Tate stands out with his strong hands, sharp route running and local roots as a Buckeye. He'd step right in as the team's top receiver. Experts see this as a smart, safe move since Tate is viewed as the class's best pass catcher. Meanwhile, McShay sends Utah tackle Caleb Blomu to Cleveland at number 24 after other top tackles go earlier. Blomu brings elite protection skills without the big pre-draft buzz. Blomu's shown last season at Utah, allowing 0 sacks over 383 pass blocking
