Well I guess the crew is making Tim live his nightmare of having to participate in an adult spelling bee that's being put on by our friends @ftworthlibrary.
In this episode, we find out that Tim is afraid of spelling bees, the intern (Stark) messed some things up and we had to just push through the episode (it really wasn't that bad), and Chad and Javier battle it out for the win in this episode's game.
