One of the largest IT outages in history started with a software update from cyber security firm Crowdstrike. Around the world, hospitals, businesses, news networks (including NBC) were affected when the update rolled out and crashed Microsoft Windows. CNBC’s Phil LeBeau reports from the airport in Wales, where many flights were grounded as airlines grappled with the outage.
