Locals are fed up with the noise, litter, rude photo hogs blocking driveways and endless chaos. They deal with hundreds on weekends, turning a quiet residential block into a tourist trap. Some put up quiet zone signs and ropes, but it barely helps. A Google Maps listing for the House of Colors boosted the hype, pulling in more visitors. The area went from gritty 90s slum to pricey hotspot. Thanks partly to that old movie fame.
