And that juror is now issuing a statement that reads this quote. I didn't have any doubts as I tried to explain different possible theories during deliberation. I kept getting cut off as if I had doubts

Based on all the physical evidence, key witnesses and what the prosecution presents, I thought it was enough proof that she knew exactly what she was doing and planned. So his response comes after public scrutiny from several fellow jurors. The four person claims that he admitted he had reasonable doubt during deliberation, but refused to find Clancy not guilty by reason of insanity. So the whole that jurors new attorney describing him as a man of God posting quote, this American heroine champion of justice loves the United States of America, says greatest country in the world, cherishes our sacred constitution as the pinnacle of human liberty. Lindsey Clancy's next court hearing is scheduled for September 29th. The Pumpt County DA is not yet announced whether the state will retry the case. Well, my friends, this is something. They got us to this point with this guy had reasonable doubt and he voted anyway like he's some kind of liar. Here you go. Yeah, I mean, he had reasonable doubt. He admitted he had reasonable doubt. After we watched that video of the incident, he said,

4:07I this and this didn't show it and this didn't show it. You know, that he had doubt and he said it out loud. And they said to him, that's doubt. Oh, no, I didn't say that. Any clearly good so many times. But eventually there was just one holdout who he said expressed doubt about the case but voted to convict Clancy anyway. It was definitely frustrating. Mainly frustrating when he explicitly said, I don't know if the prosecution or the defense proved their case. But this person again, like I said, that person really struggled with and again, acknowledge the reasonable doubt but still is not able to apply that like needed too. Remove the juror who refuses to accept your instructions on the law, unreasonable doubt. And as the last one, the Reddington guy, now coming up on 60 minutes is the interview

5:09with the social media has exploded with these SWMs, these social media women, most of them white liberal women, let's just be honest about it, who are all in favor of Lindsey Clancy not being held to account for killing her three kids. But they also, many of them have gone on record and saying, the husband did it. It was Patrick, Patrick did it. The husband did it. I can't believe we played the clips for you here of many women from that ilk. The husband did it. It was the husband. Oh, by the way, today we're not just staying with news stories on current events. We also have some social media women talking about other things and other cultural stories that we're gonna get to. It's Friday, so we're not just gonna stay with the hard news. 6:12I find that now there's definitive proof, I think, at least in my mind, that Patrick Clancy's wife is a liberal too. They're attacking one of, why do I say she's a liberal too? Because we have a sound bite from her and she speaks in liberalese. Let's play it. Shane you ought not to ever lay a hand on your mama for a lot of reasons, but you have one more reason why you shouldn't. So he got mad because she called and we arrested him for hitting mama. And then he said, well, I'll tell you what. I've been having sex with my mama since I was 18 years old. Get a grip? We said, say that again. He said, I've been having sex with my mama since I was 18 years old. So we asked mama, have you been having sex with your son since he was 18? She says, only about a hundred times. I didn't stutter. That's why she told us.

15:28So our deputy said to himself, self, I need to get a detective involved in this. So we put the case together and we asked Christina's husband, are y'all happily married and living together? He said, oh, yeah. Where you aware that your wife was having sex with her son. He said, no, I absolutely was not. But I think I am a little suspicious that they used to go in the master bedroom and lock the door. What else can you say? That's nasty. That's nasty. I must see it illegal. 19:35Good for John Federman. Not backing down with it. There is another musical act in politics. Intersection as the left lights to say intersectionality. There's another intersectionality happening with music and politics. Jasmine Crockett, the outgoing congresswoman from the Dallas area in Tejas. Failed in her Senate bid. She did an appearance with Chris Brown. And let's give it up for Chris Brown. And that erupted. And to a thing. Because as many of you know, Chris Brown played guilty in a 2009 to felony assault. After he attacked his then girlfriend, Rihanna. And the pictures of Rihanna, Rihanna being beaten up all over the place.

20:35So he was also involved in another altercation with Frank Ocean. And had a misdemeanor assault charge this that same year. In 2017, another ex-girlfriend granted a domestic violence restraining order against him. After she alleged physical abuse. And most recently, Chris Brown played guilty to charges of striking producer Abe Duarte, twice in the head with a glass to kill a bottle in 2023. So Jasmine Crockett has a friend. 24:40It was this almost never happens where you have a bill that is so close to being unanimously passed by Democrats and Republicans. And Senator Moreno explains what happened to it. Here you go. For everybody what just happened. If we had passed my colleague from Ohio's bill, the one who spent enormous amount of time writing, the bill that he spent enormous time lobbying support in the House of Representatives, all we had to do was not have an objection from a Democrat Senator. That bill would become law today and taxpayers all over America. Electricity users all over this country were to see an immediate relief. We would have advanced the ball. The term do nothing Congress exists for a reason. We absolutely accomplish that right now. We did nothing here in the Senate because again of Democrat obstruction.

