Lindsey Clancy trial are speaking out. And now a fifth juror who wants to remain anonymous says that that one hold out juror who believes that Lindsey Clancy was guilty. She is giving sympathy to this person. She's saying that when it came to the 12 jurors, there were huge personalities in the room. And she said this guy who held out was not the only person that thought that Lindsey Clancy was guilty of unaliving. Don't come at me. Okay, I have to say unaliving. So I don't get shut down on TikTok. I'm live on TikTok. Unaliving her three children. All right. Either intentionally or like there was some intent. Okay. He wasn't the only one. So I'll tell you about that latest update.

4:11And then we do have to talk about this Clay Matthews. This is probably more for all your husbands. 90% of my audience is women and then 10% fabulous gay men. Hi. So I don't think anyone gay cares about this story. But Clay Matthews is an NFL player. Recently went viral for being on TMZ. And it looked like he had a ton of plastic surgery done. His jawline was super exaggerated. His muscles were super exaggerated. Looked just though he was trying to look like a Disney prince in real life. So very chiseled. I mean, it almost was a bit believable. And if you're on my TikTok, you can see his picture. Well, now it's come out that the whole thing was a prank for Caesar's Palace betting app. And the whole idea is like, we've had a little work done. Caesar's app has had a little work done. It's new and improved. And Clay Matthews, these pictures that were on TMZ as so-called paparazzi pictures were actually fake. TMZ was most likely paid to promote this. And

5:11Clay Matthews has now put on his social media the whole transformation where he went under prosthetics and then went outside to get quote unquote paparazzi shots. And why am I so irritated by this? Why do I hate this so much? I think it's because for a second, I almost was like, I feel like he could be doing this for real. I almost fell for it, but then my husband was like, there's no way. This has to be this has to be like something fake. Oh, you're a tated beyond life. All right, let's start with that. We'll also get into Taylor Swift and Travis Kelsey stepped out for their first date. By the way, in New York City, since their wedding, they've been very low key this summer. No one has seen them. And he also opened up for the first time on his podcast, New Heights, about details of the wedding. Let's talk about sister wives. It's why everyone is here. He sold that and now, you know, he's unemployed apparently living his best life and they're hanging out in North Carolina. Honey, he's about to become a, uh, uh, uh, flower farmer out there. So wait, it sounds like everyone did everyone go to Leon Brown's TikTok has Leon Brown posted a part three. I got somebody saying yes, then ha ha, it was a joke. So did they post a part three or no? I'm going to know, which is very strange to me. I'm not sure what's going on with Leon. If they couldn't handle the backlash, because a lot of people thought their part one and part two was boring, but also I feel like they would know that and they would not care about the hate. All right, Lindsey Clancy, we all continue to have our opinions fascinated by this story. Now a juror is defending the loan holdout. Once to remain anonymous,

14:42served as juror number five. Okay, it's a woman. She said that the, the start of their deliberations, the majority of the jurors made up of nine women and three men were trying to convince the loan holdout to change his one vote. But she goes on to say the majority of the people, it doesn't matter what side it was on. We're very firm in their like stance and their beliefs, kind of from the beginning, she said. The standalone juror was not the only one that was unwilling to see things from the other side. So I'm going to kind of defend that individual in a sense. She said there were some big personalities in that room. But at the end of the day, I feel like it just came down to an inability to kind of move past everyone's convictions. The unnamed female juror admitted

16:46that she initially believed Clancy should face justice for the deaths of her three children, Dawson, Korra and Kaylyn. She strangled with an exercise band as we know. Originally, I felt as though she is guilty and she's criminally responsible for it. She said, and maybe I still believe that in a certain way. This is by the way, juror number five. I think that this was a woman who you know was not mentally healthy. She was someone that was in the throws of significant mental health crisis. In the waning days of the week's long trial, the jury sent three impass notes to the court indicating that they were deadlocked. Of course, we know the judge went back and forth and then ultimately declared a mistrial. At the end of the day, there was so much doubt the juror said following the exhausting deliberations. The prosecution didn't have a figurative smoking gun. There was not a single moment throughout the presentation of the case where we could say, yep, 100 percent. For sure, she did that within 10. She wanted to murder her kids. So there you go. One of the one of the jurors is speaking out and is supporting that juror that held out and then

