Boosting your immune system.. Herbalist style! With Nadina Best
About this episode
Welcome to Natural Liberty Podcast!
Today I have returning guest, Nadina Best of Berry Blossom Apothecary in Great Falls, MT.
We get into all things immunity in this chat. Nadina's tips for staying healthy as we approach the sugar and alcohol season (commonly known as cold and flu season) her favorite modalities for building our guts and the uses for the plant allies she relies on.
We also go on a rant about the Tylenol announcement and how fevers are a GOOD thing for our bodies when we're fighting off an invader.
Nadina is also currently a Federally Protected Whistleblower and has been terminated from her previous employer for exposing wrongdoing within the company to the FDA (wish I could say more, but I can't)
I hope you enjoy this episode! Now, go make some bone broth!
