This is airing in the middle of Pride Month, and Catholics need to have the courage to stand up for Church teaching and state that they cannot support Pride Month. Now to be clear: the Church does NOT say we should hate people who experience same-sex attraction. It DOES say that we ought to treat them with respect and compassion. But that does NOT mean we can say their actions themselves are properly ordered. So first we're going to take a quick look at what the Catechism actually says about this topic.
