Broncos Lose Greenlaw, Seek Linebacker Reinforcements

Still, Shronat has never been a full-time starter, and the depth feels shaky if injuries hit. Fans are split on the move, some get the injury risks and support cutting ties, while others one are one more shot for Greenlaw's passion. Even coach Sean Payton called it a tough call, saying he hates losing competitors like that. Looking ahead, the team might shift Jonah Ellis inside or count on Drew Sanders to step up, but that leaves them thin fast. Officials know they need more bodies there. With the decision in the books, Broncos brass better scout a veteran-free agent or grabbed talent in the second day of the draft to shore up that.
