Might delete this later who knows. I just find the whole Bitcoin Core debate both fascinating and exhausting. It's all very toxic on X of course, but as a generally non-toxic person I'm trying to be thoughtful and thorough about forming an educated opinion. In that process, the most eye-opening part to me has been the realization that devs and contributors to Bitcoin Core might not always care about Bitcoin or share in the same monetary values that I thought were central to Bitcoin's ethos and success.
