Carnival Cruise Line's New Express Dining: Quick, Quality Meals

Carnival Cruise Line just launched Express Dining, a new option for quick multi-course dinners that wrap up in under an hour. It's perfect for parties of six or fewer guests who want quality food without the long wait. The idea came from guest feedback, asking for more flexibility on board. After a successful pilot program, Carnival expanded it to deliver the same high quality dishes and service as their main dining rooms just with a streamlined menu. Guests seemed thrilled as it frees up time for other ship fun like shows or pools. Carnival's president, Christine Duffy, noted how this fits their push for smarter time use during cruises. Right now, you can find Express Dining on 15 ships, including favorites like Mardi Gras, Panorama and Freedom. It handles dietary needs too, just ask ahead. By the end of May, it will roll out fleet-wide. This builds on their recent family express on the Lido deck, cutting family wait times
