En: The Gairdíní Luibheolaíocha Bhaile Átha Cliath (Dublin Botanic Gardens) were in full bloom.

Ga: D'éirigh fiche míle ceist ina hintinn - an bhfagfadh sí na gairdíní grá a bhí mar chompánaigh aici le fada?

Ga: Ach tugadh seans di post nua thar lear.
En: But she was offered a new job abroad.

Ga: Bheadh sé i bhfad ó Bhaile Átha Cliath, ó na gairdíní, óna cairde.
En: It would be far from Baile Átha Cliath (Dublin), from the gardens, from her friends.

Ga: "Céard atá le déanamh agam?

En: She arrived at a small pond with water lilies.

Ga: Bhí sé anseo go minic a scíth lig sí, ag féachaint ar na héin uisce lapadaíl timpeall.
En: It was here often that she relaxed, watching the water birds paddling around.

Ga: Go tobann, chuala sí guth caolchúiseach taobh thiar di.
En: Suddenly, she heard a soft voice behind her.

Ga: "Niamh!
En: "Niamh!"

Ga: "Casadh Cillian, cara óna hóige, a bhí ina sheasamh ansin.
En: Turning around, she saw Cillian, a childhood friend, standing there.

Ga: Níl sé feicthe aici le blianta fada.
En: She hadn't seen him in many years.

Ga: Bhí Cillian i gcónaí lán d’fhuinneamh agus de phaisean don saol.
En: Cillian was always full of energy and passion for life.

Ga: Thug Cillian léargas difriúil.
En: Cillian offered a different perspective.

En: As the sun slowly slipped behind the trees, Niamh felt a sense of relief coming over her.

Ga: Spreagadh Cillian í.
En: Cillian had encouraged her.

Ga: Chonaic sí go soiléir anois.
En: She could see clearly now.

Ga: "Tá an nádúr ann i gcónaí le fáilte a chur roimhe", a smaoinigh sí.
En: "Nature is always there to welcome me," she thought.

Ga: D'éirigh sí toilteanach glacadh leis an dúshlán nua.
En: She became willing to embrace the new challenge.

Ga: Bhí a fhios aici go mbeidh an nasc le na gairdíní fós ina croí i gcónaí, fiú má tá sí i bhfad ó mhuir.
En: She knew the connection with the gardens would always remain in her heart, even if she's far from the sea.

Ga: Le croí lán misnigh, d'fhág sí an ghairdín sin an oíche sin beorán faoi na réaltaí, réidh le haghaidh na n-eachtraí nua a bhí roimpi.
En: With a heart full of courage, she left that garden that night, under the stars, ready for the new adventures ahead of her.

Ga: Chuaigh Niamh chun cinn, réidh le bheith oscailte don saol, agus go bhuíoch as gairdíní Bhaile Átha Cliath, áit a neartaigh a spiorad agus a misneach.
