Fresh off the Pacific Islands Forum Leaders Summit, the Palau President is projecting unity, despite the summit being engulfed in tension.

There's been a number of notable absences, also the presence of Taiwans foreign minister, and a holdout over a statement criticising a recent Chinese missile test.
