Browns Sign Tylan Wallace for Passing Game, Special Teams

0:00On March 24th, the Cleveland Browns have signed wide receiver Tyler and Wallace to boost their passing game and special team's coverage. Wallace spent his early pro career with the Ravens after they picked him in the fourth round of the 2021 NFL Draft. There, he suited up for 68 games with three starts, hauling in 22 catches for 305 yards and two scores. He also logged close to a thousand snaps and special teams as a punt and kick returner, including 12 punt returns for 194 yards. With a touchdown and eight kickoffs for 108 yards, last season alone, he played 14 games with four receptions for 45 yards and another touchdown while averaging 24.6 yards per kick return. Now he slots into a receiver room with Jerry Judy and Cedric Tillman, plus some young talent, and joins a special teams group led by new coordinator, Byron Store. This addition gives the Browns more speed and versatility as they reshape their roster for better results downfield and on returns.
