This follows BlackRock’s earlier move with its $1.7B BUIDL fund on Solana, created with Securitize. ❗SEC Delay on Franklin XRP ETF Decision on April 29, 2025

- The Cboe BZX Exchange filed a proposal with the SEC to list and trade shares of the Franklin XRP Fund, a crypto-based ETF.

- The SEC has extended the decision deadline from May 3 to June 17, 2025, under authority provided by the Securities Exchange Act.

- This extension allows the Commission more time to evaluate the rule change and issues raised.

🟣The SEC has dropped its 15-month probe into PayPal’s PYUSD stablecoin with no action taken. This comes as Congress pushes new stablecoin regulations and the SEC softens its stance under new leadership.
