Building Confidence & Skills For Life With Jack Mullaly
About this episode
This week I chat with Jack Mullaly, who is a personal trainer and movement coach based here in Brisbane, where he runs his own studio called Ideanthro Movement. Jack is a big proponent of natural movement and skill-based training and he’s also now doing some great work with play-based movement for children with autism, which we discuss throughout the episode along with Jack’s journey with sports, training and injuries, his holistic approach to movement and fitness with his clients of all ages and the importance of building confidence and skills that carry over into daily life.
