Blackened honey-garlic steak bites, flavor-vill-trade mark, this is fast, aggressive heat cooking with a sticky glaze finish. Crispy edges, juicy center, dripping sauce, perfect for skillet sizzle visuals. Ingredients 1 pound steak, ribeye or sirloin, cubed. Two tablespoons olive oil. One tablespoon butter. Four cloves garlic, minced. One third cup honey. Two tablespoons soy sauce. One teaspoon black pepper. One teaspoon smoked paprika. Half teaspoon chili flakes. Step one, heat the pan, get skillet very hot, almost smoking. Step two, sear hard add oil, then steak cubes. Do not move for one minute builds crust. Step three, flip and char turn pieces. Cook another one to two minutes. Step four, build the sauce add butter plus garlic, let it sizzle. Pour in honey plus soy sauce. Step five, toss and glaze mix everything until steak is coated in sticky.

Step six, final blackened finish let sauce reduce slightly so it clings thick.
