Much of the educational content about Bitcoin comes with a libertarian or right-wing lens, making it easy for progressives or left-leaning people to dismiss it. My guest Jason Maier addresses this head-on with his book, one of my favorite this year.

We talk about how Bitcoin is simply a tool (a revolutionarily empowering one) and potentially something that can bring us together even as it brings down unfair power structures. Like his book, we touch on the environmental, social, and political potential of Bitcoin.
