Caryn with Rob Cohen on Holding Space and the Long Game
About this episode
My guest today is Rob Cohen, my former employer and a restaurateur who builds community through public spaces.
In the past 27 years, Rob has built and/or owned a cafe, whiskey bar, fine dining restaurant, brewpub, deli and pizzeria. In all of these spaces he has tried to create inclusive, convivial places where friends become regulars and regulars become friends.
I learned a lot from Rob in this area and believe you will too. Take a listen as we talk about everything from the client/customer experience to taking risks and innovation in your industry.
This short conversation is a masterclass in holding space for others and winning at the long game with my friend, Rob Cohen.
Enjoy! And, don't forget to subscribe, rate, and leave a review! We love, read and appreciate each one.
