0:00On March 30th, Cardi B just racked up another court victory. A federal judge in Texas dismissed a lawsuit from producers Joshua Frostro and Miguel Aguilar, who go by Chemical 956. They claimed her trek. Enough Miami stole from their 2021 song, Greasy Fry Bread. The judge ruled the court had no jurisdiction there, and the claims were too weak anyway. The producers said Cardi's song damaged their business and rep, but they couldn't link it to anything solid she did. So the case got tossed without prejudice, meaning they could try refiling somewhere else, but Cardi and her team walked clean. This fits her pattern of crushing big lawsuits.
