Both were exclusive rights free agents and they will sign one-year deals worth $1 million, $75,000 each. Exclusive rights free agents are players with fewer than three accrued NFL seasons, so teams like the Broncos can retain them at the league minimum salary. That means no shopping around to other clubs. Devon Key turned heads last season with a breakout performance on special teams. He went from a roster-bubble player to first team all pro, racking up tackles and backing up at safety. Meanwhile, Dondrea Tillman joined from the UFL and quickly proved his worth. He notched five sacks as a rookie, then added four more sacks and two interceptions this past year in the rotation.
