About this episode
Bulldozing usually refers to not accommodating others but by far the more important form of bulldozing, is the bulldozing we do to ourselves. We grew up in situations where our emotions were not ok. In order to stay safe in those situations we would bulldoze our own emotions in order to stay safe and avoid conflict. Teal Swan explains how learning to recognize the ways we bulldoze ourselves and others, and stopping this pattern within ourselves is key to integration as well as health and happiness.
