Brian Shaw Discussion 1

About this episode

The Battler and Brian Shaw start an 8-part discussion about the state of our nation's political and legal situation.

Brian says he is a farmer from Werribee, Victoria. But he’s much more than that. Brian has spent years studying Constitutional and Common Law, as well as analyzing legislation passed by the Federal and State governments. As a result, he has realized what must be done to change the corrupt, treasonous system and bring us back to Commonwealth of Australia Act 1901 law.

Brian has at least 60 Grand Jury applications at the full court of the Victorian Supreme Court which is refusing to let the matters be heard. They are concealing the treason.

He is also the man who charged Julia Gillard with Treason. We’ll have more information on this case in the future, but for now, let’s talk to Brian to see what his thoughts are on the Constitution and the state of our government.
