Cade Cunningham props in this one 76ers visit the Celtics and this would have been a much better matchup if jalen beat were healthy but jalen beat is going to be out a couple of games here for the Philadelphia 76ers Boston up to an eight and a half point favorite here for this game it's Boston are passed for me with no with no jalen beat the thunder are at the mavericks O.K.C a 15 and a half point favorite no Cooper flag once again for the Dallas Mavericks I don't know when this kid's going to come back and to be honest it does it does he have to you know we know the Mavericks they're not looking to win this year I'm not going to say the word tank but they're not looking to win this year Cooper flag is already shown that he can be in a contributing player and elite contributing player at this level you don't need to run any further risk of injury and so therefore the bet to be made is we you're you're
already lost the value on it but you can still go out and get it is betcon Kinepple to win the M NBA rookie of the year Cooper flag was an overwhelming favorite why he's putting up a ton of points he's the marquee player on this Mavericks team but the Mavericks are going nowhere and the more games that Cooper flag misses I'm not worried about his eligibility which we still have a ways to go before we actually are at the risk of him being ineligible for a regular season award because of that 65 game threshold but the more games that he misses it's more out of sight at a mind and these these voters that vote on these awards they're going to remember what have you done for me lately what have we seen we saw con Kinepple perform well during NBA all star weekend when Cooper flag was out with an injury we've seen con Kinepple break the rookie record for the most three pointers made in a regular season he leads the NBA and three pointers made the more games that flag doesn't play is the more opportunity that Kinepple has to keep putting up the stats for a Horits team
that's going to make the playoffs that has already exceeded their expectations for this season to me this race isn't even close con Kinepple's the rookie of the year over Cooper flag Pelicans are at the clippers clippers eight and a half point home favorites and the Kings are at the Lakers Lakers laying 12 and a half I'd look at like Luca and LeBron props to go under maybe more so Luca because the Lakers should blow out the Kings they had a 30 point win over a 30 point lead over the Warriors on Saturday and Luca didn't play in the fourth quarter LeBron barely played in the fourth quarter we could have a similar situation to that here on Sunday night so I'd be looking to go under on Luca thinking that he's only going to play three quarters here in this game on the ice here on Sunday it's a very fun slate here of NHL games the action gets started at one o'clock eastern time with the Vegas gold the night at the Pittsburgh penguins Pittsburgh currently still without you know their leader Sydney Crosby who got hurt in the Olympics he's still out with an
upper body injury VGK minus 155 favorites in this game Vegas still hasn't found their form yet I mean you know they get the win against the Kings without their Olympic players and that was a great spot to back them by the way because once the market found out that the five players that represented the Golden Knights in the Olympics weren't going to play against the Kings boy did the market overreact everybody hammered the Kings well I didn't I took the Golden Knights at plus 140 plus 145 because it was actually a good thing that Stone Ikel Hanifian Theodore didn't play Martin because the Knights had four lines of fresh legs in that game well the Olympic players come back against the capitals and they lose three to two they were down three nothing going to the third period they scored two goals in the third but couldn't come complete the comeback now we'll see if they can put it together here against the Pittsburgh penguins black hawks visit the mammoth Utah heavy favorite about minus 300 or so jets are at the sharks win a peg a small minus 125 favorite the
blues are at the wild Minnesota heavy favorite minus two 45 but this is my favorite play of the day it is over five and a half between the blues and the wild now it's the second of a back-to-back four Saint Louis which means Jordan Bennington likely not in net he did play against the New Jersey Devils on Saturday and I had talked about wanting to back Bennington and Connor hella book in their first games after the Olympics and go under their goals allowed well Bennington only allowed two goals so he went under the two and a half against the Devils but they lost the game three to one Bennington likely not in net here on the second of a back-to-back on Sunday but the play here is on the Minnesota wild who have now gone over the total in 14 of their last 15 games 21 out of their last 25 games they have gone over the total wild blues over five and a half best bet Panthers visit the islanders Florida minus 142 favorites and the flames are at the ducks and a high minus 170 top
25 college hoops you only got two games here on Sunday number eight Purdue at Ohio State Purdue laying six and a half and number 13 Michigan State at Indiana Michigan State minus three and a half strong lean here for sporty on the road if you want to stay sharp as a better having the right information makes all the difference well just win bets baby uses mathematical models and AI driven analysis to help identify value and breakdown betting markets across multiple sports from college hoops and the NBA to the UFC and international soccer they're providing insights to help you make smarter decisions they also go live every Friday with a full weekend betting preview and right now their picks are free for a limited time just scan the QR code on your screen and just follow just win bets baby to stay ahead of the market I'm Scott Sadden Merck you guys can always hit me up on Twitter at Scots on Air SCOTS ON AIR get us all up on the network at VCIN live coming up here on Sunday you can start your betting day with the VCIN week end morning line at 9
a.m. Eastern time then it's going to be ready set bet and noon and then at 3 p.m. Eastern time it's live bet Sunday taking you through the biggest games and the best betting opportunities in game I will be back with you here on live bet Sunday coming up here tomorrow right we're going to be on the air during these late NBA games and then also the late slate here in the NHL but we're also going to take a look at what's coming up this week in sports we have conference tournaments the smaller conference tournaments are set to begin but also coming up this week on March 6th it is the world baseball classic that's right we're all getting excited about spring training baseball about who's going to make what roster right I know Yankees fans really want to see Spencer Jones make that opening day roster right who's going to make the roster who's going to be the futures bets we have our VCIN futures draft coming up here this week as well for Major League baseball but before that world baseball classic time it's an opportunity to see best on best or
some of the best on best and we have to pay attention to the pitching because we know that the pitchers are not going to go a hundred percent you know we know that Tarak school bulls only going to pitch like a couple of innings for team USA and that's it but I think what we have to focus on is focus on the batters during the world baseball classic because after it's over the batters will have the advantage once they start the regular season they will be ahead of the pitchers because they're going to be facing some of the best here in a you know best on best winner competition here in the world baseball classic that is better than any spring training at that against a single A or double A player that they're ever going to see in a normal spring training so the batters will be ahead of the pitchers once we start the Major League Baseball regular season as a result of the world baseball classic once again I'm Scott Sadamerick and hit me up on Twitter at Scott's on air SCOTS Owen a IR hit us off on the network at VCIN live don't forget to wake up with VCIN weekend morning line and 9 a.m. Eastern time right here on the sports betting