17:56it ended up in a mistrial. We all we all know Kevin Reddington, Lindsey Clancy's attorney really fought to get that juror removed. The judge would not do it. So we have a mistrial and we will see what's next. Lindsey Clancy has her next court appearance September 24th. In addition to that, Kevin Reddington has now been doing CBS morning show. He's on his PR tour for this whole case. And now is kind of coming out more strongly and saying that Patrick Clancy is innocent. You know, that's been a huge underbelly on the internet of this wave of mostly women who believe that Patrick Clancy murdered his kids, pushed her out the window or whatever. And there you go. Not true. Kevin Reddington, her own attorney, is saying that what Patrick has gone through is horrific. If you listen to the 911 call, which by the way, the public cannot hear. So only the jury of it was horrific. Apparently his screams, his cries. Kevin Reddington, I think it just loves to

18:57keep. He wants to keep attention on this case. And he knows the internet believes that Lindsey Clancy is innocent by insanity. Most a lot of the women that follow this case want to see her go free because of insanity and the doctor that prescribed her all these F.D. meds. So I think he plays, he play Cates into that. But he has come out more strongly because reporters are asking him point blank. Like did he do it or not? You're all over the place with your answer. And Kevin is saying, look, he didn't do it. He has a right to fight back. It's horrific. What people are saying online. It's not true. So there you go. Let's see. Let's go back and see if anybody Leon Brown, Leon Brown, anybody seen anything from Leon Brown? My guess is I'm going to go with no. Nothing new from Leon Brown as of the recording of this podcast. 20:01talking about because he was in on the joke the entire time. And these pictures of Clay Matthews like a week ago or so went viral. And he looks like he, if you're on my TikTok, you can see it. He looks like a Disney Prince extended jaw, like kind of crazy. Almost it does look like he could have had this plastic surgery transformation. TMZ, which is losing all credibility recently. And I'll tell you right now, there's nothing worse than a TMZ documentary. Have you guys seen those? If you want to see the worst trash documentary of your life, the laziest thing, by the way, and I've met Harvey Levin, who's lovely in real life. I like Harvey. They stick Harvey Levin. And who's the other guy that's been with him for 110 years on that show? They stick them in a dark room. And then they make them talk about whoever it is, right? They'll do a Lindsey Clancy documentary. Anybody, anything for clicks. And the documentaries are so their trash. There's never any new interviews. It's the worst. So everyone's like, okay, TMZ further is losing their

21:02credibility. I think, you know, I don't think people are wrong on that. And TMZ has been sold, by the way, multiple times. It was started partially by Harvey Levin. But he sold it. I don't know how many times to different. It was sold to Fox for a while. Now I'm not sure who owns it. So I don't, at this point, I think it's becoming a joke. But there he is. Clay Matthews in on the joke. And if you saw him and you thought, did he have this insane plastic surgery, it is all fake. It is the first time the two have been spotted since their high profile wedding. Also, if you wanted new details about their wedding, Travis Kelsey's podcast, New Heights, that he does with his brother. They finally gave details a little bit of the magical night. And it almost sounds like Travis is the one that wanted to do it at Madison Square Garden. He said that it fulfilled a lifelong dream for him of having an intimate experience at the iconic Madison Square Garden. He said they, of course, rolled out the red carpet at Madison Square Garden. How many times are we going to say Madison Square Garden? And he says it was perfect. They wanted it to last all night. And hearing everyone's stories

And while the couple's choice to host their nuptials at the fame sports arena in the middle of Manhattan certainly raised eyebrows, the happy Gilmore 2 star shared why it ended up being the perfect venue. We wanted to do some to it somewhere where we could have a very intimate and genuine setting without a lot of distractions.
