Ryan Holiday (last week's author) has made Stoic philosophy popular, and one of the works he cites most often is Marcus Aurelius's "Meditations." Never meant for the public, Meditations is comprised of Aurelius's journal entries and thoughts that seem (my words) to be his manifesting philosophy of living a good, meaningful life. This is a really relevant and powerful book that I found very relatable and helpful in my own pursuit of a good, meaningful life.
