Bill, Laura and Mark the Soldier are aboard the Pirate Ship, and apparently nobody was assigned adult supervision.

The crew gets into the new Bills stadium, grown men crying over football, whether Josh Allen will ever win the big one in Buffalo, and the complicated rules of vulnerability—because apparently crying is sexy... unless it’s over 13 seconds.

Then things get dangerous.

Why are we terrified of looking our age? When does “taking care of yourself” quietly become refusing to accept yourself? Botox, fillers, filters, dating apps and the strange pressure to keep installing “software updates” on your face all get the Billified treatment.

And finally: What actually makes a guy creepy? Is it looks? Age? Attraction? Or is creepy really just a guy who can’t read the damn room? From unanswered texts to late-night Instagram archaeology, the crew develops a surprisingly useful rule for men everywhere: Make the offer. Read the response. Respect the response. And don’t be creepy.
