On March 26, two Denver Broncos pass catchers are getting a head start on the offseason by training with private wide receivers coach Drew Lieberman. From the sideline hustle, down in the Atlanta area, videos posted on the coach's Instagram show, wide receiver Troy Franklin, and tight in Evan Ingram, running routes and sharpening their skills in recent workouts. Franklin, a fourth-round pick in the 2024 NFL draft out of Oregon, had a breakout sophomore year in 2025 with 65. Catchers for 709 yards in six touchdowns after a quiet rookie season. Ingram, who joined the Broncos on a two-year deal last year, posted 50 receptions for 461 yards and one touchdown in his first season there, and he's aiming to build on that now. With players not reporting to the team facility until May, an on-field work starting in June, coach Sean Payton delayed the program after a tough season that ran into late January, so this extra effort could give them an edge heading into next year.
