Bob Harlan: Green Bay Packers Legend Passes

Former Green Bay Packers president and CEO Bob Harlan passed away Thursday, March 5th, at age 89, following a brief illness. Harlan led the organization from 1989 until his retirement in early 2008, and he's the only person in NFL history too. Higher two different general managers who each won a Super Bowl. The team first joined the Packers in 1971. On the field, his era brought huge success, including the league's best record from 1993 to 2007 at 100. 52 wins and 88 losses. The team claimed Super Bowl 31, and strung together 13 straight winning seasons. The Packers shared their sadness in a statement, with current president Ed Policy praising Harlan as a key leader who revived the franchise.