25:43This bill would have done something that's not nothing. So I applaud my colleague from Ohio for putting the work in, for having a massive bipartisan win. And by the way, just on policy alone comparing two solutions, the last thing we need is a new federal interconnection queue to make Google pay for a transformer. My colleague from Ohio's bill would have actually required a deposit before steals in the ground for a new data center. The other would have required a FERC NOPR. Look that up. It's a bunch of bureaucratic nonsense. What you saw now is just over and over again, Democrat obstruction after Democrat obstruction so they could just put up another TV ad to say that electricity prices are high so that they can win an election. Instead the victim of all this is the taxpayer of the United States of America who's going to see electricity prices continue to go up because we could have passed the law to solve it.

26:44Instead it's more games after more games. But the American people I'm sick of it and I know they are and for that reason I object. Objection is heard. Now this is what happened. I was right. It was 417 to three. You I cannot tell you how rarely that happens in the House of Representatives of these United States in the history of the United States. To have a bill that passes 417 in favor to three opposed. The bill would have blocked it was legislation. It would have ensured that when these data centers go up they have to pay for their own electricity.

27:46Not you the consumers. And that was that gobbledy Google language you heard about the transformers and Google and blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah and the floor and the whatever. The bill was backed by President Trump. One senator. One senator. This senator was from New Mexico I believe a Democrat. One senator. A Democrat objected to the bill and it did not go through. They could have just passed it. It would have been law or it would have been law. They would have been law. AI data centers have to pay for themselves. That would have the electricity they use they have to pay for. Not you.

28:47A Democrat got in the way and said screw that. I'm going to block this bill from becoming from advancing in the Senate. Now I also want to say House is already left split town. Before they split town the House also passed this bill concerning AM radio. Now what Democrats and we had Princess Diana on talking about this the other day what they want to do is Democrat liberals, progressives kill off AM radio and cars. They know talk radio is especially prevalent in vehicles people traveling to and fro. They put on talk radio. They wanted to eliminate it and kill it. Thank God for John and Margot Katzmatini and others who said no we're not going to let this happen without a fight. They put up a fight. It passed the House. And for good reason whenever the other communication system goes down you can turn on the radio in your car get your car turn on your radio here in emergency.

29:50We shouldn't even you know what you use radio for but they want to kill it. Now we can't let the Senate is where a lot of good ideas go to dot like this one. I think all Americans would say even those who oppose data centers and those who don't I don't oppose data centers. But I do oppose passing on the cost of the data centers to everyday consumers. If you want to build these data centers they require tons of electricity tons of fresh water. We haven't even talked about the water that's consumed. But in terms of the electricity make them pay for their own electricity they can put up their own electric generators their own electric power lines. We're talking some of the wealthiest companies on the face of the earth.

30:50You want a data center pay for it and don't soak the consumers. One Democrat stood in the way which is why we say the Senate because any individual senator can block anything. That is the power of the US Senate. And I'll tell you what I hope that they don't block this bill with AM radio. I hope that it passes and I hope that this bill concerning the data centers is brought back time and time again in this session. If this does not pass before December then and a new Congress is sworn in in January you got to start all over again. They could bring which is why we're going to then object it so he could bring it back up for another vote.

31:51But I hope that this bill comes back to the Senate and it passes the Americans consumers deserve it. Democrats are as you heard them obstructionist political games. They don't care if you pay your electricity bills as high as long as they can have an issue in the midterm elections. You lazy shuffling. No good Americans. We trade five of you lazy beaches just so we can have an immigrant and an illegal immigrant. And why is there no pathway? They broke the law. Why don't we just give them citizenship so that they can keep working? I mean, dammit, these people remember that woman. Oh, man, I got to get this for tomorrow. They can note that woman from Vermont who said that illegal immigrants are the ones who wipe our behinds. She didn't use that word. The balance is her name, representative, balance.

40:09fake to say she was a US citizen. She wasn't voted in the presidential election. She had permanent, lawful permanent residence status in 2022. She has not a US citizen, has not applied to be a US citizen, and this is impossible because Democrats tell us this does not happen. Illegals do not vote in elections. They did. She did. She was caught. And if she was, well, illegal immigrants don't do that. She did it. What's she got to say now? Browell? Man, oh man. Yeah, it's impossible, but it happened.
