The duo teamed up for 20 years, starting their cooking adventures back in 2006, after meeting in 1992 on a TV production. King, Myers passed from cancer in 2024, at age 66, and King, now 59, said the first year after was too raw, he just couldn't face, work. King described shooting solo as straight up strange, like delivering lines to camera that used to go to his best mate, stuff like, you got this, buddy. They rode over 650,000 miles on bikes, dishing out global food vibes to fans. Even now, two years on, Myers feels like family that never fades, that loss always lingering. Fans and friends have poured out support since Myers' 2022 diagnosis, but he pushed to keep filming for some normalcy, and King, honored that grit no matter what.
