Browns Trade Up, Grab Fano; Rams Pass on QB

Plus extra selections at 74 and 148. Right away they grabbed Utah offensive tackle Spencer Fano at 9 to beef up the line. Later in the draft, the Browns added Texas A&M wide receiver KC Concepcion giving their passing game some speed and hands. Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Rams shocked everyone by taking Alabama quarterback Ty Simpson 13th overall. Browns fans breed the huge sigh of relief over that Rams pick.
