Tokenizing assets like real estate, bonds, and commodities enhances liquidity, transparency, and efficiency, enabling fractional ownership and lower costs. Financial institutions are actively exploring this space, while Ripple is building infrastructure to support it. 🔸  Pakistan has appointed former Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao (CZ) as an adviser to its newly formed Crypto Council to guide crypto regulation and adoption. Despite his legal issues in the U.S., CZ brings global credibility. The move is part of Pakistan’s broader push to attract foreign investment and build a clear regulatory framework for digital assets. Crypto adoption is rising in Pakistan due to currency issues, remittance needs, and a growing Web3 workforce. Stablecoins are especially popular for hedging against rupee devaluation.
