They placed an exclusive rights free agent tender on him worth $1,075,000, the league minimum for a player with his experience. This keeps the 26 year old locked in ahead of free agency. Bady joined the NFL as an undrafted free agent from Missouri with the Baltimore Ravens in 2022. Denver grabbed him from their practice squad that December, and he scored a touchdown on his very first career touch. Last season, after dealing with a back injury that sidelined him most of the prior year, Bady worked his way into the third string running back spot. He beat out Julio McLachlan mainly because of his strong past blocking skills. In 16 games, he rushed 8 times for 23 yards and caught 19 passes for 141 yards.
