I listened to his good talk on tariffs, and how it’s only right that Trump is charging tariffs against countries who have been charging us tariffs for decades. The last time we had a trade surplus was 1975, fifty years ago. And ever since then, most of our trading partners have been charging us tariffs. Some so prohibitive that we can’t get our products into their country. In the meantime, America hasn’t been charging them tariffs. So their products get in cost free, and Americans who really don’t care about anything except cheap prices have brought on this trade imbalance, and the closure of thousands of companies across America. It’s time to stop, and Mister Trump has been the only one brave enough to stop it with tariffs.
