Can Peace Really Begin with Me?

Let there be peace on earth, and let it begin with me.

I was inspired to do today’s episode after listening to the familiar song that is played this time of year. 

“Let there be Peace on Earth.’

How can peace begin with me?   What is my role, what is my responsibility?   What steps do I need to take?

The second verse caught my attention and I began to ask myself about my own internal peace.

Let peace begin with me
Let this be the moment now.
With every step I take
Let this be my solemn vow.
To take each moment
And live each moment
With peace eternally.
Let there be peace on earth, and let it begin with me.

In today’s episode I talk about areas of our lives where we could potentially not have peace and ways to begin to bring our peace back not only to ourselves but to those around us.

It only takes one step. 

It only takes one moment.

Anything is possible!
