The six-foot-9 freshman for Massachusetts is the first Cougar to make first team since Jimmer for debt back in 2010-11. He's leading the nation in scoring with 25.2 points per game this season. Earlier this week, Dibonsa put up a big 12-turnerman freshman record of 40 points in BYU's win over Kansas State. He shot 15 of 21 from the field, grabbed 9 rebounds, dished 6 assists, and added 3 steals. That performance helped the Cougars roll to a 105-91 victory. Fans and analysts are buzzing about his impact as a rookie. He's one of only 10 Division 1 freshmen to hit 800 points this year, scoring in double figures every game.
