See, I'm going to start with the revelation of dead soil. So look, look, let me paint a picture, man. See, you have dreams. You have vision. You have the seed of something powerful inside you, but every time you grow, something blocks it's something drains you.

Something suffocates the potential before it even breaks the surface. See, some of you think you're broken, but you're not. Some of you think your purpose is unclear. It's not. Some of you think God is the land you. He's not. You're just planning in the wrong soil. Dead soil is an environment that can support who you are becoming. Look, man, it's familiar, but it's fruitless. It's comfortable, but it's killing you and for many of us, man. The soil you were planning in is the very reason we haven't seen growth. We love that dirty soil. We love the crumbly old soil. That's why you have to know where dead soil looks like. So look, man, let's talk about it. Because see, dead soil isn't always loud, y'all. Sometimes it's subtle. Because see, dead soil, you can be the people who don't clap for you unless they need something. See, you know what I'm talking about? The relationships that drain you emotionally, spiritually or mentally. The workplaces that use you, but never elevate you.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. See, the mahab is that numb you, but instead of healing you, you feel a little broken. On some of the environments where your name is only spoken when you're not in the room, spaces where you shrink to keep the peace. But, man, we're not doing all that. We got a rise. That dead soil could be the house you grew up in. Dead soil could be the city you stayed in too long. Dead soil could be the version of yourself. You refused to outgrow. But let me cut straight, man. Let me get y'all truth here. You cannot grow roots in places that were never meant to sustain your purpose. That's a gel. You can love people, but outgrow their parents. You can respect your past, but not stay planted any. Come on, I'm speaking. Come on, I'm getting hype already. Look, man. So we got to start asking ourselves why we staying dead soil. So let me ask you this. If dead soil was that clear, then why do we stay? Huh, see, I know because dead soil is familiar. Yeah, it's predictable.

It's that comfortable dysfunction. I know what I'm talking about. And comfort is one of the biggest killers of purpose. Did you hear me? See, we stayed because we don't want to confront the truth. We stayed because starting over feels scary. We stayed because we don't want to lose people. We love. Some of you are trying to grow roots in places that are seasonal. Oh, come on. Some of you are trying to produce fruit around people who don't even want to themselves. Some of you are waiting on validation for people who don't even have a vision. Look, man, you can't heal in places that keep hurting you. You can't rise in rooms that prefer you small. You can't become who God called you to be while staying connected to what God is trying to pull you away from. Look, man. Come on. Let me say that again. Some of us are holding on the dead soil because we're afraid to bloom. That's a gem. Oh, look, man. Let's talk about what healthy soil looks like. Let's flip it.

Because seeing a dead soil blocks you, healthy soil builds you. Yeah. I know what I'm talking about that. They good soil. The people who connect you with, connect with you without trying to control you. Did you hear me? I'm talking about environments that challenge you to elevate. Let's flip that work environment. I'm talking about work that allows with your purpose, not just your paycheck. Habits that give life back to your conversations that stretch your thinking spaces that honor your boundaries. And I know healthy soil may not always feel comfortable, y'all, but it will feel aligned. Sometimes God removes you because where you were couldn't sustain the weight of who you were becoming. Track with me. Promotion requires preparation. Growth requires separation. Break those required better soil. So do the root work. Come on. I'm speaking to myself. Do the root work. Let's get real. Growth takes work.

Faith without works is dead. Not that surface work. Root work. Root work is uncomfortable, but it's necessary. Now y'all know I love giving them tips. I got three ears. We need to confront today. So get your pen and paper. Yeah, because number one, your environment. I want you to look at your environment and ask yourself, does this place feed me or starve me? Hear me, y'all. Does it feed me or starve me? Do these people challenge me or drain me? Does this habit help me grow or does it keep me stagnant? Check your environment. Number two, your mindset. See some of y'all are trying to grow, but your mindset is still planted in trauma, comparison or fear. But I'm here to tell you, you can change your soil. But if you don't change your thinking,

you're destroying the New Guard God is trying to build. Look, man. Come on, y'all. I said it. I said it, man. Number three, have the willingness to move. Growth requires movement. Not intention. I'll talk about action. See, some of you have clarity. Now you need courage. Some of you have vision. Now you need boundaries. Some of you have purpose. Now you need distance. God can't grow what you won't let go. Woo, come on. Come on. He's spitting on. Come on. So start stepping into new soil. Listen to me. You got to step into that new soil, your family. Here's the beautiful part. The moment you choose better soil, your life shifts, your joy shifts, confidence shifts, your relationship, your finances, your spirit, your future shifts. Because see, when you, you're in shifting mode of that good soil, you bloom when you're planning in the right place. And I'm not talking like perfect soil, not easy soil,

not convenient soil, the right soil. Where God plans you, purpose will find you. Woo, look family. That's my episode for today. Let me leave y'all with this. Your future is too big to be hanging around small-minded people. Did you hear me? Nothing is wrong with you. See your purpose, your gifts, your calling, your potential. If you didn't learn nothing from this episode, understand the problem is where you've been planted. God never intended for you to bloom the places that refuse to nourish you. And you don't owe loyalty to soil that won't grow with you. So guess what? This week I'll challenge you to elevate your environment. Ask yourself, who pours into you? Who drains you? Come on. What habits are killing your harvest? What spaces feel like life and which ones feel like death? Because see, the moment you choose better soil, your life will shift, your joy will shift, your vision will shift, your whole future will shift.

So track with me because your growth is waiting on your decision. So go plant yourself where your purpose can breathe. Woo, look.
