Brazilian Psychologist Missing in Essex

She arrived in the UK from a conference in Morocco on February 2nd and was working on a research project at the University of Essex. Police now believe she may have taken a boat from a boatyard in Brightling Sea after jumping off fence there just after midnight on March 4th. That evening, Burrito met her friend and colchester before taking a 30-minute bus ride to the coastal town of Brightling Sea. She had been staying with her friend Lilien Silva while in the area. No one has heard from her since and her family reported her missing the next day. Her loved ones are deeply worried about her safety, especially since friends noticed she seemed unusually quiet and unwell during their last meeting. She is normally talkative, happy, and funny, but that night she acted out of character. The latest CCTV footage shows a person believed to be Burrito at 12.16 a.m. on March 4th, vanishing from cameras by 12.36 a.m. when a boat went missing from its mooring.

1:05Officers found the boat adrift near Bradwell on sea and have searched miles of coastline along the river Blackwater and nearby areas. They also located a white shoulder bag matching hers near the waterfront. Police are still investigating whether Burrito took the boat and urged boat owners in Brightling Sea to check their vessels while asking for any.
